Catfish (Clarias bathracus L) can survive and be able to tolerate polluted water conditions. Lead metal naturally occurs in water and contaminates the organisms in it. Lead metal contamination in fish will cause poisoning and brain damage if it enters the human body's metabolism and accumulates in amounts that exceed the threshold. This research was conducted to determine the content of Pb metal in catfish meat sold at Bekonang Market, Sukoharjo. The method used in this research is a qualitative analysis using the K2CrO4 reagent and a quantitative analysis using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry. The results of the research with K2CrO4 reagent showed that samples A, B, C, D, and E were negative respectively. The average levels of lead (Pb) in catfish meat samples A, B, C, D, and E were -21.98 mg/Kg ± 0.140; -22.10 mg/Kg ± 0.035; -24.32 mg/Kg ± 0.107; -10.99 mg/Kg ± 0.191; and -24.36 mg/Kg ± 0.091. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the content is still below the threshold according to the requirements for lead (Pb) levels allowed by Republic of Indonesia Food and Drug Supervisory Agency Regulation Number 5 of 2018 concerning the Maximum Limit of Heavy Metal Contamination of 20 mg/kg.

Livestock farming is one of the crucial aspects of agricultural development. The role of the livestock subsector in agricultural development is significant, with one of the important products being the production of eggs and broiler chickens. Egg consumption in Indonesia has been increasing over the years, leading to an increase in egg production. This research aims to formulate development strategies using a descriptive analysis method. Data collection is done through questionnaires, interviews, and a review of literature related to the research. Data analysis utilizes the SWOT analysis method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external environmental factors (opportunities and threats). The results of this analysis are then depicted in the SWOT quadrant and interpreted in the SWOT matrix. The research findings indicate an identification value of 3.3 for internal factors and 3.23 for external factors, suggesting that the development strategy for Ellen Farm's laying hen in Bengkol Village, Mapanget District, falls into quadrant I. This implies an intensive market strategy, including market penetration, market development, and product development.

Discipline is a state that is formed and trained through the values of obedience, adherence, loyalty, serenity, order, and order. This research aims to know the concepts of discipline and how to shape the values of student discipline in academic and non-academic activities on FKIP IPS Management at one of the universities in Papua. This research involved 36 students. The method used in this research is qualitative method with purposive sampling techniques. Research results show that the concepts of discipline in academic and non-academic activities are values and mental attitudes. The results of this research clarify and produce forms of disciplinary awareness of students of IPS FKIP in one of the universities in Papua, among others: a) time commitment; b) appreciation of time; c) feelings of shame, guilt and fear; d) agreement as a rule. Furthermore, the student discipline concept of IPS is part of the discipline of democracy and self-imposed discipline that arises from within because of the impulse of feelings, wills and own minds to obey or do by themselves with the emphasis of educational approach. Rules are guidelines and directions, accomplishments are rewards. If the student's attitude shows obedience and adherence, then it is awarded as an achievement.Discipline is a state that is formed and trained through the values of obedience, adherence, loyalty, serenity, order, and order. Higher education plays an important role in shaping student attitudes and personalities as drivers of social change. Although Pancasila is regarded as a moral and ethical guideline, students often face difficulties in applying these values in everyday life. The aim of this study is to evaluate students' understanding of Pancasila, their involvement in social change, and the way they see the challenge in the role of students as agents of change based on Pancasila. The study used a survey method with the population of Students of the Pancasila Education and Citizenship Studies Program at one of the Universities in Papua Province. Most respondents believe that Pancasila serves as a legal foundation and as a moral guideline; (2) the majority of respondents in this study are still engaged in social change movements or activities in the community and on campus, as well as showing strong commitment and awareness in building a better society; (3) raising public Awareness about Pancasil's policies is the main way respondents overcome difficulties in carrying out their duties as agents of change based on Pancasila. Educational institutions should care and support respondents in carrying out their duties as agents of change based on Pancasila.

This research aims to examine the efforts of two elementary schools, namely Inpres Doyo Baru and Besum State Elementary Schools in Jayapura Regency, in implementing School Health Efforts. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with 12 informants, consisting of 10 key informants, 6 main informants, and 3 additional informants. The results of this study reveal that both schools integrate health education in the curriculum, especially in subjects sports physical Education and health and Scouts. A school environment that is free from bullying and violence, as well as the availability of clean and well-maintained toilets, also supports the creation of a healthy learning environment. Support from School Operational Assistance funds and active participation from various parties, including the government, non-government organizations and the community, are important factors in the smooth running of the School Health Business program. Gotu kola (Centella Asiatica) contains the active ingredients alkaloids, saponins, tannins, flavonoids, steroids and triterpenoids. Three bioactive groups, namely triterpenoids, steroids and saponins, are antioxidants that are beneficial for the health of the human body. The aim of this research is to identify the phytochemical content, total flavonoid content and antioxidant activity in gotu kola (Centella Asiatica) leaves with different solvent concentrations. The type of research is Qualitative and Quantitative with an Experimental laboratory research design carried out at the Itkessu Pharmaceutical Laboratory. The results of the phytochemical screening identified that pegagan (Centella Asiatica) leaves were positive for containing alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids, triterpenoids and saponins at both solvent concentrations. The UV-Vis results showed that the total flavonoid content in gotu kola (Centella Asiatica) leaves was 31.6271 mg QE/Gr for 70% ethanol and 21.7821 mg QE/Gr for 96% ethanol, while the IC50 value was 53.2210 ppm for 70% ethanol and 61.7269 ppm for 96% ethanol.
