Attitude of Customers to Buy Face Masks Cloth in Bangladesh - An Observation toward Customers Psychology of Face Masks Fabric 孟加拉消费者购买口罩布料的态度——对消费者口罩布料心理的观察

This research paper inquiries about different attribute for purchasing face mask of Bangladeshi customer’s during pandemic circumstance. Specially, it reveals adequate information on the customer’s decision-making behavior and criteria for choosing toward buying face mask cloth. For the sake of this survey a questionnaire was employed as the tool to gather raw data, where 600 consumers were willingly attended from different region of three popular districts in Bangladesh. After collecting all raw data from respondents, the data of questionnaires was coordinated by Excel program, consequently the data was analyzed and integrated statistically to identify the customers attribute for satisfaction to face masks cloth. This process also detects numerous challenges and suggesting a proper solution to the problems that the textile industry facing in current situation. This research paper illustrates adequate information about the customer’s psychology in purchasing face masks cloth during pandemic situation which is available in the Bangladeshi market to ensure public health.

The Construction Principle of Double Cloth 双层布的构造原理

The aim of this project discussed in this paper was to produce such a type of woven cloth that can give a good appearance and hand feel with enhanced thermal resistance property. The construction of double cloth is completely useful as the development of thermal insulation value of a fabric where a fine, smart face appearance is essential. Double weaves are categorized by harness floats in paired or greater combinations on a face and altered paired or greater float combinations on the back. The sets of floats are conserved as a dissimilar single fabric by warp yarns that is alternating at lengthy intervals in between front and back of the cloth. Double cloth is aesthetic in intension for that purpose the existence of two series of threads in every way develops the capacity for creating complicated properties depending upon both colour and structural variations. Double Cloth is made by using two or more warp yarns with one or more weft. This fabric does not have any right or wrong side, as they are made with one set of warp yarns and two weft yarns. This cloth is also known as Double faced fabrics. In a double weave, a fabric should contain two detectible weave structures, which are connected to one another in some way after removing the fabric from the loom. Alternatively, in block double weave, the two cloths are connected where they change faces to form pattern generally in one colour against background habitually in another colour.

Microbial Keratinase Production and Application to Improve the Properties of Wool Fabrics 微生物角朊酶的生产及其在改善羊毛织物性能中的应用

Keratinases have been used because of their ability to separate keratin that cannot be broken down by common proteases in the processing of wool fabrics in the textile industry. In this study, to enhance the keratinase production from Streptomyces sp. 2M21, three different detergents (SDS, Triton X-100, Tween 80) in two different concentrations (0.5%, 0.1%) were added to the fermentation medium containing raw sheep wool as a solid substrate and results were evaluated compared to the control groups. The highest enzyme activity was obtained from 0.5% Tween 80 containing fermentation medium that increased enzyme activity from 111 (U/mL) to 399 (U/mL). Subsequently, the produced keratinase and commercial enzyme were compared for improving the hydrophilicity, dyeing and shrinkage properties of wool fabrics. Results suggest that, the keratinase produced from raw wool is feasible for processing of wool fabrics in textile industry.

Reactive Printing and Crease Resistance Finishing of Cotton Fabrics-Effects of Fixation Modes by 2 2 .4 1 Mixed Factorial Design 棉织物活性印花及抗折皱整理——2 2 .4 1混合因子设计对固定方式的影响

A single step fixation for reactive printing and crease resistance finishing of cotton fabric has been exp lored in this research work using an experimental design technique (DOE).2 2 .4 1 mixed factorial design have been conducted to efficiently identify the act ive set of factors and their interaction. A ll of the three factors namely chro ma, concentration of crease resistant and fixation conditions were found to be significant.The results further show that apart from the influence of individual factors, the said properties of cotton fabric are also reliant on the interaction effect of the significant factors. The influence of individual factors and their interactions on color yield (K/S) and Dry Crease Recovery Angle (DCRA) has been critically examined using software Design Expert 7.0.The results showed that combination of the Econtrol* process at 130˚C without urea has been verified experimentally to be the best selection for the single step fixation of reactive printing and crease resistance finishing for the cotton fabric using the pad-dry-print-fix method. The uncertainty analyses for measurements shows that the predicted values are in good agreement with experimental data and are sufficiently accurate.

The present study utilizes salt free dyeing on cotton which would not con tribute to environmental pollution an undertaken to explore pro mising approach to reduce cost of dye process. The salt free dyeing used to dye cotton. In conventional Method of dyeing of cotton with reactive dyes, alkali P H is should maintain in the dye bath. This method requires more electrolytes for exhaustion and alkali for fixation. In this paper the fibre modification technique based on polyacrylamide was discussed. When the fabric is treated with polyacrylamide (chitosan), the primary hydro xyl groups of cellu lose is (part ially) modified into amide groups, which intern leads the cellulose to act like as wool fibre and hence rea ctive dyes can be dyed on cotton at neutral P H in the absence of electrolyte and alkali.

Jute Composites as Wood Substitute 黄麻复合材料替代木材

Jute fibre is a p ro mising reinforcement for use in co mposites on account of its low cost, low density, high specific strength and modulus, no health risk, easy availability, renewability and much lower energy requirement for processing. In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in finding new applications for jute fibre reinforced composites that are traditionally used for making ropes, bags, hessians, sacking, mats, and carpet.To protect environment, consumptions of wood should be reduced that will increase number of tree in the world which can maintain the balance in nature. A major portion of woods are used for making home furniture, household products and building and constructions. In all these cases wood can be replaced by co mposite materials made fro m natural fibres like jute, coir, sisal etc.Jute fibre composites enjoy excellent potential as wood substitutes in view of their lo w cost, easy availability, saving in energy and pollution free p roduction. In order to improve upon the laboratory-industry linkages towards applicat ion development & commercialization, some advanced composites mission launched on jute composites such as 'Jute-Coir Co mposites Boards', 'Jute-glass composite components for railway coaches' and others.The use of jute fiber mats in co mbination with polymer films potentially offers a rapid and simp le means of manufacturing co mposites through film stacking, heating and press-consolidation.

Kevlar is high modulus para-aramid synthetic fiber. This fiber is one of the heaviest fibers of all time. In this paper there are some discussions about the Kevlar’s properties, function and uses. Although in the past there were some research works had done and papers also been published, but this paper just simplifies the things as well as highlight some superb features of the Kevlar fiber. However this is not a research article rather than a review article.

Use of the Novel Synthesized Aqueous Binders for Pigment Printing Cotton Fabrics Using Three Modes of Fixation 新型合成水性粘合剂在三种固定模式下色浆印花棉织物中的应用

Use of the synthesized aqueous polyurethane acrylate (no volatile organic compound emission) binders 1-7, in pigment printing of cotton fabrics using silk screen technique. FT-IR spectra of binders via UV curing show the disappearance of ast C=C and δ: =C-H absorption bands from the spectra chart of cured, which proofed the occurrence of cross lin king reaction via terminal free acry late double bond. Co lor strength of printed fabrics depends on binders' type and concentration as well as the fixat ion temperature. The K/S values at lo wer fixat ion temperatures on using the prepared binders in the printing paste are better than the K/S of fabric printed with paste including the commercial binder at the same condition ( saving energy& money). The fastness properties of the printed samples depend on the type of binder used. The washing and perspiration ranged fro m good to excellent for all printed samp les. Slightly enhancement in K/S values of printed cotton fabric with increase the concentration of aliphatic polyurethane acrylate binders was noticed. The presence of 1% concentration of polyurethane acrylate binders (1-7) in the cotton pigment printing paste, and either UV curing or microwave cured for 3 min. could be considered as optimu m conditions. Improved rubbing fastness results for all the printed samples using the synthesized polyurethane acrylate binders in printed paste and UV cured are noticed as compared to those obtained by the traditional thermal cu ring technique. The results show that these binders can be used safely in preparing printing paste for printing cotton fabrics using pigment dyes.

Synthesis of Some New 5-Arylazothiazole Derivatives as Disperse Dyes for Dyeing Polyester Fibers 聚酯纤维分散染料5-芳基噻唑衍生物的合成

A series of 5-arylazo-2-(arylidenehydrazino)-2-th iazo lin -4-one dyes 3 and 4 was prepared by cyclocondensation of hydrazonoyl bro mides 2 with various thiosemicarbazone derivatives 1. While the synthesis of 3-amino-N-(5-arylazo-2-thiazo lyl)-thieno(2,3-b)pyrid ine-2-carbo xamide dyes 8 was achieved by the reaction of 2-(N-chloroacetyl)-5-ary lazo-thiazo le derivatives 5 with 4,6-dimethyl-2-mercaptonicotinonitrile fo llowed by heterocyclizat ion of the obtained sulfide derivatives 7 in a solution of ethanol containing sodium etho xide. These dyes were applied as disperse dyes for dyeing polyester fibers and their characteristics and fastness properties have been measured. The dyed fibers exh ibit very good to excellent washing, perspiration and sublimat ion fastness properties, with little variation in good to excellent rubbing and light fastness.

Effect of Mercerization and Benzoyl Peroxide Treatment on Morphology, Thermal Stability and Crystallinity of Sisal Fibers 丝光和过氧化苯甲酰处理对剑麻纤维形态、热稳定性和结晶度的影响

Studies on the use of natural fibers as replacement to man-made fiber in fiber-reinforced co mposites have increased and opened up further industrial possibilities. Natural fibers have the advantages of low density, low cost, and biodegradability. However, the main d isadvantages of natural fibers in co mposites are the poor co mpatibility between fiber and matrix and the relative high mo isture sorption. Therefore, chemical treat ments are considered in modify ing the fiber surface properties. In this study, Sisal fibers were modified using alkali and benzoyl pero xide solution of different concentration for different time intervals. Morphological changes, thermal stability and crystallinity of fibers were investigated using scanning electron microscope (SEM), TGA and XRD technique. Thermal stability of sisal fibers were decreased on mercerization. Whereas, sisal fibers treated with benzoyl pero xide the enhanced thermal stability. In case of XRD studies, sisal fibers show enhanced crystallin ity.
