System Model Extraction of MEMS Beam Resonator for Colpitts Crystal Oscillator 用于Colpitts晶体振荡器的MEMS光束谐振器系统模型提取

A complementary metal oxide semiconductormicro electro-mechanical systems (CMOS-MEMS) platform is applicable for integrating MEMS resonators and CMOS integrated circuits on a single chip. This provides a monolithic connection of MEMS with electronics. With this integration, different configurations of monolithically integrated MEMS resonators and CMOS amplifiers have been developed for commercial multi user purpose. It also provides variety of design flexibilities for resonator applications. In this paper, the design and analysis of a 2. 14MHz MEMS beam resonator for Colpitts crystal oscillator circuit is presented. A MEMS beam resonator is designed to function as an oscillator. The proposed MEMSColpitts oscillator circuit can generate 1 to 5MHz clocks, when operated in different modes. This oscillator works specifically on 2. 14MHz by macro model extraction for $9^{mathrm{t}mathrm{h}}$ mode only. The beam resonator requires approximately $10mathrm{V}_{mathrm{d}mathrm{c}}$ to operate. The actuation was simulated in IntelliSuite (thermo-electro mechanical module). A macro model of resonator is extracted by using system model extraction (SME) and utilized in electrical circuit of Colpitts crystal oscillator. The comparison with other research works is also presented.

Design and Real-Time Implementation of Transformer-less Pure Sine-Wave Inverter 无变压器纯正弦波逆变器的设计与实时实现

Transformer is the basic building block of the classical photovoltaic inverter. However, it has certain drawbacks i-e difficult to install, heavy weight, add complexity to the system, in efficient and increase total harmonic distortion. Therefore, this paper presents the design and real-time implementation of 1kW transformer less pure sine wave inverter. Input to the inverter is the 12 V regulated DC voltage from photovoltaic panel and output is the standard grid output i-e 220V with 50Hz frequency. The proposed topology is the two stage inverter, the first stage is DC/DC converter connected with the Photovoltaic panel to boost the regulated 12V DC to 320V DC and second stage is DC/AC inverter controlled by high frequency Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation signal and output of inverter is connected to load through passive filter to provide pure sinusoidal 220V with 50 Hz frequency. The simulation results are presented by first developing the code of SPWM in MPLAB and then simulating the inverter in Proteus software. At last, it is real-time implemented and tested for resistive load and the output voltage and and current is displayed on LCD.

Fundamental Issues of Future Internet of Things 未来物联网的基本问题

Internet of Things (IoT) revolutionizes our daily life by incorporating the Internet and Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) together. IoT provides us healthier, comfortable, and easy life than before. Due to these reasons, IoT is now becoming the center of attraction for not only the research community but also for marketers and business owners. Due to its expected massive contribution in the future industry and academia, a lot of research has been made on this topic that discussed its different applications and future research direction. Still, none of the research paper raised its fundamental issues. These issues have significant importance while transferring this concept to reality. We will not be able to delve correctly into this phenomenon without considering its main contributors, Internet, and WSN. This paper mainly focusses on the fundamental issues of IoT by considering the differences between the Internet and WSN with IoT. The identified differences can be viewed as future research directions to bridge the gap between the IoT concept and its implementation in real-world scenarios. In this way, we will be able to deploy the IoT for the betterment of human beings successfully.

Important Citation Identification by Exploiting the Optimal In-text Citation Frequency 利用最优引文频次进行重要引文识别

Research is always based on previously done work. To acknowledge the worthy work of the predecessors of the field, researchers do citations. Citations are factors that are used for measuring the impact factor of journals, to rank the researchers, to find out latest research topics, for allocating research grants etc. In current epoch the research community has turned their focus towards citations and is of the view that all citations are not equally important. To find out important citations, researchers used different approaches such as context based, cue word based, metadata based, frequency based, textual based etc. Among proposed methodologies, frequency based approach was extensively used. The citation with high frequency was considered as important, but it is yet unclear that what should be the frequency cut off value of citation for considering it important. This research explored the significance of applying Threshold value over Frequency count for binary classification. We identified optimal threshold value of frequency count and further applied this to classify the citations into important and non-important ones. To evaluate the proposed approach a benchmark data set annotated by two domain experts was used that consisted of 465 citation pairs. The results were compared with state of the art precision value of 0.72. While the experiment showed increased value of 0.75 in terms of precision

Development of Satellite Attitude Simulink Model to Study the Rotational Degrees of Freedom 研究旋转自由度的卫星姿态Simulink模型的开发

The role of satellite is enormously increasing in connecting communities and societies to the global information super highway. The typical applications of satellite communication are internet access, news distribution, distant learning, telemedicine, disaster recovery and military applications etc. The attitude of satellite is its orientation in space and its regulation is one of the most important areas for a successful space mission. However, the relationships of kinematics and dynamics used to derive the equations of motion of satellite attitude are very cumbersome and difficult to understand for students at both undergraduate and graduate level. Therefore, in this research work the Simulink model of satellite attitude based on its kinematics and dynamics equations is developed to study and visualize the three rotational degrees of freedom i-e roll, pitch and yaw. The model is developed to visualize two modes of satellite maneuvers i-e Torque free rotations and satellite rotation with attitude thrusters. In first mode the external torque is absent to analyze the rotational stability and control characteristics of satellite and in second mode a pair of attitude thrusters about each principal axis is considered to do attitude maneuvers.

An Efficient Scheduling based cloud computing technique using virtual Machine Resource Allocation for efficient resource utilization of Servers 基于虚拟机资源分配的高效调度云计算技术,实现服务器资源的高效利用

Cloud computing gives greatest supply and boosts to the income, main purpose of cloud computing using visualization increases sinking work rate and power use and also increases complete throughput and minimum feedback time. Cloud climate is adopting minimum overhead with capable usage of available resources and allocating maximum resources to the processing unit. The scheduling of virtual machine uses the technique for allocating different time varying slots to cloud climate and data center. Cloud climate provides the facility for many clients to use the services of cloud based data environment therefore virtual machine is widely used for scheduling of task on multi core systems as scheduling enhances the performance of system and reducing the cost and provide efficient resource allocation. In this research paper various scheduling techniques are consider for virtual machine and different resource allocating techniques are presented. In this paper a technique is proposed that provides flawless task execution and availability of data sets connected over cloud in virtual machine that consider various resource management units. Various workloads integrate with this scheme and efficiently extend the server utilization.

A Novel Remote User Authentication Scheme by using Private Blockchain-Based Secure Access Control for Agriculture Monitoring 一种基于私有区块链安全访问控制的农业监控远程用户认证方案

Pakistan is an agricultural country and its economy is mainly dependent on agriculture. Agriculture provides large economic opportunities along with the yield of food and other raw materials in our life. To increase the yield of products there is a need for the deployment of modern technology. To tackle this problem, a private blockchain-based secure access control for agriculture can be employed to monitor the different climatic parameters such as (light, humidity, temperature, and, soil moisture, etc) in the fields. The environmental and climatic parameters are very important for the quantity, quality, efficient growth of the crops. Also, any kind of unwanted modification, interception, and expunction on these parameters can leave a bad impact on fields and crops. Therefore, privacy and security are key challenges while deploying the monitoring systems in the fields. In this regard, we have designed a novel remote user authentication scheme by using private blockchain-based secure access control for agriculture monitoring. The proposed scheme is authorized through private blockchain access control (PBAC) algorithms and is applied using hyper ledger cello tools. We customarily analyze the privacy and security of the scheme by using a random oracle model. Furthermore, the proposed protocol is secure and resist different sorts of malicious attacks. The proposed scheme is also suitable in a real-life application to avoid all kinds of security attacks.

With the proliferating intricacy of equipment being manufactured in this era of fourth industrial revolution; a lot of expertise, cost and time are entailed to design a 3D model for rapid prototyping and reverse engineering. The solution for the stated affair lies in 3D scanning technology. The research is based on the scrupulous and methodical study of the already existing 3D scanning techniques indicatively discussing laser triangulation technique, analyzing its results and proposing a revamped technique that caters for its flaws. The scheme is then scrutinized to substantiate the effectiveness of the proposed technique.

Recommender systems have become very popular in recent years and are used in different fields of technology. Memory-based Collaborative Filtering (CF) Recommender System is a quickly progressing study area and proved to be doing well for different types of recommender systems. Memory-based CF recommends items based on the entire collection of items which have been rated by users previously. CF generates recommendations on the basis of neighbors in memory and known as Memory based CF. In this study, we have discussed a major challenge for recommender system that has direct access to user data that leads to privacy risk and may become the cause of attacks and other risks. Leading to the above challenges, we have conducted a comprehensive survey of different risks and analyzed them critically. Moreover, we have investigated the existing state-of-the-art approaches which are being used to address such challenges. Based on findings, the current study will come up with existing approaches that reduce privacy risks for Memory-based CF.

Design and Construction of a Solar Hybrid Electric Motorbike 太阳能混合动力摩托车的设计与制造

Now a days, Fuel Efficiency and minimum pollution in vehicles is a major research area. Solar Hybrid vehicles are becoming popular because they are fuel economical and able to provide power and speed upon need without any charging limitations. But the major setback in them is their prolong charging time. Hybrid technology-based automobiles are getting increased attention which results in their increased cost. Due to this, it is almost impossible for a common consumer to afford it. The work presented here; throws light on the employment of solar hybrid electric vehicle technology on a regular gasoline motorbike. The implementation of solar hybrid electric technology on the motorbike is done in a modified parallel hybrid configuration. Motorbike efficiency is to be improved by emphasis on electrical part and its development. This research, discusses all the phases from designing to construction and implementation of this technology on the motorbike.
