The visually impaired need to confront several problems while performing their daily activities. Independent navigation becomes one of the major problems in their social life. This issue further deteriorates when they travel across new unknown environments. This paper provides an efficient solution for the visually impaired in the form of a hardware automated stick based on Google's Cloud Video Intelligence API. This system uses real time video processing to analyze the obstacles or objects coming in the path of the blind and provides feedback in the form of voice messages. Hence the system facilitates real time navigation in both indoor and outdoor environments. Also the cost effectiveness and the versatility of the system make it more adaptive and easy to use.

This paper presents the development of a cost effective, self-sustainable and solar rechargeable smart farming product based on embedded IoT and providing end to end solution using the cutting edge LoRa technology. It portrays the innovative methods developed to monitor ambient parameters using the LoRa LPWAN. The product leverages the capabilities of the Arduino Mini MCU capitalizing the low power and ultra-low power optimization techniques to enhance self-sustainability of the device. It also provides an insight of the alternative, creative approaches developed for some soil sensors (NPK and pH) to make the product cost-effective. These real time ambient data & parametric trends can be monitored over the cloud at user’s convenience on an android application.

Fault simulator of a car engine is a E-training system developed to guide the beginners about various faults of an engine. There are parameters called engine faults such as, Dirty oil, poor compression, coolant loss, poor lubrication, clogged radiator, Spark knock and worn spark plug. Any system when comes to existence has some faults and limitations. Hence, to understand these faults and how to diagnose them this fault simulator is developed using LabVIEW which have following different panels: The Main panel, About faults panel, Normal conditions panel, Guide panels, Fault simulator panel and Trainer kit panel. A trainer kit is made using virtual instruments such as switches and indicators in LabVIEW which will guide user to follow the required sequence of events to be performed.
