In addition, Sofyandi (2008) argues that to increase the productive contribution of an organisation's human resources, human resource management is defined as a strategy for applying management functions, namely planning, organising, leading, and controlling, in all human resource activities and operations, starting from attraction, selection, training and development, placement, and so on. Fair and competitive work compensation can motivate PNPPs to achieve higher work performance. Work compensation is one of the important factors that influence work motivation. Job satisfaction can be influenced by the extent to which employees are satisfied with the compensation they receive. High job performance tends to contribute to job satisfaction.

This research aims to analyze the strategy of the Bandung City Government in maintaining ASN neutrality in the 2024 Election contestation, with a focus on the strategy of the Bandung City BKD and Bawaslu as well as the supporting factors and obstacles faced and the efforts made by the Bandung City BKD in overcoming these obstacles. The research methods used include interviews, secondary data collection, and data analysis. The research results show that in principle the concept of ASN neutrality in elections to support the implementation of good government governance cannot be assessed as a form of deviation from the political rights of an ASN, therefore it is urgent that ASN must implement neutrality in realizing the principles of good governance, and Bawaslu in their duties and Its authority as supervisor of elections and regional elections in collaboration with supervisors in regional and sub-district districts and cities needs to carry out outreach and provide understanding to the community.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, work discipline and quality of human resources on the performance of KPU-D Cimahi City employees of West Java Province both partially and together. This research uses a quantitative approach that is explanatory in nature, namely describing the actual situation in the field based on existing facts and data. The sampling technique in this study was proportionate stratified random sampling with a sample of 195 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, F test and T test, simple and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the performance of Cimahi City KPUD employees with leadership type (65.1%), work motivation (65.1%), work discipline (58.4%), quality of human resources (76.4%). The results of this study also show that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership type variables, motivation, work discipline, and quality of human resources together on the performance of Cimahi City KPUD employees with a percentage of 83.9%.

This research aims to analyze the application of the Cianjur Regency Institutional Analysis Management Information System (Sianjab Manjur) in improving the performance of the Cianjur Regency BKPSDM, with a focus on the implementation of Sianjab Manjur as well as the supporting factors and obstacles faced and the efforts made by the Cianjur Regency BKPSDM in overcoming obstacles. the. The research methods used include interviews, secondary data collection, and data analysis. The research results show that although Sianjab Manjur has had a positive impact in improving the performance of BKPSDM Cianjur Regency, there are several challenges that need to be faced in its implementation. The first challenge is related to data security. As an information system that stores sensitive data regarding personnel, Sianjab Manjur must be able to maintain data security properly so that it is not misused by unauthorized parties. The second challenge is related to employee acceptance and adaptation to new information systems. Using Sianjab Manjur requires acceptance and adaptation from employees, especially those who are used to manual systems. BKPSDM needs to increase outreach and training efforts to employees so that they can master and use Sianjab Manjur well.

This research discusses the misalignment between strategic planning and annual planning in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) at the national and regional levels, with a focus on Bekasi District, West Java. This alignment is critical to achieving community welfare. Gaps were found between the performance targets in the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) and the Government Work Plan (RKP), especially on economic growth, poverty levels, and unemployment. An evaluation of the KPIs in Bekasi District also showed non-optimality, with a number of KPIs not achieved. Qualitative research methods were used to evaluate this. Clear KPI establishment, accurate data collection, regular monitoring, and root cause analysis are important steps in KPI evaluation. The results show that the KPI setting process in Bekasi District still does not fulfill the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Assignable, Realistic, Time Related) criteria thoroughly.There are weaknesses in senior management commitment, an unoptimized performance culture, and a lack of Critical Factor Success (CSF) approach in the formulation of performance indicators.In addition, the process of simulating the achievement of KPIs and midterm evaluation of the RPJMD was not adequately implemented; however, this process was not fully followed at both the national and regional levels. The research design is a depiction of the research paradigm, the author chose a qualitative research approach to reveal and discuss the Implementation of the Performance Policy of the Center for Agricultural Technology Assessment and Development (BBP2TP) towards the Development of Location-Specific Agricultural Innovations. In its implementation, there are many things that influence it. One of the crucial things for the development of location-specific technology is how to harmonize technology development between the Research Center and the Agricultural Technology Assessment Center (BPTP). One of the transportation problems still faced in the country is the problem of traffic accidents that not only occur on roads and highway intersections, but also those that occur at level crossings between trains and motorized vehicles. Such as the train accident in Silebu Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten Province on July 26, 2022 which killed 9 people. In the end, the issue of railroad crossings is not enough to be seen from one aspect of the problem alone but extends to other fields because it involves the various roles of actors, signals/codes, field space, and the morality of the users themselves. The number of railway crossings on the Central Java Regency / City road according to data from the Directorate General of Railways of the Ministry of Transportation in 2022 was recorded at 834 level crossings spread across 23 districts / cities, with details of 476 unguarded crossings and 268 guarded crossings. Starting from this condition, this research was conducted as a premise for Research on Safety Countermeasures Program at Railway Crossings in Central Java, especially both level crossings on provincial roads and on Regency / City roads.

This study examines the empirical experience of indigenous village autonomy in Indonesia as normatively regulated in the 1945 Constitution and the recent 2014 Law on Regional Government. The prolonged debate by many on the issue has mainly focused on how autonomous indigenous villages have actually been due to various forms of state intervention (also referred to as "stateization"). This study specifically identifies a number of empirical practices of autonomy in the Desa Adat Intaran of Bali Province. The case study provides a fertile ground for a variety of information related to the subject matter amidst the recent developments in the COVID-19 pandemic recovery efforts and the strong resistance of village communities to the LNG Terminal development project on Mertasari Beach by the Central Government and Bali Province in 2022 within the territory of Desa Adat Intaran. This study is particularly important in terms of adding current data and information to the current debate on the practice of indigenous village autonomy in Indonesia. This research utilizes qualitative research methods with a series of interviews, Focus Group Discussions as well as literature studies as data collection techniques. Triangulation techniques were also used to validate the qualitative data. The study argues that there has been noticeable state intervention in the implementation of autonomy of Desa Adat Intaran both in terms of institutions, programs and the allocated village budget. This finding confirms that there is a large gap between normative indigenous village autonomy and actual practice.

The case study provides a fertile ground for a variety of information related to the subject matter amidst the recent developments in the COVID-19 pandemic recovery efforts and the strong resistance of village communities to the LNG Terminal development project on Mertasari Beach by the Central Government and Bali Province in 2022 within the territory of Desa Adat Intaran. This study is particularly important in terms of adding current data and information to the current debate on the practice of indigenous village autonomy in Indonesia. This research utilizes qualitative research methods with a series of interviews, Focus Group Discussions as well as literature studies as data collection techniques. Triangulation techniques were also used to validate the qualitative data. The study argues that there has been noticeable state intervention in the implementation of autonomy of Desa Adat Intaran both in terms of institutions, programs and the allocated village budget. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk membuat model pengembangan program persiapan pensiun yang lebih efektif serta dapat membantu Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan SSDM Polri yang akan pensiun. Hal ini diharapkan agar pegawai yang mengikuti program persiapan akan merasa bahagia lahir dan batin. Hasil dari model pelatihan ini menggambarkan tentang penyusunan bahan pelatihan, metode, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program kegiatan. Materi pelatihan terdiri dari dua aspek besar meliputi Aspek Perencanaan Pensiun dan Aspek Konseling. Adapun Metode Pelatihan adalah Penyampaian Materi, Diskusi Kelompok, Role Play, Games dan Simulasi, Konsultasi dan Kunjungan ke tempat-tempat usaha. Sedangkan pelaksanaan dilakukan di luar kantor bekerjasama dengan BTPN dan peserta adalah PNS di lingkungan SSDM Polri serta memanggil peserta dari satuan kerja lain, adapun narasumber dari berbagai ahli sesuai dengan tema. Pada tahap evaluasi pelaksanaannya bekerjasama dengan Baganev Rojianstra SSDM Polri dengan menilai kebutuhan serta efektifitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan hasil penelitian yang diperlukan pengembangan program persiapan pensiun dengan menambah aspek-aspek program persiapan masa pensiun meliputi persiapan dan konseling. Adapun saran dari penelitian ini adalah agar dapat diterapkan khususnya di instansi Polri dan dapat digunakan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.
