Speed-sensorless control of induction motors with improved fault tolerance against current sensor failure 感应电机的无速度传感器控制,提高了对电流传感器故障的容错能力

In this paper we propose the use of a multisensor switching strategy for fault tolerant speed-sensorless vector control of induction motors. The proposed strategy combines three current sensors and associated observers that estimate rotor speed and flux. The estimates provided by the observers are compared at each sampling time by a switching mechanism which selects the sensors-observer pair with the smallest value of an appropriately chosen switching cost. The switching selection is such that measurements from faulty current sensors are automatically avoided by the switching mechanism, thus maintaining good performance levels even in the presence of a faulty sensor. The measurements provided by the selected pair are used by a vector controller (DTFC or FOC) to implement the control law. Simulation results under realistic conditions illustrate the effectiveness of the scheme.

Boundary tracking control for an electrochemical cell 电化学电池的边界跟踪控制

This paper reports boundary tracking control for an electrochemical cell. The feedforward control law is derived from inversed problem for the given reference trajectory on the cathode boundary. The equations of optimal linear filtering are utilized to estimate an unknown time-varying linear parameter of the model. The feedforward control is complimented with a PI feedback control and adaptive control to track the desired reference signal in the case of model uncertainty and disturbances. The proposed control laws are simulated and shown to be effective.

Necessary and sufficient condition for generalized estimation/control forms of continuous descriptor controllers 连续广义控制器广义估计/控制形式的充分必要条件

This paper deals with observer-based forms of arbitrary continuous-time descriptor controllers. The general form includes static control and estimation gains with or without an extra descriptor Youla parameter that can be either static or dynamic. A necessary and sufficient condition for the derived controller to be input-output equivalent to the initial one, with a separated estimation-control structure, is given. The present method is consistent with the existing results in the conventional linear state-space case. Some numerical examples illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper presents an adaptive generalized likelihood ratio (GLR) test for multiple faults detection and isolation in dynamic stochastic linear systems. For sequential fault detection, the adaptive GLR test confronts the fault hypothesis Hkhj to the reference hypothesis Hk updating on line after each detection and isolation of one fault. The proposed scheme is based on the design of the fault detection filter and on the GLR test applied on the filter innovation.

Gaussian-sum-based probability hypothesis density filtering with delayed and out-of-sequence measurements 延迟和乱序测量的高斯和概率假设密度滤波

The problem of multiple-sensor-based multiple-object tracking is studied for adverse environments involving clutter (false positives), missing measurements (false negatives) and random target births and deaths (a priori unknown target numbers). Various (potentially spatially separated) sensors are assumed to generate signals which are sent to the estimator via parallel channels which incur independent delays. These signals may arrive out of order, be corrupted or even lost. In addition, there may be periods when the estimator receives no information. A closed-form, recursive solution to the considered problem is detailed that generalizes the Gaussian-mixture probability hypothesis density (GM-PHD) filter previously detailed in the literature. This generalization allows the GM-PHD framework to be applied in more realistic network scenarios involving not only transmission delays but rather more general irregular measurement sequences where particular measurements from some sensors can arrive out of order with respect to the generating sensor and also with respect to the signals generated by the other sensors in the network.

Fault detection and isolation of PEM fuel cell system by analytical redundancy 基于分析冗余的PEM燃料电池系统故障检测与隔离

This paper presents a procedure of fault detection and isolation of proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell based on its mathematic model by analytical redundancy approach. The model is linearized into eight state equations representation. The transient phenomena captured in the model include the compressor dynamics, the flow characteristics, mass and energy conservation and manifold fluidic mechanics. Analytical redundancy relations (ARR) are generated and numerical simulation results are given. Major faults such as flooding, drying within fuel cells, and compressor over-voltage are detected and isolated. The diagnosability of fuel cell system is also obtained.

A low-noise and high-bandwidth Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA) at 2.75 GHz has been implemented in 0.35 µm CMOS technology. The designed amplifier is configured on three identical stages that use an active load. This structure operates at 3.3V power supply voltage, displays a transimpedance gain of 531 Ω, exhibits a gain bandwidth product (GBW) of 1.46 THz×Ω and a low-noise level of about 12.8 pA/√Hz , while operating with a photodiode capacitance of 0.4 pF. The predicted performance is verified using simulations tools with 0.35 µm CMOS AMS parameters.

Characterization tool for photovoltaic power sources 光伏电源表征工具

This paper presents a software that simulates and characterizes photovoltaic systems (PV). The tool reveals the effect of the climatic parameters and the state of the load on the behavior of the photovoltaic conversion system. Different approaches are programmed to track the maximum power point such as fuzzy logic, P&O, etc… Furthermore, several functionalities are supplied as diagrams of the electric characteristics (current, voltage, power). Simulation is executed using PV parameters according to either a set of PV known companies or by programming specific PV configuration. Validation is ensured thanks to a stored measurement database relative to Sfax, Tunisia. Thanks to an interactive graphic interface, the software offers a great flexibility when teaching, characterizing, modeling or sizing photovoltaic installations.

It is well-known that if the robot with its end-effector force control is passive, the closed loop system consisting of the robot and an arbitrary passive environment is asymptotically stable. Passive robot control, however, limits the achievable robot impedance reduction. Recently, [1] (Buerger and Hogan, 2007) investigated what performance can be achieved with non-passive control when uncertainty bounds for the environment are known, but unfortunately neglected stability margins. Here we present a robust force control design with stability margins for Buerger and Hogan's example.

Nonlinear decentralized control of a multimachine power system 多机电力系统的非线性分散控制

In this paper, the transient stability and voltage regulation of multimachine power systems are simultaneously addressed in a multivariable and nonlinear framework. The design method is based on a new power system model. The main characteristic of this model is that interactions between generators and changes in operating conditions are represented by time-varying parameters. The controller consists of two controllers, known as the terminal voltage controller and speed controller. The methodology adopted is based on backstepping design strategy. The proposed stabilizing feedback laws for the power system are shown to be globally asymptotically stable in the context of Lyapunov theory. The tracking errors are shown to be globally uniformly bounded. Numerical results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control methodology.
