Peran Kearifan Lokal Masyarakat Suku Mentawai dalam Upaya Mitigasi Bencana: Sistematik Review 部落学者在减灾工作中的地方智慧作用:系统性回顾

The disaster that occurred in the Mentawai Islands district has become a cultural shaping factor. Thus, this forms local wisdom to survive and adapt to natural disasters that often occur. This study aims to determine the role of local wisdom in the Mentawai people in disaster mitigation efforts. This type of research is research that uses a systematic review method (Systematic Review). The stages of literature collection refer to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. This study shows that there are several local pearls of wisdom in the form of disaster mitigation that are owned by the Mentawai people, including the arat sabulungan belief that teaches humans to treat nature, plants, water, and animals like him. In addition, there is an Umma (Mentawai Tribe Community House) which was built in a collaborative manner made from natural materials obtained from the forest with the building construction being strong and flexible enough so that it can withstand earthquake shocks. Apart from that, there is the Mentawai Folklore (Sitakkigagailau and Pagetasabbau) which is a picture of their cosmology towards the harmony of life with the natural, social and cultural environment. Based on the results of the study found, it can be concluded that the local wisdom of the Mentawai people plays an important role in mitigating disasters that occur in the Mentawai archipelago district.

Implikasi Kearifan Lokal terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen dalam Pembelian Kain Tenun Melayu Riau 当地的忠诚度对消费者在马来廖内织布机购买中所产生的忠诚度的影响

This study purpose to examine in depth about consumer loyalty as an implication of lokal wisdom through consumer trust of Riau Malay woven fabric buyers. This research was conducted descriptively and verifiably with a survey method on 100 buyers of Riau Malay woven fabric. The analytical tool used is SEM-PLS. The results showed that consumers of Riau Malay woven fabric related to lokal wisdom believe that each pattern and color on the fabric contains noble values of Malay culture, consumer confidence in Riau Malay woven fabric is also still good and consumers remain loyal and continue to make repeat purchases of the woven fabric. the results also show that lokal wisdom affects consumer loyalty through consumer confidence in accordance with the model built.
本研究旨在透过消费者信任,深入探讨消费者忠诚度对廖内马来织布购买者的地方智慧的影响。本研究采用描述性和可验证性的调查方法,对100名廖内马来机织物买家进行了调查。使用的分析工具是SEM-PLS。结果显示,与本土智慧相关的廖内马来机织物消费者认为,织物上的每一种图案和颜色都蕴含着马来文化的高贵价值,消费者对廖内马来机织物的信心也依然良好,消费者对廖内马来机织物保持忠诚,并持续重复购买该机织物。结果还表明,根据所建立的模型,本地智慧通过消费者信心影响消费者忠诚度。

Pengelolaan Sampah di Perguruan Tinggi Sesuai Konsep Green Campus (Studi Kasus: Universitas Respati Yogyakarta) 绿校园概念大学垃圾管理

The expansion and growth of Higher Education in Indonesia are very rapid with a large population, large area, and dense activity, resulting in significant waste generation. This study was to analyze and plan waste management according to the green campus concept. This research uses a descriptive explorative with a case study strategy at Universitas Respati Yogyakarta. The sample is all waste generated in the campus and the research instrument uses 2 guidelines: measurement of waste generation and composition refers to the SNI and waste management analysis based on guidelines from UI GreenMetric. The results showed that the generation and volume of waste were above the SNI values. The waste containers provided do not meet SNI: volume, number, color, and several waste collection tools. The campus has a program to reduce the use of paper and plastic, but it has not been maximized because there is no recycling program, >75% of organic waste has not been handled, there is no handling of B3 waste and the method of disposing of liquid waste is still conventional. The conclusion is that handling waste on site is a step that must be carried out before being disposed of in a container.

Evaluasi Keberhasilan dalam Menjaga Konservasi Penebaran Beberapa Jenis Ikan di Waduk Penjalin, Jawa Tengah 在爪哇岛中部的渔业水库保持某些鱼类放养方面的成功评估

Fish stocking is one efforts to optimize fish production. 137,000 fish including tilapia, silver barb, common carp and giant prawns were stocked in the Penjalin Reservoir. This study aims to evaluate the distribution of several types of fish in the Penjalin Reservoir including the ability to utilize feed and space resources, fish growth and the chances of being caught by fishermen. The method used is stratified random sampling. The research was conducted from December 2021 to February 2022 at 4 observation stations. Sampling of fish using gill nets with a mesh of 0.75; 1; 1.5; 2; 2.5 and 3 inches. In addition, data collection is assisted by enumerators. The results showed that the growth pattern of tilapia anf giant prawn is allometric negative, allometric positive for silver barb and common carp are isometric. Growth performance of stocked fish slow. Condition faktors for tilapia ranged from 0.78-1.45, silver barb 0.94-1.18, common carp 0.81-1.23 and giant prawns 0.75-1.14. Food habits analysis showed that the main food of tilapia is phytoplankton (99.9%), Silver barb is phytoplankton (90%), common carp is plants (85.71%) and giant prawns is mollusks (86.21%). Silver barb has a highest chance of getting caught by fishermen than the other fish.

Keunggulan Bersaing Pada Usaha Rumah Makan Padang di Pekanbaru Berbasiskan Kearifan Lokal 以当地智慧为基础的北干巴鲁巴东餐厅的竞争对手

This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge management on sustainable competitive advantage through local wisdom in a Padang restaurant business in Pekanbaru. Knowledge-sharing activities in the Padang restaurant business in Pekanbaru are an essential problem to study because this still needs to be optimally implemented. The low understanding of business actors in carrying out knowledge-sharing activities is challenging to achieve competitive competitiveness. Even though the same cultural background can be a potential strength in this knowledge-sharing activity. The sample for this research was employees of a Padang restaurant business in Pekanbaru, which was determined by purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses SEM PLS, with the study results showing that knowledge management influences sustainable competitive advantage through local wisdom in the Padang restaurant business in Pekanbaru. This research contributes empirically to an essential understanding of knowledge management based on local learning to achieve sustainable competitive advantage in Padang restaurant businesses in Pekanbaru and successfully tests local wisdom as a moderating variable.

Potensi dan Tantangan Pemulung Menuju Ekonomi Sirkular di Kota Jambi 食腐动物在贾比市对圆形经济的潜在挑战和挑战

Waste pickers in Jambi city reduce solid waste by collecting and sorting recycled waste at the ‘Solid Waste Temporary Shelters’ or Tempat Pembuangan Sementara (TPS). However, most waste pickers cannot improve their performance due to challenges confronting waste pickers and lack of attention from the government and the public. This research identified and quantified the solid waste collected and marketed by individual waste pickers and collectors ‘pengepul’. Convenience sampling methods with literature reviews, questionnaires, and interviews were carried out in this study. Most respondents were male waste pickers, 67%, and women, 33% (n=100). The average daily collection rate of male waste pickers is 10.43 kg/day. For female waste, pickers are 7.92 kg/day (waste category: plastic bottles, cardboard, and wastepaper), with an estimated recycling rate of 0.09%-0.89%. Meanwhile, collectors have an average sales rate of 2-5.5 tons/month, with an estimated recycling rate of 1.5%. The recycling value of waste pickers and collectors could be more optimal, impacting the average income of waste pickers Rp. 581,250/month which showed that the market is neither profitable nor socially protected. The research findings could help develop a waste pickers' integrated system to improve the implementation of the circular economy.

Meanwhile, collectors have an average sales rate of 2-5.5 tons/month, with an estimated recycling rate of 1.5%. The recycling value of waste pickers and collectors could be more optimal, impacting the average income of waste pickers Rp. 581,250/month which showed that the market is neither profitable nor socially protected. Evaluasi Reklamasi di Area Pertambangan Batubara PT. PQ, Kecamatan Tanjung Kidul, Kabupaten Muara Enim, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan

Coal mining activities carried out by PT. PQ causes a change in the environmental setting so that its function needs to be restored according to its designation. The return of land function is carried out through reclamation activities. Reclamation activities need to be evaluated in order to continue to make improvements and optimal results. This study assesses the success rate of reclamation carried out by PT. PQ. This study aims to examine and evaluate the reclamation activities carried out by PT. PQ is based on Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 1827/30 K/MEM of 2018. The research method used is field observation; analysis of primary and secondary data on land use, revegetation, and maintenance stages; and mathematical calculation of reclamation success rate. Soil quality was tested by testing the pH of H2O, organic C, and total N. The results showed that the soil in the reclamation area is considered to be acidic, namely the pH of H2O is 4.5 -5.5; organic C by 1-2%; N total of 0.1 – 0.2%; C/N of 5 – 1 test for pH H2O, organic C, and N total reclamation success rate of 94.1 or in the good category. The soil in the reclamation area has a pH of 4.3 and a soil organic C content of less than 1%. The main eucalyptus oil plants require soil with a pH of 4.5 -5.5. organic C by 1-2%; N total of 0.1 – 0.2%; C/N of 5 – 1. To complete the reclamation activities, it is necessary to increase the pH of the soil, which is still acidic, namely 4.3 and to increase the organic C content of the soil, which is still low, namely <1%. Findings of acidic soil pH and soil organic C content below the standard needed for the main plant eucalyptus oil are initial information for improving soil conditions in the reclamation area of PT. PQ so that reclamation activities run better.

The concept of sustainable development is a concept that links economic development, environmental quality, and social equity. These three aspects are the main pillars that must be considered in a balanced and proportional manner so that sustainable development can be optimally successful. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with direct observation/observation techniques in the field as well as interviews with the managers of the Cukang Taneuh Essential Ecosystem Area (KEE) and local community leaders. Observations were made by exploring the areas included in the Cukang Taneuh KEE and directly recording the types of ecosystem services available. The data was obtained through an inventory of the types of ecosystem services contained in the Cukang Taneuh KEE accompanied by a description of the benefits of each of these ecosystem services. Data analysis on the value of direct benefits from ecosystem services in the area is carried out through the Total Economic Value (TEV) valuation approach. The results show that there are four types of ecosystem services in Cukang Taneuh KEE, namely provisioning services, regulatory services, cultural services, and supporting services. Then for the value of direct benefits for the value of direct benefits obtained from KEE Cukang Taneuh obtained from utilization as a tourist spot, utilization of fishery resources, and utilization of forest products with a total value of Rp. 11,787,625,000.00 per year.

This research is expected to be useful for fish farmers as additional information in catfish (Clarias gariepinus) aquaculture. The method used is an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications, namely:P1 = 1 minute immersed in Muntingia calabura leaf extract waste, P2 = 3 minutes immersed, P3 = 5 minutes immersed, P4 = 7 minutes immersed and P5 = 9 minutes immersed. 2.250 eggs of catfish (C. gariepinus) were obtained from artificial spawning of catfish broodstock at the Fish Seed Center, Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Riau. The container used is a jar with a size of 10 liters. Based on the results of research on the effect of immersing waste extracts of M. calabura leaf extract with different immersing times on incubation time, hatchability and survival of catfish larvae, the best treatment was P5, which was 9 minutes of immersion. The parameter results obtained were 92% of egg adhesive, incubation time is 17:24 (17 hours 24 minutes), and hatchability rate is 87.78%. While the results of water quality measurements in this study were classified as optimal for catfish cultivation, with an ammonia range are 0.27-0.75 ppm, DO ranged from 3.14-4.95 mg/l, temperature are 28-31°C and the pH is 6.5.

Estimasi Karbon Pada Serasah dan Tegakan Dominan di Hutan Produksi Makbon KPHP Kabupaten Sorong

Litter is one of the places where carbon is stored in forests. It is important to know this because litter indirectly represents CO2 that is not released into the air through combustion. Likewise, vegetation plays an important role in CO2 absorption. Sorong Regency has a forest area that is divided into protected forests, nature reserves, limited production forests, permanent production forests, and convertible forests, as well as business permits for the utilization of timber forest products (IUPHHK). Such physical conditions cause the conditions of CO2 reserves and absorption to change. This study aims to determine litter biomass, carbon, and carbon percentage, and analyze dominant vegetation types in carbon stocks, carbon content, and CO2 absorption. The method used is the non-harvesting sampling method (non-destructive sampling) using allometric equations. The results showed that the highest litter biomass was in line 2, namely 4.571,63 grams with a carbon percentage of 32,940%. Carbon stocks for litter ranged from 0,792-2,149 kg, for a total of 6,523 kg. The dominant species for storing carbon in Makbon production forests are Ficus sp. at the sapling level and Guava/Syzygium sp. at the pole and tree levels.
