The research aims to find out the Realiasi of Taxes and Regional Retributions of the Government of Samarinda City whether it has been Optimal or not in terms of Realization of Tax Revenue and Regional Retribution. And to know which Taxes and Retributions are not optimal. This research is descriptive qualitative research and to collect data used purposive sampling. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are Data Collection, Data reduction, Data presentation and Withdrawal Conclusions. Based on the results of the study that there are several objects of tax and regional levies that have revenue realization that exceeds the budget target and there are also some tax objects and provincial levies which the level of revenue realization still needs to be more optimized.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Career Development on Employee Job Satisfaction at Widya Gama Mahakam University Samarinda. This research method is associative by using statistical analysis tools with the help of SPSS version 24 computer program to determine the effect of each variable. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the Linear Regression value is Y = 1.908 + 0.525X, the coefficient of determination is 20%. This research is intended to determine the business development of BMT cooperative members before and after being given funding from BMT UGT Sidogiri Samarinda. The research method used is qualitative, this research is field research (field research) which aims to improve the background, current situation, and environmental interactions that occur in social units. This research was focused on members of the BMT UGT cooperative Sidogiri Samarinda to see micro-business development before and after the funding. The technique of collecting data was carried out by interviewing members of the BMT UGT Sidogiri Samarinda branch and analyzing the results of this study to improve performance before and after giving advice. From the results of the research that can be obtained the largest according to the sellers of rujak with an average value of Rp.66,600,000 with a percentage of capital increase of 50% and turnover of 77.63% and the percentage increase in profits of 108.33% of fish with an average gain of Rp. 135,000,000 percentage increase in capital 20%, turnover of 17.65% and percentage increase in profits of 14.29%. This study aims to determine the efficient amount of inventory costs by comparing the inventory management of the Cendana IPA Unit with inventory management using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method at the Cendana IPA Unit at PDAM Tirta Kencana Samarinda. In this study using an analytical tool with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to find out the amount and cost of inventory efficiently, and assisted by other analytical tools, namely Safety Stock, Re Order Point, total ordering cost, total storage cost and total inventory cost. From the results of the analysis, it is known that inventory management using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is more efficient than the inventory management of the Cendana IPA Unit at PDAM Tirta Kencana Samarinda. The test results state that together the EOQ method can minimize inventory costs. Thus the proposed hypothesis can be accepted.

Metrodata Electronics Tbk for 2015 until 2017. This research is a descriptive study based on quantitative data at PT. Metrodata Electronics Tbk. The variables used in this research are cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and ROI. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion above, it can be seen the effectiveness of the use of working capital at PT. Metrodata Electronics Tbk has experienced an increase in the period of 2015 to 2017 and ROI in companies is above the industry average so that it can be stated the effectiveness of the use of working capital has been effective in funding the company's daily operations.

Indonesian Credit Insurance (ASKRINDO) Samarinda Branch to its employees on Veithzal Rivai's theory of career development. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method. From the results of the study it was found that: (1) The stages of employee career development at PT. Indonesian Credit Insurance (ASKRINDO) Samarinda Branch in accordance with the stages proposed by Veithzal Rivai, namely the initial phase, the continuation phase, the maintenance phase and the retirement phase. (2) All employee data used for analysis shows that they have gone through 4 phases, namely the initial phase, the continuation phase, the retaining phase and the retirement phase.

This study uses a descriptive methodology with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all 33 employees. The data was collected by using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the following test results: Y = 2.114 + 0.624X1 + 0.265X2.Th e results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction of employees of PT. This study aims to determine how much influence price and promotion have on the level of users of delivery services at JNE Samarinda branch. perceived by consumers who use JNE Samarinda branch. The model used in this research is a questionnaire and literature study using a Likert scale and the method of determining the sample used is the Slovin formula as many as 100 samples with a population of 24,090. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing, namely partial significant test (T) and simultaneous significant test (F) with the help of SPSS version 22 computer program to determine the effect of each variable. . The results of the study stated that the independent variables namely price and promotion had a positive influence on the dependent variable of service users with a value of 57%. This study aims to determine the system of recruitment and selection and to determine the process of recruitment and selection of the work performance of employees at PT. Nusantara Indah Mazda in Samarinda. In this study using a simple regression analysis tool in the calculations assisted by the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program. With the equation (Y=a+bX), where Y is the dependent variable, namely employee performance, X is the independent variable, namely the recruitment and selection process, a is a constant which is the average value of Y when the values of X1 and X1 are equal to zero and b as a partial regression coefficient, measuring the average value of Y for each change in X1 by assuming that X1 is constant. From the results of the analysis, it is known that recruitment and selection have no significant effect on employee performance at PT. Nusantara Indah Mazda Samarinda where recruitment is the process of obtaining a number of qualified human resources (employees) to occupy a position or job in a company and selection is the process of obtaining and using information about job applicants to determine who should be accepted for short-term positions and long-term. Through the results of the partial test that has been carried out, it turns out that there is no significant effect between recruitment and selection on employee performance with a level of significance.
