This paper introduces a smart aging service that helps the elderly lead a happy old age by actively utilizing IoT and AI technologies for the elderly who are increasing rapidly as they enter the aging society. In particular, we propose a future-oriented, age-friendly well-being support system that breaks away from the existing welfare concept to solve the aging problem but leads to a paradigm shift toward building a vibrant aging society by protecting from emergency and satisfying emotions. By introducing IoT and AI, it judges the life situation and emotional state from the living information of the elderly can respond to emergencies and suggest meetings as a change of mood and give an emotional comfort. Since the proposed system uses artificial intelligence techniques to determine the degree of depression when inputting information such as pulse-rate, dangerous word usage, and external communication, I think it showed the feasibility of the new concept of wellbeing support system that is totally different from conventional wellbeing concept of health-care.

The effects of electrolyte concentration on the electrochemical properties of Fe4[Fe(CN6)]3 (FeHCF) as a novel active material for the electrode of aqueous zinc-ion batteries was investigated. The electrochemical reactions and structural stability of the FeHCF electrode were significantly affected by the electrolyte concentration. In the electrolyte solutions of 1.0-7.0 mol dm, the charge-discharge capacities increased with increasing electrolyte concentration, however gradually decreased as the cycle progressed. On the other hand, in the 9.0 mol dm electrolyte solution, the initial capacity was relatively small, however showed good cyclability. Additionally, the FeHCF electrode after five cycles in the former electrolyte solutions, had a change in crystal structure, whereas there was no change in the latter electrolyte solution. This suggests that the performance of the FeHCF electrode is greatly influenced by the hydration structure of zinc ions present in electrolyte solutions.

Recently, a situation in which a specific content service is impossible worldwide has occurred due to a failure of the platform service and a significant social and economic problem has been caused in the global service market. In order to secure the stability of platform services, intelligent platform operation management is required. In this study, big data flow management(BDFM) and implementation method were proposed to quickly detect to abnormal service status in the platform operation environment. As a result of analyzing, BDFM technique improved the characteristics of abnormal failure detection by more than 30% compared to the traditional NMS. The big data flow management method has the advantage of being able to quickly detect platform system failures and abnormal service conditions, and it is expected that when connected with AI-based technology, platform management is performed intelligently and the ability to prevent and preserve failures can be greatly improved.

The introduction of the communicative approach in the English language education brings in a Korean the English Program in Korea (EPIK), which is a Korean government sponsored program established 1995. by the Korean Ministry of Education improve Korean students’ and teachers’ communicative competency in English within the public school system in Korea. For this goal, EPIK invites English speakers from 7 major English-speaking countries. However, the effectiveness of this program has been questioned in Korea. Thus, the objective of this paper is to explore the current status, problems, and the directions for the program to be aimed at, and for the effectiveness of EPIK through investigation of the program. Then this paper presents some possible solutions and suggestions including the possibility of VR use in orientation and training programs in order to empower both Korean teachers of English and English native teachers in Korea.

This study presents how the recognition of nail care shop’s SNS information and nail care service’s quality affects to customer’s satisfaction, with 257 women who is aged between 20 and 50, with survey. The recognition of nail care shop’s SNS information is comprised with understanding, utilization, and loyalty. The recognition of nail care service’s quality is comprised with external service, internal service, and the service attitude of employee. All the factors are verified with feasibility study and reliability test. The information about nail care service can be found at the internet and SNS most. The recognition of nail care shop’s SNS information has positive effect with the satisfaction of SNS, and the recognition of nail care shop’s quality has positive relationship with the satisfaction of nail care service. The various utilization of SNS service with systemic service attitude of employee can lead to positive effect of promoting a nail care shop.

This study was performed to examine the strategy method for the sustainable stability and effectiveness of small and medium hospital, where the relationship between perceptual satisfaction and expectation factors for special hospital was analyzed. The structural questionnaire was given to the residents of Busan and Gyungnam over the age of 20 and the square contingency and the logistical regression were employed for the analysis of the results. First, the respondent with 68.0% has realized the hospital claiming to be characterization as the special hospital and the Ministry of Health and Welfare designated hospital was identified to the respondent of 21.3%. Second, perceptual satisfaction with expectation level was satisfied to the most visitor in case of visiting special hospitals with subjective perception and was confirmed to the intention of revisiting consistently. Third, for the perceptual satisfaction of visiting with expectation level, the safety and the quality of treatment affected significantly the cause-and-effect. The result has provided the useful information with the establishment of a strategy for the long-term and continued effect through the perceptual satisfaction and the emotional attachment.

Goal of this study is to introduce newly developed Oral Motor Facilitation Technique(OMFT), to identify effect of oral motor therapy on oral praxis and oral function of Down syndrome child. OMFT is comprehensive oral motor therapy for improving sensory adaptation, oral sensori-motor function, oral motor coordination of oro-facial structure by therapist's direct manual stroking. Subject was 10years old down syndrome boy. Treatment was practiced 8 times, 15minutes per time, from May to July, 2020. Oral praxis, drooling, quality of chewing ability were tested before and after treatments. Every single items of Oral Praxis Test was increased. Severity and frequency of drooling were decreased. Quality of chewing ability is improved. Through this case study, we can find the positive effect of OMFT on oral praxis, drooling, chewing ability of Down syndrome child.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of Positive Psychological Capital on the relationship between Small Business Enterpreneur's Learning Goal Orientation and Work Engagement. In order to achieve the purpose of research, the survey results of 300 small business Enterpreneurs who participated in the K-BIZ's Small Business Enterpreneurs Support Program were used for analysis. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model. The results of this study were as follows: First, learning goal orientation of small business enterpreneurs had positive effect on positive psychological capital. Second, positive psychological capital of small business enterpreneurs had positive effect on work engagement. Third, positive psychological capital of small business enterpreneurs had full mediating effect on the relationship between learning goal orientation and work engagement. Based upon these results, several suggestions were suggested to promote small business enterpreneurs' learning goal orientation, work engagement, and positive psychological capital.

The Army is making efforts to increase combat power by incorporating technologies related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution into the field of defense. In order to utilize these technologies, it is necessary to develop a military tactical communication system that enables transmission and reception of data between command and control system and weapon systems. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the tactical communication systems of the other countries, derive the limitations of the tactical communication system currently operating in the military. And, a multi-layered integrated operation structure centered on satellites and plans to provide communication on the move to small units are reviewed. Then, we present the necessity of a large-capacity transmission speed by predicting the amount of data that will be generated from weapon systems of the future, and a plan to efficiently manage the network using intelligent network technology.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the development of end-of-life care program by analyzing the importance and performance of end-of-life care. Data were collected from 127 hospice team members currently working in hospice and palliative care units from six different university hospitals, general hospitals and hospice clinics. The data was collected throughout the time span of Dec. 1, 2020 to Feb. 15, 2021. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, & IPA matrix. As a result of this study, 'physical care' and ‘psychological care' were part of the first quadrant that requires maintenance and continuous enhancement. The 'spiritual care' appeared to be in the third quadrant area which entails long-term improvement. Based on the outcome of the study, it is evident that strategies are needed to continuously maintain and enhance physical and psychological care as well establish long-term plans for spiritual care when organizing the hospice team’s end-of-life care performance training program.

Data were collected from 127 hospice team members currently working in hospice and palliative care units from six different university hospitals, general hospitals and hospice clinics. The data was collected throughout the time span of Dec. 1, 2020 to Feb. 15, 2021. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, & IPA matrix. As a result of this study, 'physical care' and ‘psychological care' were part of the first quadrant that requires maintenance and continuous enhancement. The 'spiritual care' appeared to be in the third quadrant area which entails long-term improvement.
