Global dynamics of an SIQR epidemic model with quarantine strategy and delay was studied.On the basis of the SIQR epidemic model,a new dynamic model with time delays describing H1N1 epidemic considering the latency of the disease and introducing discrete time-delay is established.The sharp threshold,basic reproduction number R0 which completely determines the global dynamics are obtained with a qualitative analysis of this model,the inherent rule of infectious diseases is revealed.
