Exploring the Relationship between Digital Transformation Intelligence and Organizational Agility
Christophe Bisson, Nabila Boukef
The relationship between digital transformation and organizational agility is not well-understood with contradictory results. This paper aims at untangling this contradiction by focusing on one specific component of the digital transformation which consists on competitive intelligence (that we label digital transformation intelligence (DTI)). Through an exploratory study that examines the practices of 78 companies, we distinguished different practice levels of DTI and demonstrate the extent to which they are related to organizational agility. Our theoretical contributions are twofold. First, based on the literature related to competitive intelligence and digital transformation, we put forward digital transformation intelligence and distinguish three lenses to examine DTI practices. Second, we highlight the relationships between DTI practices and organizational agility.

Corporate Governance and Corporate Philanthropy During COVID-19: Mediating role of Knowledge Management COVID-19
Ahmad Muhammad Ishfaq, N. Akram, Battisti Enrico, Alam Gazi
This study examines the role of corporate governance and corporate philanthropy during COVID-19, with the mediating role of corporate social responsibility (CSR) knowledge management among Chinese listed firms. The study employed secondary data obtained from the Chinese Stock Market & Accounting Research (CSMAR) database on board size (BS) and board composition (BC) as corporate governance proxies. The findings show that BS and BC have a positive but insignificant relationship with corporate philanthropy, while CSR knowledge fully mediates the relationship between corporate governance and corporate philanthropy. Additionally, we find that board size and board composition have a positive relationship with CSR knowledge. This study has practical implications for firms engaged in the process view of CSR knowledge, which actively contributes to COVID-19 philanthropy. The process view of CSR receives more information from outside stakeholders and implements their resources on the most recent CSR issue. This response creates value for the firm as it targets the most recent issue in society.)

Poverty, entrepreneurship, and digitalization: A review and future research agenda
Xaver Neumeyer, S. Santos, Allison Garrell
Digitalization is a critical area for entrepreneurs. However, the context of poverty is still under researched. To address this gap, our study will present a multi-level perspective, including individual- and firm-level concepts such as digital literacy and absorptive capacity as well as ecosystem views on how digitalization intersects with poverty entrepreneurship. This is followed by a discussion of future research avenues.
