Nickel-based superalloy, relation between non-linear ultrasound and microstructure changes due to creep damages 镍基高温合金,非线性超声与蠕变损伤组织变化的关系

Nickel-based superalloy, Inconel 718, has high temperature strength effected by γ”(Ni 3 Nb) phase at approximately 973 K. Inconel 718 is characterized in that the γ”-phase disappearance leading to the creep destruction. In the study, we applied the nonlinear ultrasonic for evaluation the creep damage and the microstructural degradation in γ”for Inconel 718 plates. The nonlinear ultrasonic holds the potential of becoming the primary means of characterizing creep in metals, because it can probe the change of dislocation structure during the creep. Its sensitivity to microstructural evolutions during the creep is often higher than that of linear properties. We elucidated the relationship between microstructural change and the evolutions of nonlinear acoustic characterizations three-wave- interacting, with electromagnetic acoustic resonance (EMAR) throughout the creep lifetime, nonlinearly was relationship change in dislocation density. X‐ray diffraction and EBSD, SEM images supported this view.

Terahertz free electron laser with an electrodynamic system based on the excitation of Talbot-type supermode 基于talbot型超模激励的太赫兹自由电子激光器的电动力系统

In this work we describe the concept of an electron maser based on the excitation of the single supermode formed by a fixed set of transverse eigenmodes is proposed. The high-Q supermode is proposed as an operating mode. This mode is formed inside a simple cavity by a set of its eigenmodes. The supermode is high-Q due to the Talbot effect, namely, periodic reproduction of the transverse structure of a multimode wave field in an oversized waveguide. Two mirrors at the input and output of the waveguide provide the mode localization inside the cavity.

Методом самораспространяющегося высокотемпературного синтеза в системе ZnO-Co3O4-Mg(NO3)2·6H2O-Al2O3-Al с применением механохимической активации шихты получены кобальтсодержащие пигменты шпинельного типа синего цвета. Исходными компонентами являлисьоксиды кобальта Со3О4, цинка ZnO, алюминия Al2O3 и шестиводный нитрат магния Mg(NO3)2∙6H2O. B качестве металла-восстановителя использовался порошок алюминия промышленной марки АСД-4. Применение механохимической активации шихты существенно влияет на параметры горения системы. Исследованы фазовый состав и структура продуктов синтеза до и после механохимической активации. Состав продуктов подтвержден рентгенофазовым анализом (дифрактометре «ДРОН-2М», фильтрованное Сo kα-излучение). ИК-спектроскопический анализ (ИК-Фурье спектрометр Nicolet 5700) показал, что в процессе механохимической активации шихты происходит выделение воды из шестиводного нитрата магния, о чем свидетельствуют полосы поглощения, относящиеся к свободной воде, наблюдается фазовый переход γ-Al2O3→α-Al2O3, образуются зародыши новой фазы (шпинели). Морфологические особенности поверхности частиц исходной смеси изучены с применением растровой электронной микроскопии (Philips SEM 515). Микроструктуры продуктов синтеза с применением механохимической активации и без нее исследованы с помощью оптической микроскопии (Axiovert 200M). Механохимическая активация исходных смесей с последующим СВ-синтезом в режиме горения приводит к улучшению цветности пигментов за счет увеличения полноты превращения протекающих реакций.

В работе проведены исследование влияния добавки Y на структуру и свойства покрытий Mo-Zr-Si-B, полученных магнетронным распылением мозаичной мишени ((90%MoSi2 + 10%MoB) + 5%ZrB2)/Y. Установлено, что легирование иттрием приводит к снижению скорости роста в 1.2–1.7 раза. Размер кристаллитов h-MoSi2 уменьшался в 1.5–7.5 раза с увеличением концентрации Y от 0 до 4.8 ат.%. Максимальной твердостью 23 ГПа обладали базовое покрытие и покрытие, полученное с использованием 1 сегмента Y. Использование 2 и 3-х сегментов иттрия привело снижению Н на 9–14%. Введение иттрия положительно влияло на жаростойкость покрытий при температуре 1000°C.

Trigger circuit optimization of the oil-insulated LTD cavity 油绝缘LTD腔触发电路的优化

The goal of the research was to reduce the number of external trigger cables needed to trigger the oil insulated LTD cavity. The usual trigger circuit inside LTD cavity is a single wire O-ring and the minimum number of the external trigger cables connected to this O-ring is determined as 1 cable per 10 switches. In recent article LTD cavity of 34 bricks with novel trigger system and special internal trigger brick was represented. In our tests similar trigger system was used but without the internal trigger brick. The LTD cavity of 16 bricks was tested in more than 3000 shots. In all these shots no malfunction was observed. Numerical simulation has shown that up to 40 switches might be successfully triggered by 1 external trigger cable by using both the novel trigger system and a simple wire O-ring. This last prediction was tested in experiment with LTD cavity of 16 bricks in 600 shots and no malfunction was observed also. The results of this research have shown that previous requirement can be reduced to less strict claim of 1 trigger cable per 16 switches.

The electron-optical scheme of the energy analyzer of small-sized electron spectrometer 小型电子能谱仪能量分析仪的电子光学方案

The electron-optical scheme of the axially-symmetric electrostatic mirror-type energy analyzer of charged particles beam based on a multipole electrode system is proposed. The field of the energy analyzer is designed as a superposition of the base cylindrical field and set of circular octupole coaxial with base field. The trajectory analysis of the electron-optical system was carried out by a numerical method. Corpuscular-optical parameters of system are calculated. The “ring-ring” type third-order angular focusing scheme is found. The proposed energy analyzer has compactness and high corpuscular-optical parameters. The instrumental function of device is calculated.

High-power terahertz Cherenkov radiation in oversized slow-wave structure 超大慢波结构中的高功率太赫兹切伦科夫辐射

The paper presents the results of numerical simulation of the interaction of a relativistic electron beam and an electromagnetic field in an oversized slow-wave structure near π-type oscillations of the TM01 mode in the terahertz (>300 GHz) frequency range. The calculations used the developed 2.5D hybrid electromagnetic model. A tubular electron beam with a current of 5 kA and energy of 400–490 keV was injected into a 40-mm diameter slow-wave structure. In the calculations, radiation with a power of 250 MW was obtained.

Outcome comparison of treatment of brain metastases in hypofractionation and staged radiosurgery 低分割与分期放射治疗脑转移的疗效比较

Brain metastases occur in 20–40% of cancer patients. The main methods of treatment are neurosurgical intervention, radiation therapy, and stereotactic radiosurgery is actively developing. The advantage of radiosurgery is non-invasiveness, the effectiveness of exposure to foci and the low probability of radiation reactions after treatment. However, in patients with a tumor volume exceeding 3 centimeters in diameter, with radiosurgical doses (>18 Gy), the risk of post-radiation complications is subsequently high, therefore radiosurgical methods of hypofractionation and staged radiosurgery are increasingly used. The research included a group of patients (46 people) who underwent treatment by the method of staged radiosurgery and a group of patients (27 people) who underwent hypofractionation. The clinical study was conducted at the Leksell Gamma Knife Icon installation (Stockholm, Sweden). The summed dose was in the range from 16 to 30 Gy. The purpose of research: to study and compare the results of the use of hypofractionation methods and staged radiosurgery for brain metastases.

A change in the crystal structure of a number of metals in the zone of exposure to laser radiation with a flux density of 104–105 W/cm2was detected by X-ray diffractometry. It is shown under the action of laser radiation on the surface of metal samples, their crystal structure changes in the irradiated zone from cubic face-centered to distorted.

Conical structures arising on the surface of a liquid with surface conductivity in an electric field are considered taking into account the influence of space charge of particles emanating from the cone apex. It is demonstrated that the field distribution problem admits an exact self-similar solution corresponding to the Taylor scaling law. This solution allows us to determine the relation between the total electric current flowing through the cone and the cone and space-charge region half-angles. The structure of this relation is quite sophisticated; it changes essentially with changing the permittivity of a liquid and the mobility of carriers.
