A Study on Customer Satisfaction towards Banking Services of IndusInd Bank in Vadalur Town 瓦达鲁尔镇兴业银行客户对银行服务满意度研究

This study has been conducted with the purpose of assessing the quality of service of Indusind Bank in Vadalur Town. Consumer marketing companies face intense competition, and banks are no exception. For service firms in general and banks in particular, it is indeed essential to focus on the requirements of the customers and to effectively meet them. Customer satisfaction, a term frequently used in marketing, is a measure of how products and services supplied by a company meet or surpass customer expectation. Customer satisfaction is characterized as’ the number of customers, or percentage of total customers, whose recorded experience with a business, its products or services (ratings) exceeds stated satisfaction objectives. The study aims to know the satisfaction level among the customers of the Indusind Bank. Service quality scale was used with five dimensions, reliability, empathy, namely physical aspect, assurance, and responsibility. This study also focuses on the banks’ different attributes and their impact on customer satisfaction. This study is limited only to the town of Vadalur. This is a descriptive study; the data were gathered from primary sources for this research. Two sets of questionnaires were prepared; one set was for the customers of the banks with service parameters, while the other was for the managers of the banks with key determinants. The analysis of the data collected was done through the use of a statistical package for social science (SPSS). Percentage analysis, chi-square test, was the test used to analyze the data. The result so obtained from this analysis indicates that the banks indeed are providing good services to their customers wherein customers are also satisfied. There are a few more service parameters that the banks need to take care to hold on to their customers.

Association of Chronic Low Back Pain with Depression and Anxiety 慢性腰痛与抑郁和焦虑的关系

Background: Chronic low back pain has a great impact on the mental health of an individual. In current practice in India the tolerant of chronic low back pain is seeking help either from orthopedic surgeon or a physiotherapist or traditional medicine and therefore the objective of all these systems mainly focuses on the alleviation of the physical symptoms and improvement of the functional performance. This study will provide a new insight to treating physician or physiotherapist who assess and manage the psychological component of health along with the physical health to achieve optimal health. Objective: To assess the association of chronic low back pain with anxiety and depression. Methodology: The present study aim to correlate chronic low back pain with depression and anxiety. The subjects participated were screened and were ruled out according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The demographic data of the subjects was collected and they were also instructed to complete the NPRS (Numeric pain rating scale) and HADS (Hospital anxiety and depression scale). Results: The result of the study showed significant positive correlation of low back pain with depression (p<0.002 value) and non-significant correlation with anxiety. Conclusion: The present study demonstrates correlation of chronic low back pain with depression and no significant result with anxiety. Patients with chronic low back pain are more prone to depression than anxiety. While planning treatment protocol psychological component should be taken into account and treatment should be planned accordingly to get better results.

The primary objective of the paper is to design a feasible yet highly adaptable EBICYCLE as number of motor vehicles on the roads whole over the world increases. The world’s car usage is booming. Cars are polluting the cities and dumping increases the amounts of carbon dioxide and other climate altering Green house gases into the atmosphere and consuming vast quantities of petroleum. Huge amount of money is being spent on the development of electrical vehicles that may be produced. This paper represents the study of Electrical Bicycle design. The aim of this paper is to design a simple, cost effective model of Electrical Bicycle with intelligent control system. The materials used are most environmentally friendly and cost is very much lower than the existing electric power bike. This can be implemented by connecting an electrical motor, a controller and battery pack, cabling and monitoring instruments. Key–words: BLDC motor, Controller, Battery system.

Abstract: E-commerce is the most considered and preferred way of purchasing all sorts of products and services by the consumers all over world now days. Convenient yet reasonable with lot of variety to choose from all over the world at fingertips is the reason why E-commerce is growing by lips and bounds. But due to covid-19 pandemic E-commerce business are facing challenges of unexpected forms which never existed before. There is certain change in Demand and buying behavior of consumer all of a sudden. Lockdowns and restriction posed by the government in order to control covid-19 spread resulted into nightmare for E-commerce business. This paper tries to throw light on those impacts.

Since “chemistry” has become the central core molecular science for energy, environment, sustainability, materials, biology, and medicine, great challenges in “organic chemistry” reflect more or less the same trend. In addition, advances in computing capacity and capabilities have opened avenues for big data treatment and analysis, systems chemistry, accurate simulations and predictions. Accordingly, it would be safe to say that the great challenges and successes in organic chemistry would reside at the interface with energy, environment, sustainability, materials, biology, medicine, and computer science. Now, let's move on to the examples of great challenges in branches of organic chemistry.

Smart Mirror Using Raspberry Pi

: Intelligent mirrors, which continue the works today and will take its place in the future technology provide both mirror and computer aided information services to its users. Thanks to the microcontroller cards onboard, these systems, which can connect to the internet and take data from the internet, can show this information on the places located on the mirror. In the scope of the study, the developed intelligent mirror system includes the weather information, time and location information, current event information, user information, and cam era image taken from web services using Raspberry Pi 3 microcontroller card. Some equipment can be controlled by voice commands via the microphone on the smart mirror .A smart mirror displays applications so that you can check the weather, local news, etc. while you are getting ready in the morning. The mirror will do the thinking for the user in a smart way. This smart mirror aims to reduce and possibly eliminate the need for the user to make time in their daily morning or nightly routine to check their PC, tablet, or smartphone for the information they need. The making of this smart mirror includes a micro-controller called Raspberry Pi which will act as a brain of the interactive system. The micro-controller will be powered using python scripts for mirror software as well as personal assistant. For making of this personal assistant an Amazon Web Services (AWS) account is required. Using the AWS, the Alexa function and a lexas kills using skill kit will be created. Once the function is setup, the function can be accessed using a command line after the software is installed. An 18’’ LED Monitor will be placed below an acrylic two-way mirror sheet and the model will be placed in a wooden frame .We’ll build a separate personal

The mirror will do the thinking for the user in a smart way. The making of this smart mirror includes a micro-controller called Raspberry Pi which will act as a brain of the interactive system. The micro-controller will be powered using python scripts for mirror software as well as personal assistant. For making of this personal assistant an Amazon Web Services (AWS) account is required. Abstract Agriculture, farming or cultivation are important occupations since the history of the human race is maintained. The word "Agriculture" represents all entities that came beneath the linear sequence of links of organic phenomenon for masses. Since humans are the smartest living species on earth, their smartness always encourages them to discover and innovate. This desire to innovate led to many inventions like the wheel, advancement in standards of living, language, and countless more achievements. As we know, in the present era, there are a need for soil and temperature monitoring systems, which is based on the technology of the Internet of things. In current, sometime farmer doesn't know the current status of their soil moisture, and on that case some time their crops will die. Some time because of extra or less level of water, these crops are under conditions that are dangerous for their survival, so for these type of situations, soil moisture and environmental temperature monitoring system is required. By using this system, farmers can easily make a decision for their crops on their own. Currently, there are some technologies and methodologies that work on GPRS, but since GPRS has connectivity issues, it is discarded in proposed work. IoT, with the help of different sensors has been used in proposed work. Machine Learning Based Sentiment Analysis on Twitter Data 基于机器学习的Twitter数据情感分析

With the increase of social networking epoch and its growth, the net has become one in all the powerful platforms for online learning, exchanging ideas and sharing opinions. Social media contain an enormous amount of the info for sentiment analysis within the type of tweets, blogs, and updates on the status, posts, etc.This paper addresses the matter of sentiment analysis in twitter; that's classifying tweets in keeping with the sentiment into positive, negative or neutral. Analysing the emotions of the general public became important to seek out the reviews of the shoppers for any product within the market, predicting political elections and predicting socio economic phenomena like stock market. The aim of this project is to develop a functional classifier for accurate and automatic sentiment classification of an unknown tweet stream by using convolutional neural networks. IndexTerms – Twitter, Sentiment, Natural Language Processing, CNN.
