A Method of Fault Diagnosis in Nuclear Plant Based on Fuzzy Sets 基于模糊集的核电厂故障诊断方法

Nuclear power plant is a large and complex system, when it fail, a fast and accurate fault diagnosis is needed to ensure a safe and efficient working of nuclear power plant. In this paper, the feasibility of exploiting fault diagnosis system based on fuzzy sets theory in nuclear plant was demonstrated. The genetic algorithm was introduced to optimize the rules of diagnosis, so as to achieve fast fault diagnosis of nuclear power plant, to ensure maximum security and stability of the power plant.
核电站是一个庞大而复杂的系统,当核电站发生故障时,需要快速准确的故障诊断,才能保证核电站安全高效运行。本文论证了基于模糊集理论开发核电厂故障诊断系统的可行性。引入遗传算法对诊断规则进行优化,实现对核电站的快速故障诊断,最大限度地保证核电站的安全性和稳定性。

Essence of Two-Dimensional Principal Component Analysis and Its Generalization: Multi-dimensional PCA 二维主成分分析的本质及其推广:多维主成分分析

This paper examines the connection between two-dimensional principal component analysis (2DPCA) and traditional one-dimensional principal component analysis (PCA) and theoretically reveals the reason why 2DPCA outperforms PCA. Our finding provides new insights into the computation of 2DPCA and give a new equivalent algorithm for performing 2DPCA based on row vectors of original matrices. Based on the new algorithm, we extend the existing 2DPCA algorithm to its multi-dimensional case by developing a new feature extraction technique for multi-dimensional data called multi-dimensional principal component analysis (MDPCA). Different from 2DPCA and PCA, MDPCA is based on multi-dimensional data rather than 2D image matrices or 1D vectors so the range of PCA-based applications is significantly enlarged. The experimental results also demonstrate that MDPCA can extract more effective and robust multi-dimensional image features than 2DPCA.

An Analytical Approach to the Similarities between Swarm Intelligence and Artificial Immune System 群智能与人工免疫系统相似性的分析方法

Swarm intelligence and artificial immune system (AIS) are both derived from imitation of nature biology system. Their common characteristic is that they both have simple individuals but appear emergence characteristic in population level through interaction among individuals. In order to explore inherent similarity of complex system, we take ant colony system (ACS) and AIS as objectives to study this similarity in this paper. From the similarity of system structure, we firstly analyze the similarities of artificial ants and artificial immune cells from individual structure, action and relationships among individuals, and then the similarity of system network structure based on interaction between individuals is discussed. Finally, the similarity of their operation environment is also compared. From the similarity of system operation mechanism, we firstly investigate the difference of ACS and AIS in individual and population level. After that, the effects of memory mechanism of these two algorithms on operation are also studied. At last, we further point out the similarity of diversity strategies. The purpose of the above work is to construct the inherent relationship among different bio-inspired computation methods, which has both important theoretic significance and practical value to reveal the generation and operation mechanisms of human intelligence.

Research on Application and RF EMC of Bidirectional Wireless Communication System in Nuclear Power Plant 核电站双向无线通信系统的应用及射频电磁兼容研究

The wireless communication means is necessary for routine work and emergency operating in nuclear power station. With the developments of wireless technical and nuclear power plant, wireless communication system requires more comprehensive and widespread application. The secure and stable bidirectional wireless communication system is to have an important status in plant communication systems. In certain regions of nuclear power plant, such as nuclear island, RF emitting equipments have requirements to their electromagnetic compatibility, which should confirm to certain standards, to guarantee the operation of safety-related systems and the wireless communication system itself.

Engineering Materials Management Pattern Research and Implementation for Generation III Nuclear Power Plant 第三代核电站工程材料管理模式研究与实施

The construction of a nuclear power plant is a very complex systematic project, mainly including engineering, procurement, construction and start-up phases. Among those stages, engineering materials management is a fundamental and decisive job. In this paper, the engineering materials' properties are researched. In order to manage the engineering materials in VPRM efficiently, we proposed the nuclear power plant engineering materials classification method, and developed three kinds of workflow based on VPRM, effectively solved the problems of engineering materials management of the third generation nuclear power plant. In the paper an example of the third generation nuclear power plant engineering materials management application is given, which namely the Taishan Nuclear Power Plant Engineering Management System.

A Cognitive Model to Mimic an Aspect of Low Level Perception of Sound: Modelling Reverberation Perception by Statistical Signal Analysis 一个模拟低水平声音感知的认知模型:用统计信号分析模拟混响感知

Sound reproduced and perceived in different environments, or transmitted via diverse transmission channels shows distinctive acoustic characteristics, sometimes quoted simply as acoustics. Acoustics of an auditorium can be described by the transfer function from the source  to the receiver, or the impulse response in the time domain, which can be measured by instrumentation using a number of methods. On the other hand human listeners, especiallytrained musicians, sound engineers and acousticians canaccurately differentiate acoustics of auditoria by  listening tothe sound effects, indicating acoustics can be viewed as a lowlevel human perception of sounds. This paper presents acomputing model and algorithms to mimic human perceptionof reverberation, arguably a most significant aspect of acousticperception. This is done by statistical signal analysis usingmaximum likelihood estimation with a purposely chosenenergy decay model.

Design and Implementation of CRC Based on FPGA 基于FPGA的CRC的设计与实现

In modern communication systems, high-speed and high-reliability is the two most important yardsticks. but digital code may be distorted during the transmission, so we should and must encoding some redundant bits to assure the received code correct to enhance the reliability of the communication systems. This thesis is to expound the encoding and decoding theory of CRC and design it by VHDL language and verify the correctness of CRC.

Design and Implement Augmented Reality for Supporting Driving Visual Guidance 设计和实现支持驾驶视觉引导的增强现实

It is an important issue that let drivers obtain driving information easily. There are many advanced electronic devices used for driving safety assistance. During driving a car, the driver receives the information passed by these systems. But with more functionality, more and more information will be generated and make the driving environment very complicated that makes it very difficult for the drivers to digest and response to all of the information. This highlights the importance of integrating all of the driving information. Augmented Reality (AR) with Head-Up Displays (HUDs) has recently attracted the attention in the field of automotive research. In this work, we design and implement AR for supporting driving visual guidance. We integrate driving information from Controller Area Network (CAN), Global Positioning System (GPS), navigation system, and other related information and use HUD technology to project it to the windscreen. This technique improves driver's situation awareness by dynamically combining more information imaging, called Point of Interest (POI), with global maps. The driver can easily see his/her driving guidance without having to turn his/her head off the driving direction using our augmented reality guidance, drivers can drive more easily.

Cyclic Prefix Optimization for OFDM Transmission over Fading Propagation with Bit-Rate and BER Constraints 基于比特率和误码率约束的OFDM衰落传输循环前缀优化

Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is a robust multi-carrier modulation technique for high data rata wired/wireless transmission systems due to its good performance in multi-path channels. In this paper, a chaos-evolutionary programming (CEP) hybrid approach is proposed to achieve a minimum degradation of OFDM transmission over multi-path channels, taking into account, the Doppler effect and Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN), under bit error rate (BER) constraint. CEP is employed to find the optimum length of the guard Interval (GI), which is proposed to overcome the problem of interferences that occur at the receiver. An illustrative example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

CTS: The New Generation Intelligent Transportation System 新一代智能交通系统

This article provides a new generation intelligent transportation system on the basis of cloud computing, aiming at existing problems and challenges of present intelligent transportation system. It describes architecture of a cloud transportation system from viewpoints of technology and presents how to build the cloud transportation system from perspectives of management. Because our intelligent transportation industry is in the primary phase, and cloud-computing application as the resource deliver mode is just in the research phase in transportation field, this article also takes some measures to promote the application of cloud computing in the transportation field.
本文针对当前智能交通系统存在的问题和挑战,提出了基于云计算的新一代智能交通系统。从技术的角度描述了云传输系统的架构,并从管理的角度介绍了如何构建云传输系统。由于我国智能交通产业处于初级阶段,云计算作为资源交付模式在交通领域的应用还处于研究阶段,本文也采取了一些措施来促进云计算在交通领域的应用。
