The Study and Practice of IT Service Ability Evaluating Model for the Large Enterprise Group 大型企业集团IT服务能力评价模型的研究与实践

The IT Service Organization (ITSO) is an important internal service organization in the Large Enterprise Group ( LEG ), its IT service ability determines the level of LEG's informatization level, it is our urgent topic to research IT service ability evaluation system. In view of the current IT service system characteristics, this paper proposes a IT Service Ability Evaluating Model (SAE), including a IT Service Ability Evaluation (ISAV) algorithm and IT service level definition method. The SAE model has been practiced in a LEG and show that it is a scientific, rational IT service ability evaluation method. This paper has important reference value for enterprise or government informatization level evaluation theory, and it has vital significance in improving the ability of IT service level.

Analysis of Human Flesh Search in the Taiwanese Context 台湾语境中人肉搜索之分析

Human flesh search (HFS) is a recent internet phenomenon. Majority of the academic studies on HFS are in the Chinese context. Many HFS incidents have been reported locally but have been difficult to access by the international community. To resolve this issue and to supplement existing HFS reviews by Chen and Sharma [1], the current study provides a brief HFS analysis in the Taiwanese context with three additional research directions. Together with the reviews of Chen and Sharma [1], and of Chao [2], a comprehensive knowledge of HFS is obtained and can be a useful reference framework for future HFS research and policymaking.
人肉搜索(HFS)是最近出现的互联网现象。目前学术界对HFS的研究大多集中在中国语境下。当地报告了许多HFS事件,但国际社会难以进入。为了解决这个问题,并补充已有的Chen和Sharma等人的研究,本研究在台湾背景下提供了一个简短的HFS分析,并增加了三个研究方向。结合Chen和Sharma[1]以及Chao[2]的综述,对HFS有了一个全面的认识,可以为未来HFS的研究和政策制定提供一个有用的参考框架。

A Hybrid Vector Artificial Physics Optimization with Multi-dimensional Search Method 基于多维搜索的混合矢量人工物理优化方法

Artificial physics optimization algorithm (APO) is a new swarm intelligence algorithm to solve global optimization problem based on Physicomimetics framework. An n order diagonal matrix of shrinkage coefficient is introduced to ensure that each individual is within the decision space. Multi-dimensional search method is merged into the vector model of APO to improve the local exploitation capability of vector APO. The simulation results confirm that the performance of the hybrid vector APO with multi-dimensional search method is effective.
人工物理优化算法(APO)是一种基于物理仿生学框架的求解全局优化问题的新型群智能算法。引入n阶收缩系数对角矩阵,保证每个个体都在决策空间内。将多维搜索方法融入矢量APO模型中,提高矢量APO的局部开发能力。仿真结果验证了采用多维搜索方法的混合矢量APO算法的有效性。
