Over the past decade, social media has become an integral part of students' lives, influencing their mood, attitude, and behaviour. With the vast array of social networking sites that include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and WhatsApp, students have become connected to the world in a way that was unimaginable few decades ago. While social media enables students to build connections across the globe, it also has potential negative implications on their psychology. This paper examines the impact of social media on students' psychology, including its benefits and drawbacks. the impact of social media on students' psychology is a double-edged sword. While social media provides opportunities for students to connect with a diverse array of people and gain access to information, it can also lead to cyberbullying, false information, unrealistic expectations, and reduced face-to-face interaction. It is thus essential to balance the positive and negative effects of social media, while promoting positivity and using it as a tool for personal growth and development. This requires deliberate effort from students, parents, educators, and policy-makers to ensure social media is used responsibly for the benefit of individuals and society.

Psychological Effects of Missing Maxillary Anterior Teeth on Daily Life 上颌前牙缺失对日常生活的心理影响

The orofacial region's appearance and functionality are crucial parts of human life that can be impacted by tooth loss and lower quality of life. The purpose of this study was to determine how anterior tooth loss affected patients' quality of life and dental satisfaction. Methods: 100 control subjects without missing teeth and 100 partly edentulous patients with missing anterior teeth were enrolled in the study. By age, gender, and educational attainment, the control participants were comparable to the patients. The impact of dental issues on daily life and dental satisfaction was evaluated using a dental impact on daily living questionnaire. Patients' daily activities, contentment with their looks, pain thresholds, dental comfort, overall performance, and eating abilities are all significantly impacted by tooth loss (p=0.000). The patients' overall satisfaction with their dentition and daily living was unaffected by their age or education level. Females, however, were less satisfied than males with their eating, general performance, and looks (p=0.003, 0.005, and 0.007, respectively). Patients' overall satisfaction (p=0.028) and their contentment with their look, dental comfort, general performance, and eating dimensions (p=0.001, 0.048, 0.011, and 0.009, respectively) all showed significant associations with the number of missing anterior teeth. Conclusion: Regardless of individual characteristics like age, gender, and educational level, tooth loss has a definite impact on patients' happiness with their dentition. The degrees of satisfaction with dentition and daily living decline as tooth loss increases.

Status of Implementation of Inclusive Education Schemes for Students with Intellectual Disabilities in the State of Kerala 喀拉拉邦智障学生全纳教育计划的实施情况

Inclusive education (IE) has gained popularity as a method of transforming education systems in the world to ensure that every student must receive a high-quality education. Since the emergence of IE, people have accepted it as a way for enhancing the educational environment, one that is receptive to SwIDs, the most underprivileged and marginalized group in society. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the status of the implementation of inclusive education schemes for SwIDs in the state of Kerala. Descriptive survey research method was employed and five hundred samples were selected from fourteen districts of Kerala state. Purposive sampling method under the Non- Probability sampling technique was used to select the sample. The data was collected from respondents through a rating scale developed by the researcher, and the same was analyzed and interpreted using appropriate statistical techniques. The findings of present research study revealed that it includes the level of awareness, availability, accessibility and advantages among headmasters | headmistresses, general educators, special educators, paraprofessionals and parents under inclusive education schemes for SwIDs are average. The findings demonstrated that stakeholders' awareness of IES has a considerable positive impact on the implementation of inclusive education schemes. In today's culture, the current school scenario corresponds to the average level of availability of various aids and technologies in schools allowing SwIDs to live independently. The majority of schools in which research has been conducted agree on an average degree of accessibility give a way to access, advantages to all, and the capability to use accessible equipment in the classroom. The study's findings show that the average amount of benefit derived from inclusive education schemes implemented in their schools, which provides better opportunities for studying and developing a better profession for SwIDs to live independently in the State of Kerala.

Sudanese Teachers’ Adoption of Instructional Videos during COVID-19 苏丹教师在COVID-19期间采用教学视频

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, teachers had to resort to online teaching to continue their students' education. This research aims to investigate the factors that motivate teachers to use instructional videos, using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a framework. A questionnaire was utilized to gather cross-sectional data, which underwent analysis via factor analysis, correlation, and regression analysis. Out of the 350 questions, only 321 were considered valid. The findings revealed that teachers' intention to use instructional short videos is influenced by Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Attitude. Specifically, the perceived usefulness of instructional videos was identified as a crucial factor in determining teachers' willingness to use them in their classrooms.

Academic Adaptation and Autonomy in Learning Environments: Investigating Challenges, Support Systems, and Effective Teaching Approaches for International University Students at Bucheon University in Tashkent 学习环境中的学术适应和自主:塔什干富川大学国际大学生的挑战、支持系统和有效教学方法的调查

It was investigated the successful transition and learning experiences of students at Bucheon International University. The researchers explored which factors contribute to Bucheon University students’ academic adjustment, classroom experiences, and perception of autonomy support within their learning environments, a qualitative research approach was employed to delve deeper into how Bucheon University students view their classroom learning settings and learning experiences. Follow-up interviews were used in the qualitative phase to investigate the empirical relationships between autonomy-supportive environments and the classroom's affective (language, anxiety), behavioral (discussion participation), and cognitive (adaptive beliefs about classroom assessments) learning components. Findings showed that students at Bucheon University appeared to be satisfied by autonomy-supportive environments, which reduced language anxiety and boosted classroom engagement and adaptive perspectives on evaluation. By using selective codes (theme), the main themes involving multiple meanings were elicited. The five common themes below were found from the interview data. First theme indicated that instructors and peer groups provide support and it helps adapt in international university. Second theme indicated that main barrier is a foreign language. Third theme indicated that openness and willingness of instructors help to adapt to the new environment. Fourth theme indicated that students showed willingness to participate in group discussion during classes. Fifth theme indicated that students appreciate the flexibility and the choice of choosing the tasks and assignment by themselves. The discussion focuses on how the findings from the qualitative research can be used in theory and in the classroom. This research adds to the body of knowledge by offering a sound theoretical framework to facilitate successful academic transition among Uzbekistan international university students.

Fourth theme indicated that students showed willingness to participate in group discussion during classes. Fifth theme indicated that students appreciate the flexibility and the choice of choosing the tasks and assignment by themselves. The discussion focuses on how the findings from the qualitative research can be used in theory and in the classroom. The Proliferation Of Child Soldier In Modern Warfare And Its Social-Economic And Security Implication 现代战争中儿童兵的泛滥及其社会、经济和安全意义

This paper qualitatively interrogated the use of child soldier in the modern warfare focusing its social-economic and security implication. The paper uses content analysis thereby limit the data only on to secondary data. The paper revealed that the intervention of UNICEF and Save the Children has to prevent the recruitment of children into the army and also serve as a bridge between the military and international actors. The paper discovered that there is no modicum of security for children within global community. It recommended that the response to use of children in armed conflict should be more proactive by taken measures to ensure accountability of any further conflict accompanied by child recruitment.

A Qualitative Content Analysis Of How Vulnerable Eu-Citizens Are Portrayed In Swedish Media 瑞典媒体如何描绘弱势欧盟公民的定性内容分析

On 30 April 2004 The Eu Directive 2004/38/Ec Entered Into Force And Defined Eu-citizens’ right to free movement within the European Union. This directive gives EU-citizens the right to move freely between member states in up to three months. In order to reside for a longer period, the EU-citizens must comply to a certain set ofrules and qualifications. They must either be employed, registered as students or possess enough economic capital so that neither themselves nor their family risk being a burden on the social assistance system of the host member state. The directive sets up a legal frameworkwhere individuals not qualifying are theoretically experiencing their movement somewhat restricted. Furthermore, the people not qualifying within the directive’s requirements are at risk of being depicted as unwanted EU-citizens in political discourses. In this article I examine this phenomenon with a specific focus on the group vulnerable EU-citizens in Sweden and how they are portrayed in Swedish media.

Impact Of Hope On The Coping Behavior Of Male And Female Cancer Patients 希望对男女癌症患者应对行为的影响

The goal of this research was to see how hope affected the coping behaviours of male and female patients with cancer. To serve the purpose all the studies related to this area were identified and examinedthoroughly.Anelectronicsearchwasconductedthrough;googlescholar,Researchgate, Scopus, and Wikipedia, etc. Being a researcher of this area, the studies that were conducted from 2000 to 2021 were selected for the study. These studies were in English and were focusing on the effect of hope on male and female cancer patients. The results of the study revealed that hope is an important asset of coping behavior for cancer patients. It is an important tool for treatment and hence should berecommended.

In Panchayati Raj systems,the Gram Panchayats are the units of administration.The people’s socio, political, and economic developmentat the grass-root level is realized throughPanchayatiRajSystem.It is not only improving the economic conditions of the people but also aims atdeveloping self-relianceamong them.It is seen in the olden days that people used to meet together to solve village problemsunder the leadership of village elders.This system reflected the spirit of participatory democracy.OurFatherof Nation,Mahatma Gandhi,advocated for ‘Gram Swaraj’or villageself-rule. The motto wasthedecentralization of powers. It is a well-known fact that Panchayats have existed in India fora long. During the Vedic period, Medieval Period,and In British rule,we witnessed localself-government. After independence,the draft Constitution added a mention of panchayat in Article 40 under Directive Principles of State Policy. The Community DevelopmentProgramsfor local developmentwasintroducedin 1950. After realizingthe poor function of the Community DevelopmentProgramby the study team under the chairmanship ofthe BalwantRaiMehtaCommittee,the Panchayati Raj system was launched in 1959.The 73rd amendment Act 1992comprisesprovisionsfor the devolution of powers.Decentralisation of power became tools to design many development plans and programmes for various grassroots level scheme. The Constitutional status clear the path of the Panchayati Raj system to improve the infracturer and implementation of developmental programmes for the needy rural and tribal areas. Sustainability and inclusivity in development of the people living below poverty line and marginally poor and as a result that the deram the Millennieum Development Goals can be achieved.
