The Dual-Polarized Reflector Based on Low-Profile Antennas with E- and U-Strip 基于E带和u带低轮廓天线的双偏振反射器

In this paper presents the researches results of the scattering characteristics of the dual-polarized reflector, which is based on the low-profile antennas with E- and U-strips. It is shown that the made reflector on the level minus 3 dB of irregularity of the frequency characteristics of RCS (Radar Cross Section) relative to the maximum of RCS for two polarizations operates in the frequency range from 1.53 to 1.95 GHz (the width of the operating frequency band is 420 MHz or 27.5% relative to 1.53 GHz). Made the dual-polarized reflector is inferior to previously developed Van Atta with linear polarization at the level of RCS (the working frequency range from 1.36 to 2.00 GHz or 47% relative to 1.36 GHz). However, it can reflect the electromagnetic field of two polarizations.

Reflector Antenna Aperture Field Recovery using Phase Shift Holography with Three Fixed Reference Waves 三固定参考波相移全息法反演反射面天线孔径场

A method is proposed for reconstructing the aperture field of a reflector antenna by recording three holograms having fixed phase shifts of the reference wave. Mathematical analysis and simulation of the method in the autocollimation mode of the RATAN-600 radio telescope were performed and initial experimental results are presented. Using this proposed method on a radio telescope does not require special receiving equipment and a standard radio astronomy receiver can be used for holography measurements with a coherent remote ground or space signal source. The influence of the surface layer atmospheric turbulence on the process of consecutive recording of three holograms will limit the usability of the method for large ground radio telescopes. However, due to its simplicity, the method can be successfully applied to holographic measurement of smaller precision ground reflector antennas (up to 50 m) or any precision space radio telescope with an active surface.

A Tunable subTHz Source Based on the Josephson Oscillator with Phase Locking 基于锁相约瑟夫森振荡器的可调谐亚太赫兹源

We present a new implementation for a sub-terahertz and terahertz source based on a superconducting Josephson flux-flow oscillator. The oscillator has been integrated with the transmitting antenna on a single chip providing the emission to open space, and with a harmonic mixer based on a superconductor-insulator-superconductor junction for a frequency and phase locking. We have used the double slot antenna to couple the oscillator output planar transmission line with the open space; the antenna is additionally matched to the elliptical silicon lens forming narrow output beam of subTHz radiation. The design of antenna and matching structures coupled to the oscillator has been developed and fabricated, the operating range 0.25 - 0.45 THz has been obtained experimentally.

Propagation of Electromagnetic Waves in a Waveguide Filled with Space-Time Multiperiodic Medium 电磁波在空时多周期介质波导中的传播

In this article the interaction of transverse-electric (TE) and transverse-magnetic (TM) waves with space-time nonmagnetic multiperiodically modulated filling of the waveguide is considered under the assumption of small modulation indexes. TE and TM fields in the waveguide are described by the longitudinal components of magnetic and electric vectors, respectively. The wave equations for the specified components are received from Maxwell equations, which are reduced to the Mathieu-Hill equations by changing variables. The solutions of these equations in the frequency domain of "weak" interaction of signal wave with modulation wave (the Wulff-Bragg condition is not satisfied) was found with an accuracy of terms proportional to in the first degree of modulation indexes. It is shown, that TE and TM fields in the waveguide in the approximation, indicated above, consist of the sum of three space-time harmonics with different amplitudes. An analytical expression is also found for the frequency around which a "strong" interaction between the signal wave and the waveguide modulation wave can occur.

Two-Stage Design of Microstrip Filters from Arbitrary Configuration Resonators 任意结构谐振器微带滤波器的两级设计

The article proposes a two-stage approach to solving the problem of the synthesis of a microstrip filter. It is shown that the two-stage design allows almost ten times to reduce the displacement of the attenuation characteristic arising due to the limitations of the synthesis method used for the design.

An approximate calculation of a band-pass filter based on a symmetric coplanar line and an experimental study of the calculated filter layout with the aim of comparing the theoretical and experimental results are carried out. A layout of a tunable band-pass filter, whose operating frequency without current in the windings of a compact magnetic system was 7380 MHz, was experimentally investigated. The tuning range of the filter layout when the voltage on the windings varies from -1.2 V to +1.2 V is 6960 - 7620 MHz, and its width is 560 MHz.

Features of Frequency Generators Stabilization in Distributed Information-Measuring Systems 分布式信息测量系统中频率发生器的稳定特性

The problems of representation of the signal model in distributed information-measuring systems are considered in this report. The features of stabilization of frequency of generators in the distributed information-measuring systems are considered on the basis of this model. The main problem is to account for condition of delay between the moment of signal formation and the moment of estimation of its frequency-time parameters. It is proposed to use a polynomial model of frequency change. The coefficients of frequency time dependence are determined from the condition of equality of the phases of the processed signal and the parameters of the signal generated with delay. The numerical results is presented in the report.

The theoretical estimations of the amplitude and phase fluctuations of the microwave signal at its propagation in a turbulent atmosphere in an opened line-ofsight link has been made. Numerical estimations were obtained for the dispersions, as well as for the correlation intervals of the amplitude and phase fluctuations of the microwave signal.

Onboard Wide-Aperture Radiator for Calibration of the Chinese Satellite Radiometer MWHS-03 中国卫星辐射计MWHS-03星载大口径辐射器定标

The report presents the results of the development, research characteristics and calibration of on-board wide-aperture radiator (WAR), made in FSUE "VNIIFTRI". WAR are designed for on-board calibration of the satellite microwave radiometer of earth remote sensing (ERS), created in the National Center for space science of the Academy of Sciences (NCCS CAS) [1]. Onboard calibration of the radiometer MWHS-03 is carried out with the help of WAR with noise temperature of about 300 K and a "cold" space with noise temperature of ~2.7 K.

WAR are designed for on-board calibration of the satellite microwave radiometer of earth remote sensing (ERS), created in the National Center for space science of the Academy of Sciences (NCCS CAS) [1]. Frequency Performance Analysis of a Linear Equidistant Slotted Waveguide Antenna Consisting of Subarrays 一种由子阵列组成的线性等距开槽波导天线的频率特性分析

The analysis results of the directional properties of a linear slotted waveguide antenna with longitudinal slots in a broad wall of a rectangular waveguide are presented. In order to provide frequency-independent radiation pattern of the antenna subarraying was performed. Antenna’s directivity is analyzed in Ansys HFSS. CAD modeling was automated by VBScript language script. Calculated radiation patterns in the H- plane in the operating frequency range are given.
本文给出了矩形波导宽壁上纵槽线性波导天线方向特性的分析结果。为了提供与频率无关的天线辐射方向图,对天线进行了子阵列。在Ansys HFSS中对天线的指向性进行了分析。采用VBScript语言脚本实现CAD建模自动化。给出了H面在工作频率范围内的计算辐射图。
