Practical features of the implementation of a risk-based approach in the occupational safety management system 在职业安全管理系统中实施基于风险的方法的实际特点

The article considers the prerequisites for the creation and implementation of occupational safety management systems in organizations, assessment of occupational risk levels, identifies the reasons for changes in labor protection legislation in the period from 2014 to the present, and also considers the recommendations of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation on risk management and minimizing their consequences, including practical examples of their application.

Basic rules of safe operation of universal logging machines 通用测井机安全操作基本规则

For small and low-volume logging enterprises that predominate in the forest complex of the Russian Federation, in conditions of an acute shortage of forest fellers, universal logging machines are one of the most preferred options for carrying out logging operations. Compared with classic multi-machine logging complexes, they require significantly less capital, operators, and the cost of moving them from cutting area to cutting area. The article considers modern variants of universal logging machines — harvesters, forwarders, and felling — skidding-processing machines, and the rules for their safe operation.

At most timber enterprises, including logging enterprises, it is constantly or periodically necessary to grind the waste of the main production into chips or crushed wood of various fractions. These wastes may include: fragments of trunks, crown part (twigs and branches), pneumatic-root part, whole trees, from clearing linear objects, woodworking waste. The article discusses the main types of mobile chopping machines, the principles of their rational choice, as well as the rules of their effective and safe operation.

Despite the generally positive dynamics of reducing alcohol consumption in the Russian Federation, the problem of accidents and damage to machinery and equipment due to the drunken state of workers remains relevant, including for enterprises of the forest industry. A number of large and medium-sized timber enterprises have been using breathalyzers for walk-throughs for quite a long time, noting at the same time a significant improve in the situation with labor discipline, and, as a result, with a decrease in the number of accidents and emergency equipment failures. In the article, based on the materials of the company LLC "BREATHALYZER" (St. Petersburg), the possibilities of integrating the breathalyzer into the access control system, the principles of its operation, and the experience of industrial use are considered.

The safety factors of production processes and processes for the design of highways are considered. The levels of hazardous and harmful production factors in open areas, in industrial premises and at the workplaces of logging, sawmilling and woodworking enterprises were studied. Conclusions are made on ensuring traffic safety on highways. Ecological aspects of the design and construction of logging roads are considered. The main factors affecting the state of the environment and measures to reduce the harmful effects of road construction are noted. A rational way to prevent the influence of traffic noise is presented.

The article discusses modern and promising systems of machines to reduce the complexity of clearing cutting areas, the influence of natural production factors on the productivity of this type of work, as well as safety requirements when performing them.
