The study is dedicated to the analysis of innovative wood drying methods in the Baikal region with the aim of minimizing waste and enhancing processing efficiency. It examines microwave and vacuum drying methods, their impact on wood quality, and economic efficiency. The work includes experimental research and analysis of the potential economic and ecological impact of the proposed methods. Recommendations for the implementation of new technologies in regional enterprises are presented, as well as prospects for further research in this area.

Experimental studies of the environmental safety of forest vehicles with wheeled, tracked and semi-tracked propulsion when working on slopes 对在斜坡上作业的轮式、履带式和半履带式森林车辆的环境安全性进行实验研究

The article presents the results of a study of the impact of forest machinery movers on the soils of logging areas. During the study, various indicators were measured and analyzed, such as the angle of inclination, soil porosity and particle density, as well as a comparison of different types of propulsion: wheeled, semi-tracked and tracked. The results showed that wheeled vehicles have a significant impact on these indicators. The passage of tracked vehicles has less impact on soils, compared with wheeled and semi-tracked types of forest vehicles. These results indicate a potential disturbance of the soil structure and a change in its physico-chemical properties as a result of the use of forest machinery. The results of the study are important for understanding the impact of technology on the ecological state of forest ecosystems and for developing effective strategies for sustainable forest management. Further research in this area will make it possible to refine these results and determine the optimal methods of using forest machines with minimal impact on soils.

This chip is obtained in wood preparation workshops, and at the front of its further processing it is stored in open piles or in bunkers of various capacities. Measuring the volume of chips in piles is not very difficult. Operational accounting of chips in bunkers closed from a free view needs instrumentation. The article discusses the basic options of devices that allow solving this problem.

Modernization of drying chambers based on fuzzy regulation 基于模糊控制的干燥室现代化

One of the most important stages of woodworking is drying, thanks to which the physical and mechanical properties of wood are improved and its shelf life is increased. Drying of wood is a process that significantly affects the external environment. The fact is that drying most often takes place in convection drying chambers, which consume a lot of energy and are not efficient enough due to constant air exchange with the atmosphere. At the same time, about 50 % of the heat energy received is lost, and carbon dioxide released from the chamber negatively affects the environment. The paper proposes the modernization of a typical drying chamber to increase its efficiency by replacing the classical PID control with fuzzy logic algorithms in order to reduce the duration of transient processes.

One of the important environmental problems is the damage caused to the environment by the exhaust gases of internal combustion engines. They contain both non-toxic (nitrogen, carbon dioxide) and toxic (carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, aldehydes, benzapyrene) chemicals that have a negative impact on both humans and nature. In addition to the daily operation of logging equipment, exhaust gases also occur during laboratory tests of internal combustion engines. In order to minimize the amount of exhaust gases during the study and testing of internal combustion engines of forest transport, the article proposes a variant of a digital twin, where by means of several tests of this sample, it will be possible to simulate other possible options, but with its electronic copy.

The article is devoted to the study of occupational safety problems at a forestry enterprise and the development of effective measures to solve them. The main task is considered to be improving the level of labor protection, respectively, reducing risks and preventing accidents and accidents, as well as organizing a safe working environment for industry workers. Based on the results obtained, it is possible to develop specific recommendations and measures to prevent accidents, increase awareness of occupational safety, as well as improve the safety management system at the forestry enterprise. In turn, this will reduce risks and improve working conditions for employees, as well as contribute to improving the efficiency of enterprises as a whole.

One of the ways to improve the quality and volume of woodworking products is to increase the level of automation of production, which requires a clear formalization of the description of the behavior of the corresponding technological processes. In the article, on the basis of automatic programming, a logical model of the automatic control system for drying veneer in a multi-zone conveyor belt has been developed, which allows to increase the safety and efficiency of the process.
提高木工产品的质量和产量的方法之一是提高生产的自动化水平,这就要求对相应技术过程的行为进行明确的正规化描述。本文在自动编程的基础上,开发了多区传送带单板干燥自动控制系统的逻辑模型,从而提高了工艺的安全性和效率。
