Recording at the SMK N 1 Solok Selatan laboratory has been carried out by writing all transactions on paper or in folio notebooks. The difficulty in this recording process is in terms of data storage and retrieval. From this problem, an information system for borrowing and returning laboratory goods was designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which in this model has several stages, namely the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, the implementation stage, the testing phase and the maintenance stage. Novelty: related to the discussion of Curriculum Management and Assessment Systems in the Basic Education Sector (Dikdas) in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, including the Implementation of Independent Learning Management in the Era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors so far no one has researched. Research Methods: The research method used is descriptive qualitative research methods, with data sources, books and journals. The data collection technique is done by literature study, data analysis with qualitative data analysis techniques. Finding/Results: Curriculum Management and Assessment System in the Basic Education Sector (Dikdas) Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 related to Freedom of Learning is a new breakthrough, but it is necessary to look at the situation and conditions in certain areas (the impact of the Covid-19 Pancemi) with health protolkol with several precautions such as (wearing masks, and hand washing, and keeping distance). Conclusion : The supporting factors are related to the policy of "Free Learning" in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 in maximizing learning during the Covid-19 pandemic by looking at the situation and conditions in a certain area. As a result, the supporting factors are conditions and situations that can be done by means of Darling (Online and Offline). Related to the inhibiting factors, the results of the problems that arise in the distribution of books, (assessment, teacher administration, time allocation), constraints in the implementation of the curriculum, and learning activities in student books. Another obstacle is the facilities and infrastructure.

Paper bertujuan memaparkan pendidikan dan tantangan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi di Era Revoulusi Industri 4.0 dan kesiapan indoensia menjawab tantangan pendidikan era revolusi industri 4.0 dalam membangun system pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi. Di Indonesia kesiapan menghadapi tantangan pendidikan era revolusi industri 4.0 adalah segera meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan sumberdaya manusia Indonesia melalu pendidikan dengan melahirkan operator dan analis handal bidang manajemen pendidikan sebagai pendorong kemajuan pendidikan berbasis teknologi informasi di Indonesia menjawab tantangan Industri 4.0 yang terus melaju pesat. Kebijakan manajemen pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini mendorong seluruh level pendidikan, terutama pendidikan tinggi untuk memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi digital dan komputasi pendidikan era revolusi industry keempat. Beberapa solusi yang bisa dilakukan antara lain, kesesuaian kurikulum dan kebijakan dalam pendidikan, kesiapan SDM dalam memanfaatkan ICT, mengoptimalkan kemampuan peserta didik, dan mengembangkan nilai - nilai (karakter) peserta didik, serta dan kesiapan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran berbasis digital. Buku ajar dalam dunia pendidikan merupakan suatu kebutuhan pokok baik bagi guru maupun mahasiswa sebagai pedoman dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sehingga dapat mencapai kompetensi yang diharapkan. Selain itu, beberapa sekolah tinggi juga menerapkan bahan ajar mandiri atau lebih dikenal dengan modul. Tidak jauh berbeda dengan buku teks, modul juga dirancang secara sistematis dan juga berdasarkan kurikulum yang berlaku sehingga dapat mencapai kompetensi yang diharapkan. Modul lebih bersifat mandiri artinya dengan adanya modul siswa mahasiswa dapat belajar tanpa harus tatap muka dengan dosen. Mahasiswa dapat belajar sendiri atau berkelompok yang berpedoman kepada modul tersebut sehingga ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa dapat dilihat dari ketercapaiannya dalam mempelajari materi yang ada di modul. Sedangkan buku teks lebih umum, hanya saja peran dosen sangat lebih mendominasi dibandingkan dengan peran dosen yang menerapkan bahan ajar modul sebagai sumber belajar dalam kegiatan belajarnya. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif, desain penelitian Quasi Eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dan juga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester 2 STKIP Adzkia terdiri atas 2 kelas. Kelas IIA sebagai kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan e-modul dan IIB menggunakan metode konvensional sebagai kelas kontrol. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini, diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen= 81,4 dan di kelas kontrol= 66,16, yang mana kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan analisis uji-t di peroleh 6,1 dan = 1,665 pada taraf nyata 0,05 dengan thitung lebih besar dari pada ttabel. Hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa penggunaan e-modul memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada perkuliahan konsep dasar 2 di STKIP Adzkia Padang. Kata Kunci : E- modul, Hasil Belajar

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect ivenes of web-based teaching materials on student learning achievement in the evaluation of learning process and achievement course of Baturaja University. This experimental study used one group pretest postest design. There were 32 of fifth semester students participated in this study. Testing was used to collect the data. The data was analyzed using t test and computed through SPSS 22. The results showed that the significant value was 0.000 which were less than 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). This means that there was significant difference between students’ pretest postest scores. From the result, it could be conclude that web based teaching materials were effectively used to improve students’ learning achievement.Keywords: Web-based teaching materials, learning achievement, evaluation of learning process and achievement course

Paper bertujuan memaparkan inovasi pendidikan berbasis teknologi informasi di negara-negara maju seperti Amerika Serikat, Inggris, Cina dan Jepang menuju peradaban pendidikan masa depan. Inovasi pendidikan masa depan terus berpacu seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi informatika di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Kemajuan pendidikan di negara-negara maju telah melahirkan berbagai inovasi pendidikan di Indonesia diantaranya kebijakan pendidikan berbasis web yang dikenal dengan online learning atau distance learning yang sudah dipelopori oleh Amerika Serikat, Inggris, Cina dan Jepang sebagai Negara-negara maju yang lebih dahulu memanfaatkan kemajuan digital bagi pembangunan sistrem pendidikan masa depan mereka. Kemajuan era digital di negara-negara maju ini memberikan dampak positif bagi Indonesia yang kemudian ikut membangun platform pendidikan berbasis teknologi informasi sebagai sarana pendukung perbaikan proses pembelajaran masa depan dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dasar, menengah dan perguruan tinggi. Hal ini terwujud dalam kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dicanangkan pemerintah Indonesia mengunakan platform pembelajaran e-learning yang sudah menjadi keharusan bagi perguruan tinggi di Indonesia menyediakan system pembelajaran berbasis web ini.
