This study aims to determine the method of carrying out reinforced concrete structure work for columns, beams, and floor plates in the Majalengka Creative Center Building project. The results of the study are that the implementation method carried out on column, beam and floor plate work on the Majalengka Creative Center building project is in accordance with the planning and refers to the RKS (Work Plan and Requirements) for structural work. In an effort to support the progress of the automotive industry in Indonesia, PT Persada Selaras Indonesia PSI produces quality automotive part products and also carries out the manufacturing process using a stamping machine with a capacity of 110 tons. The purpose of this research is to increase work productivity properly and also produce precision according to production sizes. In this study there were several methods with research stages in which there were observations, literature studies, preparation of book materials, preparation of stamping press machines, setting dies, trial 0, results of measuring data, trial 1 of Maspro and finally the conclusion. The results of the research are the manufacturing process, the Honda Br-V Car Mount Part (Knee Bolster As Out T86 A) by going through the raw material preparation stage with SPCC raw materials, preparing a stamping press machine with a capacity of 110 tons, setting diess on a stamping press machine installing clamping up and down so that the deiss cannot move to anticipate the upper diess and lower diess collide. and the die height setting regulates the machine parameters for deiss with the aim that the part results are in accordance with the standard. Leuwi Panjang Terminal is one of the Type A passenger terminals in the city of Bandung. As a type A terminal that functions to serve public passenger vehicles for inter-city inter-provincial transportation (AKAP), and cross-border transportation between countries, inter-city transportation within the province (AKDP), city transportation (AK) and rural transportation (ADES), the terminal Leuwi Panjang must meet service standards for public passenger transportation. The research aims to measure the completeness of existing service facilities at the Leuwi Panjang terminal based on the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 40 of 2015 concerning Service Standards for the Implementation of Public Transport Passenger Terminals. This research was conducted by conducting direct observation and taking documentation at the research location. After the data is collected then data analysis is carried out. From the results of data analysis, it was concluded how the service conditions at the Leuwi Panjang Terminal were. From the results of the study, it was found that the service facilities at the Leuwi Panjang terminal were quite dominant with a percentage of 61% of the total 41 service items that must be owned by a type A terminal, 39% of incomplete facilities at the Leuwi Panjang terminal were in the Safety and Convenience aspect. In connection with the results of the research, it is necessary to make adjustments in the form of rehabilitation and renovation at the Leuwi Panjang Terminal to improve service standards.

Project scheduling has an important role in ensuring smooth project implementation and achieving the desired project objectives. In this context, the project scheduling analysis of the Rentang Headworks and Cipelang Main Canal Upgrading Works Rentang Irrigation Modernization Project (RIMP) in Jatitujuh District, Majalengka Regency is important to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation. The Pareto diagram method is used in this analysis to identify and address key issues that may arise during project implementation. This research aims to improve the scheduling of the RIMP project by using the Pareto diagram method to increase the efficiency of time, cost, and resources. The results of the analysis show that the critical factors affecting the scheduling of the RIMP project are delays in material procurement, lack of coordination between related parties, and changes in demand from stakeholders. In the Pareto diagram, these problems are placed on the Y-axis and ranked in order of importance. After identifying the main problems, specific improvement measures were proposed to address each problem. Measures such as improving material procurement, enhancing coordination between relevant parties, and devising a more structured change request mechanism can help reduce delays and improve project scheduling efficiency. Using the Pareto diagram method, this RIMP project scheduling analysis provides a clear view of the key issues affecting project execution. The results of this analysis can be used by the project team to make better decisions in project planning and execution, with the hope of improving the efficiency and success of the project.

The purpose of this research is to know the calculation of the main dam volume in the Cipanas Dam Development Project, Kab. Sumedang Package 3 uses the Cross-Section Method, knowing the calculation of the productivity of the heavy equipment used, and knowing the stages of carrying out the main dam embankment work.The method of calculating the volume of main dam embankment material uses the coordinate point method of the cross-section method to calculate the cross-sectional area at each station point where the coordinate point data is X as distance and Y as elevation.
