Metode Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Beton Bertulang Pada Proyek Pembangunan Creative Center Majalengka 创意中心(Majalengka)建设项目钢筋混凝土工程的实施方法

The implementation of a building construction project consists of several stages of work that must be passed. Implementation of structural work requires methods that can be carried out effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the method of carrying out reinforced concrete structure work for columns, beams, and floor plates in the Majalengka Creative Center Building project. The results of the study are that the implementation method carried out on column, beam and floor plate work on the Majalengka Creative Center building project is in accordance with the planning and refers to the RKS (Work Plan and Requirements) for structural work. The process of carrying out reinforced concrete structure work for columns, beams, and floor slabs briefly includes preparatory work, formwork work, ironing work, casting, and curing of concrete structures.

Abstract       Hydraulics have been widely used, especially in the industrial world and have become a very important component because the hydraulic system can make machine work more economical.  Many industrial processes use hydraulic systems to assist in the production process.  One that uses a lot of hydraulic systems is the cement industry.  PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk uses a hydraulic system in almost every component of its production.  One of the production components that use it is the Rotary Kiln        Kiln is a component that functions to burn cement raw materials and mix them by rotating continuously.  Rotational movement that occurs can cause a shift in the kiln.  To overcome this shift, there is one important component in the kiln circuit, namely the Hydraulic kiln thruster which functions to keep the kiln tube in place, besides helping to keep the kiln cylinder up and down.  and maintenance of PT Indocement Tunggal Pakarsa Tok's Rotary Kiln Plan 10 as a report on practical work that has been carried out.

In an effort to support the progress of the automotive industry in Indonesia, PT Persada Selaras Indonesia PSI produces quality automotive part products and also carries out the manufacturing process using a stamping machine with a capacity of 110 tons. The purpose of this research is to increase work productivity properly and also produce precision according to production sizes. In this study there were several methods with research stages in which there were observations, literature studies, preparation of book materials, preparation of stamping press machines, setting dies, trial 0, results of measuring data, trial 1 of Maspro and finally the conclusion. The results of the research are the manufacturing process, the Honda Br-V Car Mount Part (Knee Bolster As Out T86 A) by going through the raw material preparation stage with SPCC raw materials, preparing a stamping press machine with a capacity of 110 tons, setting diess on a stamping press machine installing clamping up and down so that the deiss cannot move to anticipate the upper diess and lower diess collide. and the die height setting regulates the machine parameters for deiss with the aim that the part results are in accordance with the standard. The die height parameter has been determined according to the part and machine used, Trial T0 The blanking process, flanging process, Bending process and Pierching process 1-2, Trial T1 After that, it enters mass production. Diess needed in the manufacture of Honda Br-V Car Seat Parts (Knee Bolster As Out T86 A, namely first diess blangking, second diess flanging, third diess bending, fourth pierching 1-2.

Culture is formed from many complex elements, including religious, political, customary, linguistic, tool-related, clothing, architectural, and artistic systems. According to the theory proposed by E.B. Taylor, culture is a comprehensive complex that encompasses knowledge, beliefs, art, morality, laws, customs, as well as human learning capabilities and other habits as members of society. Meanwhile, according to Koentjaraningrat, culture is a system of ideas, feelings, actions, and works produced by humans in their communal life. The term "game" refers to "permainan" in the English language. According to Clark C. Abt, a game is an activity involving player decisions, aiming to achieve goals that are "constrained by a specific context" (for example, limited by rules). In a game, there is usually a background that serves as the setting for the game, and for this game development, the author chose the case study of the forest in Sukamenak Village where monkeys frequently come down to the road to search for food, making it a potential tourist attraction and a source of income for the village. However, the lack of awareness about the forest and its history and culture in Sukamenak Village is a challenge.

ANALISIS FASILITAS DI TERMINAL LEUWI PANJANG, KOTA BANDUNG 分析万隆LEUWI PANJANG航站楼的设施情况

Leuwi Panjang Terminal is one of the Type A passenger terminals in the city of Bandung. As a type A terminal that functions to serve public passenger vehicles for inter-city inter-provincial transportation (AKAP), and cross-border transportation between countries, inter-city transportation within the province (AKDP), city transportation (AK) and rural transportation (ADES), the terminal Leuwi Panjang must meet service standards for public passenger transportation. The research aims to measure the completeness of existing service facilities at the Leuwi Panjang terminal based on the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 40 of 2015 concerning Service Standards for the Implementation of Public Transport Passenger Terminals. This research was conducted by conducting direct observation and taking documentation at the research location. After the data is collected then data analysis is carried out. From the results of data analysis, it was concluded how the service conditions at the Leuwi Panjang Terminal were. From the results of the study, it was found that the service facilities at the Leuwi Panjang terminal were quite dominant with a percentage of 61% of the total 41 service items that must be owned by a type A terminal, 39% of incomplete facilities at the Leuwi Panjang terminal were in the Safety and Convenience aspect. In connection with the results of the research, it is necessary to make adjustments in the form of rehabilitation and renovation at the Leuwi Panjang Terminal to improve service standards.

Project scheduling has an important role in ensuring smooth project implementation and achieving the desired project objectives. In this context, the project scheduling analysis of the Rentang Headworks and Cipelang Main Canal Upgrading Works Rentang Irrigation Modernization Project (RIMP) in Jatitujuh District, Majalengka Regency is important to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation. The Pareto diagram method is used in this analysis to identify and address key issues that may arise during project implementation. This research aims to improve the scheduling of the RIMP project by using the Pareto diagram method to increase the efficiency of time, cost, and resources. The results of the analysis show that the critical factors affecting the scheduling of the RIMP project are delays in material procurement, lack of coordination between related parties, and changes in demand from stakeholders. In the Pareto diagram, these problems are placed on the Y-axis and ranked in order of importance. After identifying the main problems, specific improvement measures were proposed to address each problem. Measures such as improving material procurement, enhancing coordination between relevant parties, and devising a more structured change request mechanism can help reduce delays and improve project scheduling efficiency. Using the Pareto diagram method, this RIMP project scheduling analysis provides a clear view of the key issues affecting project execution. The results of this analysis can be used by the project team to make better decisions in project planning and execution, with the hope of improving the efficiency and success of the project.

In this context, the project scheduling analysis of the Rentang Headworks and Cipelang Main Canal Upgrading Works Rentang Irrigation Modernization Project (RIMP) in Jatitujuh District, Majalengka Regency is important to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation. The Pareto diagram method is used in this analysis to identify and address key issues that may arise during project implementation. This research aims to improve the scheduling of the RIMP project by using the Pareto diagram method to increase the efficiency of time, cost, and resources. The results of the analysis show that the critical factors affecting the scheduling of the RIMP project are delays in material procurement, lack of coordination between related parties, and changes in demand from stakeholders. In the Pareto diagram, these problems are placed on the Y-axis and ranked in order of importance. After identifying the main problems, specific improvement measures were proposed to address each problem. Measures such as improving material procurement, enhancing coordination between relevant parties, and devising a more structured change request mechanism can help reduce delays and improve project scheduling efficiency. Using the Pareto diagram method, this RIMP project scheduling analysis provides a clear view of the key issues affecting project execution. Abstract Practical work is one of the compulsory subjects for civil engineering study program students in accordance with the curriculum at Majalengka University which is one of the requirements for the Final Project. Practical work is observing a field object so that students are expected to have the opportunity to find out about field activities directly and apply them accordingly. with theory and practice learned in college.In this case the author presents a report on submitting practical work on the Creative Center Building Project located in Pujasera, Majalengka District, Majalengka Regency with the title "Method of implementing flexible pavement on the Majalengka Creative Center Building project". This Creative Center building was built for creativity and provides facilities in the form of a Tourist Information Center (ITC), Basketball Court, Amphitheater, Skateboard, Mep Room (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing, Art Park and Parking Area).In preparing this practical work report, the main discussion that will be carried out is regarding the method of implementing flexible pavement for the Majalengka Creative Center Building project which includes the process and work on the pavement and can better understand the stages of implementation.The use of asphalt as a binder in flexible pavement is very large, so many infrastructures always use asphalt as a material for construction. The purpose of this research is to know the calculation of the main dam volume in the Cipanas Dam Development Project, Kab. Sumedang Package 3 uses the Cross-Section Method, knowing the calculation of the productivity of the heavy equipment used, and knowing the stages of carrying out the main dam embankment work.The method of calculating the volume of main dam embankment material uses the coordinate point method of the cross-section method to calculate the cross-sectional area at each station point where the coordinate point data is X as distance and Y as elevation. At each of the two station points the cross-sectional area results at each station point will be calculated for the average cross-sectional area and then multiplied by the distance between the two station points to get the main dam embankment volume calculation results.The results of the calculation of the volume of the main dam embankment in the Cipanas Dam Development Project, Kab. Sumedang Package 3 uses the cross-section method, namely 133,967.48 m3 for main dam embankments zone 1, 71,834.86 m3 for maindam embankments zone 2a, 54,229.91 m3 for main dam embankments zone 2b, 805,398.12 m3 for main dam embankments zone 3, 60,161 .47 m3 for zone 4 main dam embankment.

A polishing and sanding machine is a tool that works using electrical energy, to determine the particle elements of a material there are several tests that must be carried out, one of which is metallography testing. The metallographies process aims to see the microstructure of a material. Metals is a science that studies metal materials, this science develops not only on the basis of theory but on the basis of observation, testing and measurement. The process begins with the installation, grinding, polishing, etching, and continues with observation under a microscope. The working principle of the tool is to polish the test object using coarse, medium, fine and very fine sandpaper. The mechanical properties of a metal or alloy can be observed, one of which is by analyzing the microstructure of the material. The metallographies test carried out aims to observe the microstructure. In the process of working on metallographies testing samples involving polishing and sanding machines. The formulation of the problem in designing this polishing and sanding machine is "How to design the construction of the polishing and sanding machine provided that the frame can withstand the loads from the forces that occur when the polishing and sanding machine operates, How to design the construction of an appropriate polishing and sanding machine, efficient & ergonomics”. In the present era, the implementation of IT has been carried out in various fields, including government, healthcare, military, education, economy, and others. All of this is done in order to boost results and facilitate work processes. In the field of economy or trade, IT is utilized to enhance performance and competitiveness with similar companies. This also has a positive impact on profit acquisition and product marketing expansion. E-commerce is one of the advancements in technology and the internet. It is an internet service used for online buying and selling. With e-commerce, many changes have occurred in the process of transactions. Unlike traditional commerce where sellers and buyers meet physically, e-commerce allows them to interact through the internet or communicate via telephone or chat. Trust becomes the main asset in this process. Therefore, the aforementioned issue necessitates the presence of an information system that can be used to search for information on ornamental plant locations. To address this issue, a web-based information system called "Design of Sales Information System for FJS Sticker" has been developed.
