The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, organizational support, and job satisfaction on work motivation in improving employee performance. Descriptive research verification using the approach quantitative surveys and data collection by survey method with instrument of questionnaire with Likert scale of 1 to 5. The population of this research was the employees of in branch quarter of the Scout Movement in East Java obtained, while the sampling technique used is census method, so all population become a respondents in this study. Data analizing is performed using SEM AMOS 24 software. The results of this study where the transformational leadership, organizational support, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on work motivation, garthermoretransformational leadership, organizational support and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, lastly that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and self-awareness variables on entrepreneurial interest in students in the city of Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is the SEM-PLS analysis through the Warp PLS 6.0 program. Data collection techniques by conducting surveys through a questionnaire distributed to respondents by purposive sampling. The population in this study were all students in the city of Surabaya who were taking and who had passed an entrepreneurship course, so the sample determined in this study were 100 students in the city of Surabaya who were making and who had passed an entrepreneurship course with active status. This research is classified as quantitative research. This study provides findings that the variables of entrepreneurship education and self-awareness have a significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. Also, entrepreneurship education variables affect the interest in entrepreneurship through self-awareness.

The aims of this study is to examine the effect of working condition, Interpersonal Communication and Perceived Organizational Support on performance employment of PDAM company, Surabaya, Indonesia. Methode used in this research is descriptive Explanatory which is a method that explains causal relationships between the variables observed. This research is limited by data collected from a sample of the population to represent the whole population. Data analyzed by multiple linear regression to, T-test, and F test, with SPSS program. The test result of multiple regression show that every increasing Working condition, Interpersonal Communicationa and perceived organizational support will increase performance of the employes. The results of Hyphothesis thest shows that as a simultaniously there were significant effect between Working condition, Interpersonal Communicationa and perceived organizational support to employee performance, eventhough as a partially that Working condition, and Interpersonal Communicationa are significant effect to employee performance but Perceived Organizational Support has no significant effect to employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, price perception, and customer value on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously on the Indomaret Lontar Surabaya Mini Marke. The sample amounted to 94 respondents with a sampling technique used is purposive sampling. while the method of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability tests and using the classic assumption deviation test and hypothesis testing. Based on the test results indicate that the simultaneous F variable brand image, price perception, and customer value has positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions at 50.6% which means that purchasing decisions can be explained by brand image, price perception, and customer value of 50.6 %, and the remaining 49.4% can be explained by other variables. Partially based on t test variables in this study have positive and significant price perception which have the greatest influence in the amount of 32.9%, while the lowest brand image has the effect of 7.3%.Keywords: Brand Image, Perception Price, Customer Value , Purchasing Decisions.

The subjects of this research are Yamaha customers of PT. Roda Sakti Surya Megah as many as 100 people. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling. Data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. Based on the analysis results, the coefficient of determination show by Adjusted R Square= 0.453 ;. This value indicates that there are any relations between experiential marketing, customer delight and customer confidence in customer satisfaction. Furthermore, based on the research results obtained also obtained the coefficient of determination between the variables experiential marketing, customer delight, and customer trust in customer behavior intentions through customer satisfaction as big as Adjusted R Square = 0.462. This value shows that there is a significant influence between experiential marketing, customer delight, marketers' trust in customer behavior intentions through customer satisfaction. 本研究的目的是通过顾客满意来检验体验营销、顾客满意和顾客信任对顾客行为意图的影响。本次研究的对象是PT. This type of research issurvey research that uses or has used insurance services at PT.AAJI Manulife Surabaya. Data were collectedused survey through questionnaires and carried out at 50 employees of PT. MNI Bureau ofJawa Timur. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 17. The technique used ispurposive sampling and testing techniques of data used in this study include testing thevalidity of the factors, testing reliability analysis with Cronbach's alpha. Analysis of dataused multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypotheses.
