Based on the distribution of top 100 logistics enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, this paper constructs the enterprise distribution matrix, uses network analysis method to analyze the urban logistics links in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and combines network centrality and control power to analyze the status and role of cities in the network. The results show that: Based on logistics enterprises, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban linkages present trapezoidal structure, with Beijing-Tianjin-Shijiazhuang triangular structure as the core, showing a distinct hierarchical distribution as a whole; Beijing, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang are the centers of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics network, controlling regional logistics activities.

This study designed a smoke detection system that employs an omnidirectional camera to remotely monitor fire disaster sites. Images are transmitted through Wi-Fi to the control center, which then provides accurate real-time information to firefighters. This reduces the time required for fire suppression and provides additional time for personnel evacuation.

This study examined the types of illnesses and health issues of the residents living in the countryside of Alian District, Kaohsiung City. The research methods of the study included structured interviews and coding. The interviewee was a retired doctor who had served at a clinic in the countryside of Alian District. He majored in gastroenterology and worked at the clinic for more than 30 years. Through the interview, the doctor indicated that most patients of his clinic were above the age of 50. Most of the patients above 65 years old suffered from arthrosis and calcification. Other chronic illnesses of his patients above 50 years old included cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, and diabetes. In addition, there are more farmers in the countryside, and most of his patients with liver disease were farmers who had been using pesticide. A few of his patients were infected with rare diseases such as AIDS and pulmonary tuberculosis. In terms of the precautions and countermeasures against the health problems in the countryside, the doctor suggested that senior citizens ingest calcium, take Viartril-S, and have a free physical checkup at the local public health center.

Based on the power system parameter optimization of the optimization problem of genetic algorithm, genetic algorithm was adopted to optimize the control algorithm parameters. Then the power of fuel cell, the number of lithium batteries as well as the motor power were taken as the design variables, power performance and economic efficiency as the optimization objectives, and then the maximum gradient and maximum speed were regarded as the constraint conditions. The relevant parameters in the control strategy of the whole vehicle power system were obtained after genetic optimization. The deviation of the maximum speed was 0.07%, which basically leveled off. The range increased from 283.4km to 309.1km, which somewhat increased. While the gradeability increased by 16.2%, which greatly improved. The optimization results indicated that it was feasible and reliable to apply this optimization scheme to the parameter optimization of hybrid fuel cell automobile power system.

The global economy is experiencing a new stage of development. And how to establish a sound Product service system in the sustainable development period to bringing social and economic benefits and realizing sustainable economic and social development has become the major research topic. Service-dominant logic is permeating into the design of complex systems, which is an important pillar of service design, yet product-service systems have not been the mainstream, and there are no any other methods can deal with that transportation. In the context of sustainable development, the purpose of this paper is to explore how to optimize the Product service system with service as the leading factor and with service design as the guidance. In addition, the design method of this study can increase the value beyond the product and service layer, and solve the problem that lack of design literature in product and service system, and add the relevant information for it.

Taitung Jinlun Hot Spring Area in Taiwan is rich in hot spring resources and vast hinterland. After the hot spring area is completed, the application for hot spring development and geothermal power generation continues to increase. Under the premise of ensuring the sustainable use and operation of the hot spring industry, it is necessary to establish a hot spring monitoring well to monitor the impact of development activities on hot spring resources, and to protect the hot spring resources. The monitoring well was set on the left bank of Jinlun red bridge. The monitoring well depth is 94 meters, which is high temperature, high pressure and self-injection well. The hot spring pH is 8.7 and water temperature is 72.1 degrees. The water quality is sodium bicarbonate and outflow is 0.00146 cms. The water discharge test by the Jinlun Hot Spring monitoring well shows that the water level in the well is between 54.4 and 58.1 meters in elevation when the wellhead valve is closed. Monitoring the opening of the well valve, the pressure is released due to the hot spring water, and the water level is reduced from 58.1 meters to 43.75 meters. Therefore, the monitoring of the hot spring water in the well can be ejected from the surface of the ground at a height of 14.35 meters.

A dynamic programming predictor (DPP) has been used in reversible information hiding schemes to produce high capacity. That can embed of medical information into medical images by the dynamic programming scheme. The medical information includes medical case of illness, and personal information of illness. To use the dynamic programming predictor scheme to calculate the number of combinations of pixels arranged of predicting pixel value. To generate histogram and find two high and zero point pairs of difference values and use two high point pair to embed into information about medical treatment. When every time choice for the amount of the highest embedding information, and the total amount will be embedded in the largest amount of embedding information in the final levels. In our propose algorithm of dynamic programming methods does not spend many times in embedding medical information. In addition, that can avoid overflow or underflow problem in embedding medical information. The experimental results show that have the highest capacity in our algorithm and PSNR about 48dB of embedding medical information in the level one.

From the perspective of sustainability, this paper analyzes how stakeholders realize sustainable social innovation through co-creation. Through literature and case analysis, based on the group classification of social networks, this paper proposes three elements of social innovation: place creation, situation creation and relationship structure, and further sorts out the co-creation of meaning co-creation, behavior co-creation and value co-creation. The research shows that co-creation is a practical activity based on cultural identity, group interaction and resource integration, and stakeholders can achieve the goal of sustainable social innovation through meaning co-creation, behavior co-creation and value co-creation.

The provision of computing facilities and services has been revolutionized by cloud computing where virtual resources that are scalable are increasingly offered as services over the internet. Starting out as provision of Software as a Service (SaaS), cloud computing has evolved to Platform as a Service (PaaS) whereby scalable, large-scale computing resources such as data centers are offered as services to Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) where a complete computing infrastructure and computing resources are integrated as a service to clients. The application model of hybrid clouds including public clouds and private clouds is current mainstream of cloud technology with various advantages such as elastic computing resource, load balance, geo-replication (like those from public cloud), safety, privacy and cost effectiveness (like those from private cloud). Based on previous work on cloud-based electronic design automation for integrated circuit design, implementation of an e-learning platform in hybrid clouds using Eucalyptus private cloud and Openshift public cloud is performed in this study. There are eight virtual machines in private cloud and the same number of virtual machines in public cloud. Each virtual machine in the hybrid clouds is running with Linux operating system, Nginx HTTP server, Wordpress CMS, and shared MySQL database. In hybrid clouds outside sixteen virtual machines, an additional Nginx reverse proxy is running for load balancing due to mass visiting request. In this study, e-learning platform is developed with using Wordpress CMS and PHP language to realize various functions such user identification, WYSIWYG course authoring, video & audio learning material with text, online quiz, and discussion. The Eucalyptus, Openshift, Nginx, Wordpress, and MySQL utilized in this study are all free open source codes that much improvements of the e-learning platform in hybrid clouds is very possible for future works.
