Backpacker travel is full of uncertainty. The tourism design before the trip will consider many factors. The importance of different backpacker consideration factors is also different. This study is mainly to understand 1. What factors are considered in tourism design, 2. Differences in tourism design and practice, 3. Experience feedback after the tourism design is completed. This study used backpackers as the research object, and interviewed backpackers with actual travel experience by network questionnaire survey. Calculated according to the consideration factor. Among the 500 respondents, the key factor affecting the design of the journey is the “security situation”. Up to 356 people (71.2%) believe that the safety of the tourist location is higher than the travel time, convenient transportation, tourist companion preferences or language. Competence should be considered and evaluated before the design of the journey.

From intelligent home control to advanced health management systems, long-term healthcare plays an important role in our home care. With the progress of the mobile sensing devices and telecommunication, we applied the Internet of Things (IoT) technology to develop the intelligent bath machine. For real-monitoring the physiological status and safety of the senior citizens or Cardiovascular disease patients when bathing, we integrated the wearable sensing devices, wireless communication, IoT technologies, and automated bathroom lift chair. This smart bathroom lift can collect and monitor the patients' daily physiological information. It also can alert the occurrence of an emergency to avoid serious accident. Based on the long-term monitoring and big data analysis, we could improve our living quality and health.

Ecosystem service(ES) is growing interest for sustainable environmental management. The study was to consider the spatial distribution of tourists and land use of Guguan Recreation Area of Dajia River. That meant the provisioning service and culture service, these were knowing as supply service and demand respectively. The maps of the shooting scenery spatial distribution and land use development were drawn and overlapped, and to discriminate the sustainability of study area. The results remarked that the supply service was less than demand. The hot spring was the main attractiveness than the landscape of Dajia River. The recreational carrying capacity, and land zoning must be linked to natural resource conservation.

For the applications of automatic disease diagnosis based on electrocardiogram (ECG) signals, precise R-peak detection is crucial in ECG signal analysis. In this work, we propose a time-domain multi-level detection algorithm for R-peak detection in ECG signals. The proposed R-peak detection algorithm is an adaptive threshold-based method, which maintains very good accuracy with low computational complexity. In addition, the proposed algorithm does not distort the original ECG signals for facilitating disease diagnosis based on ECG signals.

Three places were considered as core spaces in the capital city Hanyang, currently Seoul, of the Joseon Dynasty: firstly Kyeong-bok-gung palace, secondly Jong-myo shrine and thirdly Sa-jik-dan altar. The shrine and the altar are on the both side of the palace, but the alternation ceremony in Kyeong-bok-gung palace and a sacrificial ceremony in Jong-myo shrine have been going on separately. This shows the historical sites were not conjunctly connected. It is possible to explain the historic cultural heritages of Seoul in more various ways by connecting the ceremonial walk of the King and the joyful activities of the people, especially on the way from the palace through the city center of Seoul.

People from various ethnic and diverse countries are living in the area we live in today. How can a city, a complex of such diverse members, achieve a sustainable local community? Currently, there are about 460,000 Koreans living in Japan. The largest number live in Ikuno district, Osaka. After the end of World War II to the present, Koreans in Japan have been subjected to discrimination and hatred in Japanese society, such as national education, fingerprinting refusal movement, and hate speech. By solving these social conflicts and problems, they needed an opportunity to strengthen their sense of fellowship through confirmation of their identities, and to inform the society and region of their presence. At this time, ‘Matsuri’, played a big role in expanding communication with other groups for maintaining their identity. ‘Matsuri’ is a traditional Japanese festival based on the religious purpose and the bond of local residents. In this article, we examine how the festivals in many ethnic groups played a role in reducing the conflict between the Japanese local community and the ethnic group. We will discuss a sustainable society where ethnic groups can live all together, through the analysis of ‘Ikuno Cultural Festival’ and ‘Ikuno Korea town Festival’ held in Osaka.

With the rise of cloud computing and the importance of big data applications, network administrators have to bear the burden of using more network resources and the challenge that was resulted from the management problems due to the massive creation of cloud virtual hosts. However, it will be very expensive for enterprises to build a commercial network management system, and the annual maintenance cost is also quite high. A novel solution that can help network administrators to maintain and monitor routine network operations was proposed in this paper. The instant messaging APP of smart phone was combined with the proposed network management system to provide real-time active message push. Once there any abnormal situation occurs in network equipment or host system, network administrators can, even when they are not standby in computer room, obtain the abnormal actions from a real-time alert, which is triggered by the consolidation of monitoring from Client End and Server End and actively popping up in a specific App of smartphones, and start addressing the abnormalities by looking into the root causes from the network management system. By doing so, the total time consumption for addressing the abnormality can be reduced and the network reliability and usability shall be improved.

This study examined the types of illnesses and health issues of the residents living in the countryside of Alian District, Kaohsiung City. The research methods of the study included structured interviews and coding. The interviewee was a retired doctor who had served at a clinic in the countryside of Alian District. He majored in gastroenterology and worked at the clinic for more than 30 years. Through the interview, the doctor indicated that most patients of his clinic were above the age of 50. Most of the patients above 65 years old suffered from arthrosis and calcification. Other chronic illnesses of his patients above 50 years old included cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, and diabetes. In addition, there are more farmers in the countryside, and most of his patients with liver disease were farmers who had been using pesticide. A few of his patients were infected with rare diseases such as AIDS and pulmonary tuberculosis. In terms of the precautions and countermeasures against the health problems in the countryside, the doctor suggested that senior citizens ingest calcium, take Viartril-S, and have a free physical checkup at the local public health center.

Based on the distribution of top 100 logistics enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, this paper constructs the enterprise distribution matrix, uses network analysis method to analyze the urban logistics links in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and combines network centrality and control power to analyze the status and role of cities in the network. The results show that: Based on logistics enterprises, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban linkages present trapezoidal structure, with Beijing-Tianjin-Shijiazhuang triangular structure as the core, showing a distinct hierarchical distribution as a whole; Beijing, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang are the centers of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics network, controlling regional logistics activities.

This study designed a smoke detection system that employs an omnidirectional camera to remotely monitor fire disaster sites. Images are transmitted through Wi-Fi to the control center, which then provides accurate real-time information to firefighters. This reduces the time required for fire suppression and provides additional time for personnel evacuation.
