Analisis Rentabilitas Bank Syariah Saat Pandemic Covid-19 Di Indonesia

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence ROA, NPF and BOPO had on NOM of Islamic banks before and during the covid-19 pandemic. This study applies a quantitative method with secondary data types obtained from financial statements of Islamic banks in the form of time series. The results of the study show that the effect of ROA before the pandemic is smaller than during the pandemic, meaning that the ability of Islamic bank management to earn profits during the pandemic has decreased overall. NPF has a very big influence during a pandemic, meaning that there is an increase in problem financing due to the impact of Covid-19 which has affected the economic sector. BOPO has no influence during a pandemic, meaning that management is able to reduce operational costs, this occurs because during a pandemic operational management switches to using an internet technology system which can reduce operational costs rather than a manual system. Simultaneously, ROA, NPF and BOPO both have an influence on the NOM of Islamic banks, the influence during a pandemic is greater than before the pandemic, this occurs because the NPF variable relating to problem financing during a pandemic is very large.

Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Mahasiswa Universitas Islam 45 Dalam Bertransaksi Menggunakan Rekening Bank Syariah 影响伊斯兰大学45名学生使用伊斯兰银行账户进行交易的因素

This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer behavior, namely the influence of motivation and lifestyle on students' interest in transacting using Islamic bank accounts. The research method used in this study is quantitative with primary data sources through several data collections, namely pre-survey, questionnaire, and data archive. The population used in this study were students of the Islamic University 45 Bekasi class of 2018. The data analysis technique used through validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, then multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, as well as hypothesis testing through the F test and T test. This study shows that on the F test motivation and lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on students' interest in transacting using Islamic bank accounts. The results of the analysis on the T test, the motivation variable partially has a significant effect on students' interest in transacting using an Islamic bank account, but the lifestyle variable does not have a partial significant effect on students' interest in transacting using an Islamic bank account. Motivation is the variable that has the most influence or is more dominant in influencing students' interest in transacting using Islamic bank accounts.

Strategi Pengembangan Pembiayaan Mikro PT Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah Kantor Cabang Bekasi Menggunakan Metode SWOT Dan ANP 印度尼西亚伊斯兰国家银行微融资发展战略采用了SWOT和ANP方法

This study aims to provide recommendations for alternative strategic priorities in the context of developing microfinance for PT BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Bekasi. This research method uses the SWOT matrix analysis method and the ANP (Analytic Network Process) method which is processed with super decision software and Microsoft Excel. Respondents in this study amounted to three internal practitioners from PT BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Bekasi, namely business manager, micro account officer head and junior micro financing risk. The results showed that the human resource aspect of (0.421) was the influential aspect. That human resources are valuable assets in holding the success of a company or business. The problem shows that the lack of human resources who serve as micro AOs (Account Officers) is the main problem that has an important impact of (0.209) this can be seen from the number of only 2 people consisting of micro account officers and junior micro financing risk. While the priority alternative strategy with a value of (0.196) is to expand market share by conducting activities or opening outlets in trade centers, because if the market share of PT BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Bekasi micro-financing products increases then of course demand will also increase.

Analisis Theory Of Planned Behavior Untuk Mengetahui Minat Nasabah Melakukan Gadai Emas Di Bank Syariah

This study aims to determine the effect of the components in Theory of Planned Behavior on customer interest in pawning gold in Islamic banks, as well as analyzing the suitability of strategies used by Islamic banks with customer needs and desires. The sample used was 100 customers as the object of research. Data management in this study uses the SPSS Statistics 21 application as a tool to analyze data, by performing test analysis techniques research instrument through validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test interest. While the perceived behavioral control variable has a positive but not significant effect on interest. The results of the F-test of attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on interest. The result of the coefficient of determination test (R2) is 0.587, which means that the contribution of the independent variables (attitude towards behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control) affects the dependent variable (interest) by 58.7% and the remaining 41.3% is influenced by variables outside the model. The results of this study also show that the strategy used by Bank BJB Syariah Pondok Gede Sub-Branch Office is in accordance with the needs and desires of customers.

The rapid growth of Islamic banking is not matched by the availability of Human Resources from Islamic banking graduates. With this, there are still many Islamic banking industries that have SD from general graduates. This study aims to determine the strategy that will be carried out by the SDI management of Bank BJB Syariah KC Bekasi in dealing with multidisciplinary employee science. This study uses a survey method using qualitative data. The analytical method used is data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The data collection technique used is direct interviews at Bank BJB Syariah KC Bekasi with related parties or sources. This study concludes that the Human Resources (SDI) of Bank BJB Syariah does not only have an educational background in Islamic banking, but has a minimum background of D3 graduates with various study programs or majors that are still related to finance. The strategy owned by Bank BJB Syariah KC Bekasi is to deal with multidisciplinary employee knowledge by holding several ongoing trainings, and holding several seminars.

PERAN PERBANKAN SYARIAH TERHADAP BAZNAS KOTA BEKASI 伊斯兰银行对贝卡斯市的巴祖纳斯的作用

Zakat has a goal to improve the economic welfare of mustahiq. BAZNAS (National Amil Zakat Agency) is an institution for the collection and distribution of zakat owned by the Indonesian government. The presence of Islamic banking is expected to be able to play a role in realizing the goals of zakat and BAZNAS programs. This study discusses the role of Islamic Banking in Bekasi City BAZNAS. The research used is qualitative with primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic banks that have collaborated with BAZNAS Bekasi City are BTN Syariah, BJB Syariah, and Mega Syariah, with several cooperation programs. The role of Islamic Banking in Bekasi City BAZNAS using Maqashid Syariah analysis has been achieved, but in terms of funding it has not been optimal.

Strategi Pemasaran KPRS Bank Syariah Mandiri

This study aims to identify and analyze the most appropriate marketing strategy for KPRS Bank Syariah Mandiri Bekasi Area so as to win the competition. This study uses a SWOT analysis with IFAS and EFAS matrices to identify important factors, both from the external environment and the internal environment, which are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Griya Berkah financing products. The research approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study will be analyzed in addition to descriptive qualitative, the author also uses a SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is the identification of various factors systematically to formulate corporate strategy. From the results of the analysis based on the IE matrix, a growth and build strategy is obtained, this strategy indicates a strong company condition and is able to continue to grow by taking the opportunities or opportunities that exist to achieve maximum turnover. This study resulted in a total of 2,316 Strength Weakness 0.700 Opportunity 1,608 Threats 0.687 from Griya Berkah financing products where the company's position is in quadrant l (one). The appropriate strategy in this quadrant based on the Cartesian diagram is development / aggressive strategy by carrying out expansion, enlarging growth and achieving maximum progress.

Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan Bank Umum Syariah BUMN dan Non BUMN dengan Metode RGEC 伊斯兰国有企业和非国有银行一般财务业绩比较法的分析

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the financial performance of BUMN Islamic commercial banks and BUMN Non Islamic commercial banks on the variables of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital (RGEC) for the 2017-2020 period represented by the ratio of Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The results of this study show that of the 7 ratios analyzed, there are 5 ratios with significant differences between the financial performance of BUMN Islamic commercial banks and Non BUMN Islamic commercial banks during the 2017-2020 period, namely FDR with a significance of 0.000, BOPO with a significance of 0.011 Good Corporate Governance with a significance of 0.011. 0.003 significance, ROA with 0.024 significance, and ROE with 0.020 significance. While the NPF ratio with a significance of 0.921, CAR with a significance of 0.744, and RGEC Composite Rating with a significance of 0.510 there is no significant difference between the financial performance of BUMN Islamic commercial banks and non-BUMN Islamic commercial banks during the 2017-2020 period. The last analysis on the consolidated financial performance assessment of all RGEC variables shows that the performance of BUMN Islamic commercial banks is not better than the performance of Non-BUMN Islamic commercial banks where the average composite value for 4 years is the performance of BUMN Islamic commercial banks (80%).

Analisis SWOT Dalam Strategi Pemasaran Produk Tabungan BTN Batara iB Pada Bank BTN Syariah

With increasingly advanced developments, of course it will cause intense business competition between companies. The emergence of a successful product in the market will be followed by competitors, so there needs to be an increase in the company's marketing strategy and SWOT analysis in order to remain in the market, find customers, maximize profits and of course achieve the company's vision and mission. The purpose of this research is to see how the SWOT analysis and marketing strategy of BTN Batara iB savings products at Bank BTN Syariah Bekasi Branch. The method used is a qualitative method. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it shows that Bank BTN Syariah KC Bekasi identifies internal and external factors. Thus the results of the identification of these internal factors resulted in 6 strengths and 2 weaknesses. Meanwhile, the results of the identification of the external factors resulted in 3 opportunities and 3 threats. The formulation of alternative marketing strategies for the BTN Batara iB savings product at Bank BTN Syariah KC Bekasi which is generated from the SWOT matrix is ​​by using the alternative formulation of the S-O strategy (strengths - opportunities). This SO strategy obtains three alternative strategies, namely: (1) Developing products in accordance with market demand, (2) Establishing better relationships with agencies, and (3) Improving service quality and providing quick responses to customers.

This research is motivated by global competition that occurs in economic life which requires every institution to determine the appropriate strategy from the point of view of Efficiency and Performance Levels. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of efficiency and performance of the Sharia Business Unit and to see the factors that affect the level of efficiency and performance of the Sharia Business Unit. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using secondary data. Secondary data comes from the documents of Sharia Business Units included in the National Private Commercial Bank. DEA analysis is used to measure the level of efficiency by analyzing internal factors in the form of efficiency targets on total assets, third party funds, labor costs, total financing and revenue sharing, while the EAGLES analysis is used to measure performance which consists of earning ability, asset quality, growth rate, liquidity, equity and strategic management. The results of the analysis using the DEA approach can be seen that the Sharia Business Units in Indonesia have not reached the optimum level of efficiency, this is due to the target on the input variable consisting of total assets, third party funds and labor costs that are still experiencing waste and have not met the efficiency target, while the results of the EAGLES analysis show that the performance of the Sharia Business Unit is in a good performance condition to become an alternative choice for the community.
