Medical Record Digitization Policy: Overview of the Health Minister Regulation Number 24 of 2022 医疗记录数字化政策:卫生部长2022年第24号条例概述

Objective: This study aims to examine the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records, which regulates electronic medical records. Methods: This research is juridical research with a statutory approach. Thus, this study only analyzes the rules and regulations related to legal or policy issues related to the digitization of medical records. Results: The obligation of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) in Indonesia has legal certainty with the ratification of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records. This obligation has administrative consequences in the form of a written warning and/or recommendations for revocation or revocation of accreditation status for Health Service Facilities that commit violations. The provisions of this policy must go into effect no later than December 31, 2023. Conclusion: Three new things are regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2022: the electronic system of electronic medical records, activities for organizing electronic medical records, security, and protection of electronic medical record data.
目的:本研究旨在审查卫生部关于医疗记录的2022年第24号条例,该条例规定了电子医疗记录。方法:本研究采用成文法方法进行法学研究。因此,本研究仅分析与病案数字化相关的法律或政策问题相关的规章制度。结果:随着印度尼西亚共和国卫生部长关于医疗记录的2022年第24号条例的批准,印度尼西亚电子病历(EMR)的义务具有法律确定性。这一义务具有行政后果,其形式是书面警告和/或建议撤销或撤销违反规定的卫生服务设施的认可地位。本政策的规定必须不迟于2023年12月31日生效。结论:印度尼西亚共和国卫生部2022年第24号条例规定了三个新事物:电子病历的电子系统、组织电子病历的活动、安全性和电子病历数据的保护。

Analysis of the Needs of Midwives and Pregnant Women for Health Education Services for Pregnant Women to Prevent LBW 助产士与孕妇对预防LBW孕妇健康教育服务需求分析

Objective: This study aims to analyze the needs of midwives and pregnant women for pregnancy education services to prevent LBW (Low Birth Weight Babies).Methods: This study used a combined approach between qualitative and quantitative approaches or commonly called the mixed method, which was conducted on 15 respondents consisting of midwives and pregnant women.Results: This research found that midwives and pregnant women need a WhatsApp-based chatbot service that is useful, easy to use and inexpensiveConclusion: Midwives and pregnant women need a whatsapp-based chatbot service that is useful, easy to use and inexpensive. This should be considered by stakeholders to be sensitive to the needs of pregnant women and midwives. The need for health literacy should indeed keep up with the times where access can be reached easily.
目的:分析助产士和孕妇对预防低出生体重儿(LBW)的妊娠教育服务需求。方法:本研究采用定性与定量相结合的方法,即通常所说的混合方法,对15名助产士和孕妇进行调查。结果:本研究发现助产士和孕妇需要一款实用、易用、价格低廉的基于whatsapp的聊天机器人服务。结论:助产士和孕妇需要一款实用、易用、价格低廉的基于whatsapp的聊天机器人服务。利益攸关方应考虑到这一点,以便对孕妇和助产士的需求敏感。对卫生知识普及的需求确实应该跟上时代的步伐,因为人们可以很容易地获得卫生知识。

Trendelenburg Modifikasi Sebagai Upaya untuk Memperbaiki Status Hemodinamik pada Pasien Syok HemoragikGrade III : Studi Kasus 为了改善第三阶段血休克病人的血液动力学状态:病例研究

Syok hemoragik adalah bentuk syok hipovolemik yang diartikan sebagai kehilangan volume darah di intravaskular yang signifikan. Pada tingkat jaringan, otak dan miokardium akan mengalami hipoperfusi ditandai dengan penurunan arus balik vena (venous return) ke jantung sehingga terjadi perubahan status hemodinamik. Trendelenburg modifikasi  dapat menjadi intervensi dini sebagai autotransfusi dan memperbaiki status hemodinamik pada pasien syok hemoragik. Tujuan melakukan studi kasus ini untuk mengidentifikasi aplikasi trendelenburg modifikasi terhadap perbaikan status hemodinamik pada pasien syok hemoragik grade III. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada pasien syok hemoragik grade III dengan masalah keperawatan ketidakefektifan perfusi jaringan di ruang GICU B RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, flowchart observasi dan rekam medis. Pengaplikasian posisi trendelenburg modifikasi dilakukan selama 2 hari. perharinya dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali setiap 2 jam  pada pukul 08.00,  10.00 dan 12.00 selama 15 menit serta dievaluasi status hemodinamik pasien meliputi tekanan darah (TD), mean arterial pressure (MAP) dan heart rate HR) setiap 1 jam yang didokumentasikan pada lembar flowchart observasi. Hasil dari studi kasus ini menunjukkan setelah dilakukan intervensi trendelenburg modifikasi selama 2 hari terjadi peningkatan status hemodinamik secara signifikan. Kesimpulannya intervensi mandiri pemberian posisi trendelenburg modifikasi dapat menjadi intervensi dini sebagai autotransfusi dan memperbaiki status hemodinamik pada pasien syok hemoragik grade III.
出血性休克是低血容量休克的一种形式,定义为明显血管内失血过多。在组织水平上,大脑和心室组织将经历低血化,其特征是将静脉回流降低到心脏,从而发生血液动力学状态的变化。修改特伦堡可以作为早期的自体输血干预和改善出血性休克患者的血液动力学状态。目的是确定趋势堡应用程序修改为第三阶段血源性休克患者的血液动力学状态。本研究采用了一种分析性描述性的方法,方法是出血性休克第三阶段患者与护理问题相关的治疗方法。数据收集技术包括采访、观察、体格检查、流动医疗观察和记录。戴德伦堡位置的应用已经进行了两天的修改。每天8点、10点和12点进行3次连续15分钟的血液动态状态评估,患者的血液动力学状态包括血压(t.d.)、平均动脉压(文件夹)和心率率HR),每1小时记录在流程图观察表上。本病例研究的结果表明,在特伦堡干预干预2天后,血液动力状态显著增加。最后,自我干预措施将特伦堡修改为早期的自体输血和改善第三阶段血性休克患者的血液动力学状态。

Analisis Beban Kerja Mental dengan National Aeronautics and Space Administration - Task Load Index 分析美国国家航空航天局-任务负荷指数

Objective: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja mental yang dirasakan oleh Kepala Sekolah Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) di wilayah Jakarta Selatan dengan menggunakan metode National Aeronautics and Space Administration - Task Load Index (NASA - TLX). Methods: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan cara menghitung beban kerja mental dengan kuesioner NASA-TLX. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan Juli 2020 hingga Maret 2021. Results: Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa 16% responden memiliki beban kerja sangat tinggi pada masa pandemi Covid-19, sedangkan 81% responden berada dalam kategori tinggi, dan 3% dalam kategori normal. Conclusion: Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut, dibutuhkan langkah-langkah strategis yang dapat menurunkan beban kerja yang dirasakan oleh masing-masing Kepala Sekolah PKBM, khususnya yang masuk dalam kategori Tinggi dan Sangat Tinggi.
