Mutual coupling reduction using shorting posts in UWB MIMO antennas 利用超宽带MIMO天线中的短柱减少互耦

A multiple input multiple output (MIMO) antenna consisting of two hybrid shaped monopoles for UWB applications is presented. In the proposed antenna, a pair of rectangular strips terminated with shorting posts is used to achieve isolation ≥ 20 dB over UWB. The variations in group delay and transfer-function response are within 1 ns and 13 dB respectively. The envelope correlation coefficient < 0.05 over 3.1–10.6 GHz indicate that the proposed antenna is suitable for UWB MIMO applications.

CPW fed wideband circularly polarized monopole antenna CPW馈电宽带圆极化单极天线

A wideband circularly polarized monopole antenna fed by a coplanar waveguide is proposed. The monopole antenna is placed inside a G-shaped ground plane. Due to the asymmetry in the structure, two orthogonal modes out of phase by 90° are excited, which generate circular polarization. The measured results exhibit a 3-dB axial ratio bandwidth of 26.21% (2.42 GHz − 3.15 GHz), and −10 dB reflection coefficient bandwidth (|S11| < −10dB) of 35.16% (2.25 GHz – 3.21 GHz).

A polarization-rotation AMC-based low-profile transmitarray antenna 一种基于极化旋转amc的低轮廓发射阵列天线

A novel low-profile transmit-array (TA) is proposed by using multi-folded quasi-optic trace principle. The proposed TA unit cell would reflect the incident wave of x-polarization as a ground and transmit the incident wave of y-polarization with arbitrary phase shift in the operating frequency band. A broadband polarization rotation reflection surface based on artificial magnetic conductor (PRAMC) with small phase difference in wide range of incidence angle is applied to transform the polarization of incident wave. A TA antenna is studied, where the distances between the source and the TA is reduced to 1/3 of the focal length, which is much less than that of the conventional TA antennas. The simulated results show that the proposed TA antennas can achieve −1 dB gain drop bandwidth of 5% and cross-polarization level of less than −30 dB, and the aperture efficiencies can achieve 46%.

Design of broadband circularly polarized reflectarray with linearly polarized feed 带线偏振馈源的宽带圆偏振反射阵设计

A novel dual-layer Jerusalem-shaped element is proposed to design a circularly polarized reflectarray with a linearly polarized horn antenna. The proposed element shows an almost linear behavior and more than 500° phase variation. A 90° relative phase shift is generated by adjusting the arms of the element independently. Among these, a 316-element circular aperture reflectarray is investigated on simulation, which demonstrates a 1dB gain bandwidth of 11% and a 3dB axial ratio bandwidth of 11%.

Investigation of calibration aspects of fully and compact polarimetric SAR systems 全和紧凑型极化SAR系统校准方面的研究

One of the current developments in the remote sensing field is radar polarimetry. It is a powerful tool in monitoring the earth due to its ability of providing more information about the physical properties of the surface. In this paper, we investigate of calibration aspects of fully polarimetric calibration and apply it to a data we collected over the Teuge airport (The Netherlands), where one square trihedral corner reflector was deployed inside the airport perimeter. Also, We discuss the development of calibration for both fully and compact polarimetry as well as the need for calibrating compact polarimetric data, due to the limited work in the past years and the compact sensors which are under development by different space agencies in the world. The compact polarimetric modes have the power of reducing cost complexity, mass, cost, and data rate of a SAR system while attempting to acquire many of the abilities of fully polarimetric SAR systems.

X-band 1kW SSPA using 20-way Hybrid Radial combiner for accelerator x波段1kW SSPA采用20路混合径向组合器作为加速器

The X-band pulsed 1kW SSPA for XFEL has been designed and manufactured. Amplifier modules were combined by a 20-way Hybrid Radial combiner in order to reduce output loss. The manufactured 20-Way Hybrid Radial Combiner is capable of high output with a combining efficiency of 95%. The entire system is driven by Pulse and results in a Power Gain of 60dB with an Output Power of 1kW.

In this paper GaN based JLDSG MOSFET has been analyzed for the time for different channel lengths (L = 18 nm, 24 nm, 30 nm) for its high power (HP), high voltage (HV) and high frequency operation. The performance of JLDSG MOSFET has been compared with conventional Junctionless Surrounding Gate (JLSG) MOSFET. It is found that JLDSG MOSFET poses high drain current, transconductance, Subthreshold Slope, Transconductance Generation Factor (TGF), cut off frequency (fT), Maximum Transducer Power Gain (MTPG) and Unilateral Power Gain (UPG).

Numerical dispersion improved four-step LOD-FDTD method 数值色散改进的四步LOD-FDTD方法

In this paper, numerical dispersion improved four-step locally one-dimensional finite-difference time-domain (ILOD4-FDTD) method is proposed. The proposed method uses control parameters to reduce the numerical dispersion of the four-step LOD-FDTD (LOD4-FDTD) method. Performance of the proposed method with different time-steps and mesh-sizes is studied here, and it is found out that for every time-step and mesh-size, the proposed method gives less numerical dispersion than the LOD4-FDTD method.

Slot coupled wideband circularly polarized cylindrical ring DRA for Wi-MAX applications 用于Wi-MAX应用的槽耦合宽带圆极化圆柱环DRA

In this paper, a slot coupled wideband circularly polarized cylindrical ring dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) has been presented. Circular polarization in DRA is generated using slot coupling excited with microstrip feed. Proposed design antenna shows −10 dB input impedance bandwidth of 13.15% and in broadside direction 3-dB axial ratio bandwidth of 10.00%. In addition, proposed antenna shows HEM12δ mode, stable gain, radiation efficiency and offers right hand circular polarization.

Planar miniaturized Substrate Integrated Waveguide triplexer with radial symmetry 具有径向对称的平面小型化基板集成波导三工器

In this paper a novel design technique for a planar highly miniaturized Substrate Integrate Waveguide (SIW) based triplexer has been proposed at C band. The proposed design employs evanescent mode propagation by placing a defected two pole resonating structure on the top layer of a waveguide section, which provides a pass-band at much lower frequency than the cut-off frequency of the unloaded waveguide. Three differently scaled defected structures on each radially symmetric waveguide section provide three distinct pass-bands. The triplexer is only 36mm (1.06λg) in diameter. The achieved fractional bandwidth is about 6%, the insertion loss is below 1dB and the isolation between the three ports is more than 18 dB. The structure provides miniaturization, low loss, high isolation and good out of band performance. Also it is planar, less bulky and easy to fabricate.
