A Comparative Analysis on Bangla Handwritten Digit Recognition with Data Augmentation and Non-Augmentation Process 数据增强与非增强孟加拉文手写数字识别的比较分析

Determination of Bangla handwritten digit is a momentous image classification task. Though object recognition technology is getting smarter day by day, still Bangla handwritten digit recognition remains inconclusive. Researchers are becoming more concerned about handwritten digit recognition for it’s educational and advantageous importance. But it is a matter of trouble that the improvement in Bangla handwritten digit recognition is significantly less as compared to the other languages. To improve the performance of the Bangla handwritten digit recognition system, we have designed a model, in which all basic Bangla digits have been classified. Furthermore, we have also demonstrated Densenet121 architecture in our system. For recognizing Bangla handwriting digits, we proposed CNN (Convolution Neural Network) model. Our system has been experimented on the NumtaDB dataset for recognizing Bangla digit both with augmentation and non-augmentation.

Factors of Smart Production Processes Modernization 智能生产过程现代化的要素

Industrial revolutions started in the 18th century and at the moment we are living in the stage of IVth revolution which idea is to connect robotic systems together so they could work with help of each other and human impact would not be needed anymore. At the moment, when consumption around the world is big and changes in market can turn rapidly anytime, factories should think of modernization to stay competitive in this fast changing lifestyle. Companies must use their resources as productive as they can, so digitization and modernization is one of the most important ways to reach this aim. However, clever choices during modernization are very important. To do that, 7 factors are described in this article and case study of metal processing factory is presented.

Ground Penetrating Radar Data Analysis with Nonlinear Regression on Artificial Neural Network 基于人工神经网络非线性回归的探地雷达数据分析

Herein, a Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) problem is defined and modelled with CST 3-D full-wave electromagnetic (EM) simulation environment. The target which has various radius is placed at different depth of soil, then reflected normalized power is obtained by using C-Band conventional horn antenna for determined points on the aperture with the help of time domain solver. Also, without target simulations are applied for the same points and background subtraction algorithm is used to eliminate soil reflection measures and other effects like noise, ground anomalies. After that, nonlinear regression function is used to obtain hyperbola for all 1-D time signals in other words A-scan data, so that one normalized power amplitude of value as an output is received. With these outputs, different Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) are worked to predict approximate backscattering normalized power amplitudes from the buried objects. Finally, the presented nonlinear regression algorithm constructs 1-D signals which are reduced from B-scan GPR images. The constructed networks can be able to correlate with the target specifications and power of the reflected signals and results are discussed.

Feature Selections for the Classification of Webpages to Detect Phishing Attacks: A Survey 基于特征选择的网页分类检测网络钓鱼攻击研究

In recent years, due to the increased number of Internet-connected devices, almost all the real-world interactions are transferred to the cyberworld. Therefore, most of the commerce (especially in the e-commerce format) are executed over webpages. The anonymous and uncontrollable structure of Internet, enables the malicious use of this cyber environment for a relatively new crime format, named as e-crime, which mainly aims some illegal financial gain by cheating the standard end-users. Phishing attacks are one of the most preferred fraudulent technique which is used for getting some confidential information (like user-id, password, credit card information, etc.) of the end-users. Therefore, security admins of the networks try to decrease the number of victims is their companies. One principal protection mechanism is the use of blacklists to detect the phishing webpages. However, it has a significant deficiency in not protection about new page attacks. Most of the security admins use some learning systems which are trained by a pre-collected a-dataset by extracting some features from the URL and content of the web pages. The performance of the used system directly related with the features used for the classification. In this work, we aimed to analyze the previously used features in the classification of the web pages by making a comparative analysis about the literature. With this study, it is aimed to produce a general survey resource for the researchers, which aim to work on the classification of webpages or the security of the networks.

The Effect of Rotor Plates on Capacitive Measurement in Capacitive Encoders 电容式编码器中转子极板对电容测量的影响

The moving plates of the capacitive encoders are called rotors and the fixed plates are called stators. In this study, the effects of the rotor plates on capacitive measurement for capacitive encoders are analyzed. Encoders are used in angular position measurement. They can be preferred especially in most applications where rotational motion occurs in the robotic application areas. The application areas of the encoders can be further extended with the capacitive encoder technology. The capacitive encoder technology is based on measuring the capacitances between the encoder plates. As the capacitances vary depending on the overlapping areas of the encoder plates, the shapes and the patterns of the encoder plates directly affect the capacitive measurement. Therefore, the capacitive encoder plate selections must be made correctly. There are very few studies on the selection of the capacitive encoder plates. It is seen that the current studies generally continue on a similar type rotor patterns. Various rotor plates are proposed in this study for the capacitive encoder that we are in the development process. After the rotor patterns are expressed mathematically and the capacitive encoders using rotors with these patterns are compared. The comparison process was made by calculating the equivalent capacitance between the proposed capacitive encoder plates. The effects of rotors with different materials and patterns on the capacitive measurement were investigated. Thus, a contribution was made to the effective development of similar capacitive sensors.

An experimental study for software quality prediction with machine learning methods 基于机器学习方法的软件质量预测实验研究

Software quality estimation is an activity needed at various stages of software development. It may be used for planning the project's quality assurance practices and for benchmarking. In earlier previous studies, two methods (Multiple Criteria Linear Programming and Multiple Criteria Quadratic Programming) for estimating the quality of software had been used Also, C5.0, SVM and Neutral network were experimented with for quality estimation. These studies have relatively low accuracies. In this study, we aimed to improve estimation accuracy by using relevant features of a large dataset. We used a feature selection method and correlation matrix for reaching higher accuracies. In addition, we have experimented with recent methods shown to be successful for other prediction tasks. Machine learning algorithms such as Xgboost, Random Forest and Decision Tree are applied to the data to predict the software quality and reveal the relation between the quality and development attributes. The experimental results show that the quality level of software can be well estimated by machine learning algorithms.

Study of Block Chain and its Impact on Internet of Health Things (IoHT):Challenges and Opportunities 区块链及其对健康物联网的影响研究:挑战与机遇

Blockchain has been making some vital progress in these days because of its secure and amiable structure. It is a distributed and decentralized database that deals with transactions. The blockchain is also emerging in the healthcare sector rapidly. Healthcare has now become a prestigious part of our life as it is making life-changing innovations day by day whether it is about artificial intelligence influence in the diagnostic system, expert system, patient’s data storage, retrieval, security, and any other healthcare smart services. Smart health data is the most important ingredient to help us in solving our healthcare needs. Many researchers are now emerging blockchain in smart health because of its secure, flexible, and reliable architecture. In this paper, the major progress made in implementing the blockchain and its vulnerabilities are discussed in the area of smart health. The major focus is on the issues of patient’s electronic health record, retrieval, security, and interoperability in Internet of Health Things (IoHT).

It is a distributed and decentralized database that deals with transactions. The blockchain is also emerging in the healthcare sector rapidly. Healthcare has now become a prestigious part of our life as it is making life-changing innovations day by day whether it is about artificial intelligence influence in the diagnostic system, expert system, patient’s data storage, retrieval, security, and any other healthcare smart services. Smart health data is the most important ingredient to help us in solving our healthcare needs. Many researchers are now emerging blockchain in smart health because of its secure, flexible, and reliable architecture. In this paper, the major progress made in implementing the blockchain and its vulnerabilities are discussed in the area of smart health. Linear Quadratic optimal control for Puma Robotics Puma机器人的线性二次最优控制

Linear quadratic optimal control(LQOC) is a term to combine the control of optimal problems that including a linear of system with cost functional and input-state-output that is a form of quadratic of the input and state. The goal for this work is to given class of input functions by minimize this cost functional and to improve the stability for puma robotics. Puma Robotics has a complex movement with 6-degree of freedom and the challenging to assurance the stability with each of link of robotics to move without any mistake or issue. This work shows the stability of movement for Puma robotics with LQOC with MATLAB codes.

Fuzzy Tuned PID Controller for Vibration Control of Agricultural Manipulator 农业机械臂振动模糊整定PID控制

Image-based phenotyping systems have evolved over the years, and become an integral part of crop and plant science research. Phenotyping systems provide great potential to deliver critical insights, than the conventional destructive field m ethods. S table i mage a cquisition a nd p rocessing i s very important to accurately determine the characteristics in general, which further becomes very challenging and non-trivial when mounted over an motor mechanised arm. To address the near associated problems, we investigate on the possibility of applying the Proportional–Integral–Derivative (PID) control algorithm to the present manual setup with an aim to reduce vibration. This study focused towards investigating the active control and stabilization of the external camera shake, that may be induced by the driving motor. Nonetheless, very few researchers have focused on application of control algorithms for agriculture related practices. We validate the active control, and justify the need for the same.Type-2 fuzzy logic is combined with the PID control for better effectiveness. The non-linearity associated with the system is compensated by the type-2 fuzzy logic. The results shows that the active control has been achieved, and the vibration is minimized.

Patterning Titanium Dioxide Based Memristors Using Electron Beam Lithography 利用电子束光刻技术制作二氧化钛基忆阻器图案化

This paper reports a comprehensive study on the fabrication of titanium dioxide-based memristors, patterned using electron beam lithography method. Memristor, one of the state-of-the-art technology devices with non-volatile memory, has gained significant attention in recent years. The properties of the memristor, such as non-volatility, high speed, and low cost, allow it to simplify memory and storage hierarchy. Hence, they are ideal for performing bioinspired neural networks through their ability to combine memory and computation in one physical structure. For memristors to be used as an electronic component in various applications, it is necessary to go beyond laboratory research studies. Therefore, it is essential to develop the fabrication process so as to enable the mass production of these devices. In this context, various optimization studies were carried out primarily to provide that the structures of memristor successfully show memristive behavior during the fabrication process steps. Throughout the fabrication process, the bottom electrode, active layer, and top electrode of memristors were patterned by using electron beam lithography. In addition, the sputtering method is used for the deposition of electrodes, and the atomic layer deposition method is used for the active layer. Following the fabrication process, scanning electron microscopy is used to characterize the surface properties of the memristor structure. Current-voltage measurements were carried out to characterize the electrical behaviors of memristors and to test their endurance. As a result of measurements, the fabricated devices have shown memristive behavior successfully and good endurance for 1000 cycles.
