The relevance of the study of the evolutionary mechanisms of the interaction of objects of animate and inanimate nature with various types of radiation and fields, the source of which is the Sun, is substantiated. Conducting such studies is currently difficult due to the growing level of electromagnetic pollution of the environment. This does not allow carrying out experimental studies using real natural radiations and fields. They are possible only with the use of specialized hardware and software devices for their simulation. The presented materials of the article reflected the description of the original hardware and software tools for modeling the microwave radiation of the Sun and natural magnetospheric disturbances. When developing these devices, modern ideas about the frequency-time structure of radiation and fields of natural origin were used. The already existing positive experience of using the device for simulating solar microwave radiation in assessing the interaction of radiation generated by it with biological objects was also noted. First of all, it is associated with a decrease in the resistance properties of microorganisms, disaggregation of erythrocytes, etc. Such results, according to the authors, are associated with excitation in biological structures under the influence of natural radiation of elastic vibrations. They are also possible in the study of abiogenic materials. The features of their excitation when using natural radiations and fields are determined. The results of research using the developed hardware and software tools can be used as the basis for the creation of new technologies for reducing the influence of the technogenic factor on the life process of organisms. They will also find application in the development of methods for the synthesis of new abiogenic structures.

The development of new highly efficient sorption materials for the separation of various liquid or gaseous media is an important area of modern research that is in demand in a number of industries. The paper presents the results of studies conducted to determine the sorption capacity of a highly porous carbon material obtained by implementing two activation options - high-temperature alkaline activation and activation with additional processing of the material with steam. As a result, the obtained activated highly porous carbon material had a specific surface area of 2500-2700 m2/g and a pore volume of more than 1.3 cm3/g. A high sorption activity was established with respect to synthetic dyes - methylene blue and methylene yellow. Comparison with analogue materials showed that the resulting carbon material significantly exceeds them in sorption capacity and is a promising absorber of pollutants from aqueous solutions, which demonstrates the possibility of its use for solving environmental problems.

Carbon materials have been obtained from spent coffee grounds using chemical activation, capable of becoming highly effective adsorbents for the greenhouse gas methane. The influence of the conditions of the synthesis process (the mass ratio of the activating agent to the precursor) on the development of the porous structure of adsorbents was studied using the methods of Romanov spectroscopy, X-ray phase analysis, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Samples with different pore hierarchies and different specific surface areas were obtained, including microporous adsorbents (SBET: 1131–2251 m2/g; VMIK/VPORE: 100%) and micromesoporous adsorbents (SBET: 2951–3304 m2/g; VMIK/VPORE: 43– 64%; VMEZ/VPORE: 36-57%). The resulting carbon materials have a narrow pore size distribution up to 5 nm. A study was made of the adsorption of the greenhouse gas methane in carbon adsorbents obtained by chemical activation at various ratios of potassium hydroxide to the precursor. It was found that the highest adsorption of methane, equal to 18.6 mmol/g at 100 bar and a temperature of 298 K, is achieved on a sample with high BET specific surface area and DFT specific pore volume (SBET: 3304 m2/g; VPORE: 1,49 cm3/g).

Approaches to determining the vulnerability of the population in connection with climate change are considered. A comparative analysis of the vulnerability of the population of the regions of the European and Ural North was carried out. The following Rosstat indicators were used: the share of the population with cash incomes below the subsistence level, the unemployment rate, the share of people with disabilities in the total population, the presence of air conditioners in households, the share of green space in the total area of urban land within the city limits. With the help of a point rating, regions are identified that are less vulnerable to climate change. Regions with a higher level of socio-economic development, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the KhantyMansiysk Autonomous Okrug, turned out to be the least vulnerable to climate change. When developing adaptation documents for regions to global climate change, it is necessary to take into account the most vulnerable groups of the population. This will enable the development of a more targeted and effective adaptation strategy.

Atmospheric pollution with carbon dioxide is a serious environmental threat to the climate of our planet. We can find a way to solve it using the method of electrochemical reduction of CO2. This article presents the research results during which data were obtained on the formation of an iron-containing nanostructured surface of a glassy carbon electrode using the methods of electrochemical deposition and scanning electron microscopy, during which it was concluded that the longer the pectate complex with iron is deposited on the surface of the working electrode, the greater number of particles formed on its surface. The catalytic properties of the PG-NaFe complex in water were also tested using cyclic voltammetry when the solution is saturated with carbon dioxide. It was experimentally proved that the iron-containing complex PG-NaFe exhibits catalytic activity for the carbon dioxide reduction reaction in the course of this research. Method for the deposition of a sodium pectate complex with iron on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode without the use of expensive components was proposed based on the analyzed data.

The article deals with issues related to environmental safety, resource conservation, reduction of product losses during slaughter and primary processing of livestock using robotics. The latest developments in this field dedicated to the primary processing of pigs are shown, the experience of robots in enterprises is described. The method of anesthesia of pigs in an installation with a gas-air mixture containing 60-80% carbon dioxide is described, it is carried out within 10-40 seconds and ensures the transition of the animal into unconsciousness, lasting up to 2 minutes. Next, the pork carcass gets into a special tunnel, where it is scalded for 7 minutes at a temperature of +61-63 ° C. Carcasses are singed for 3 seconds at a temperature of 900-1100 ° C, to burn the remnants of bristles and epidermis. After that, the carcass passes through a scourge washing and polishing machine, where its surface is cleaned of the remnants of burnt bristles and epidermis, and then through a second opalescent furnace to reduce the number of microorganisms. Before entering the robotic positions, carcasses pass through a three-dimensional laser scanner that directs a three-dimensional model of their surface to the robot controller. Special software of the software logic controller calculates optimal trajectories of cutting based on the obtained model. The robot's optical system compares the carcass with the resulting threedimensional model and performs proper cutting operations. In addition to high productivity, robots ensure high environmental friendliness of production.

The article presents a brief retrospective of the experience of teaching the educational discipline "Zooculture" to students of the Veterinary and Biological Faculty of the Moscow Veterinary Academy (FSBEI V MGAVMiB - MBA named after K.I. Scriabin). This subject is extremely relevant in the system of higher veterinary and biological education, since it comprehensively examines the issues of animal cultivation in modern conditions of anthropogenic transformation of the environment. The theoretical basis of the course currently taught at the Faculty of Veterinary Biology is the work of scientists of the Academy Gabuzov O.S., Lebedev I.G., Alpatov V.V., Pimenov N.V., Lomskov M.A. The information of the educational discipline "Zooculture" contributes to the deepening of knowledge in the unified system of integrated veterinary and biological education and is consistent with classical and applied disciplines studied both before the beginning of the development of the considered educational course, and after. Also, in addition to analyzing the experience of teaching the discipline "Zooculture", the authors of the article indicate possible prospects for the development of the course under consideration, based primarily on modern genetic engineering methods of biotechnological science. Thus, "Zooculture", being an interdisciplinary educational course, combines theoretical knowledge of such biological disciplines as, for example, "Ecology and rational nature management", "Zoology", "General Biology" with relevant practical methods and skills of applied disciplines of veterinary and biological profile ("Fundamentals of Veterinary Medicine", "Genetics", "Model animals in biotechnology", "Applied immunology", etc.).

The dynamics of production and consumption waste generation by all types of economic activity in the Russian Federation for 2016-2021 and assessment of the amount of disposal and neutralization of production and consumption waste are assessed. The conclusion about the inconsistency between the level of waste generation and disposal is made. The problems in the field of nature management and ecology, which are highlighted by the business sector and the Government of the Russian Federation. In the field of ecology and nature management, entrepreneurs note the presence of systemic problems, which are heated and lead to an increase in production costs in the absence of incentives for the population and the business sector itself for the separate collection of waste. The Government of the Russian Federation notes the problems associated with unreliable statistics of waste generation and disposal, lack of mechanisms for recording and controlling waste streams. The directions of digitalization of the processes of nature management, waste management, environmental monitoring based on the GosTech platform as a set of end-to-end technological solutions deployed on the cloud infrastructure are described.

The materials can be considered as a positive practice in the field of software development and can be used under comparable technical and economic conditions for the preparation of the terms of reference and the project budget. The results were obtained and verified based on the use of GOST R ISO/IEC 25010- 2015 and can be used in similar projects implemented using the cascade model or its variations. As an example, a software package for detecting industrial objects based on aerial photography materials is considered. During testing, a combination of expert evaluation and experimental was used. The calculation part contains the data of the project economy at the stage of operation of the software package. The presented materials are open-source and can be used to scale positive software development practices.","PeriodicalId":169359,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of III All-Russian Scientific Conference with International Participation \"Science, technology, society: Environmental engineering for sustainable development of territories\"","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120917380","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Researched and developed scientifically and methodologically foundations for optimal identification of micro-objects using traditional and Gaussian filtering, median filter, filters based on fast Fourier transform, wavelet transforms, shift transforms, mechanisms using geometric, specific features, statistical, dynamic properties of image information. Mechanisms for optimizing the identification of micro-objects are proposed that have advantages in reducing the complexity and laboriousness of analyzing the structure and processing information, identifying and segmentation of the image contour, using the dynamics of growth, visual differentiation, extracting internal features and properties, approximation, smoothing, and interpretation of objects. A mechanism has been investigated and implemented that performs the following functions: aligns histology slices; finds contours of objects, a set of levels, thresholds, combines segmentation, conducts registrations, forms a search graph, performs approximations based on a wavelet, shear, and other transformations, determines parameters, performs color coding and color visualization of micro-objects. The implementations of algorithms and software modules of the software complex for identification, recognition and classification of micro-objects, in particular, cellular elements of the inflammatory series (fibroblasts, fibrocytes) of lung disease, have been tested. The signs of chronic inflammation were assessed - the presence of giant cells. A software package for visualization, recognition, classification of images of pollen grains has been developed, the implementations of which have been tested taking into account the conditions of a priori insufficiency, parametric uncertainty and nonstationarity of processes.
