Ensuring the technological safety of the oil and gas industry based on an analysis of factors that can lead to deliberate and unintended risk causes is relevant. In this regard, the purpose of the study is to assess the technosphere hazard using the example of the Kharyaga terminal. The Kharyaga terminal, which was commissioned in July 2003 and is designed to receive oil prepared for the first quality group (GOST R-51858-2002) at the Yuzhno-Shapkinsky, Pashshorsky, Verkhnegrubeshorsky, Yuzhno-Yuryakhinsky fields, was chosen as the subject of the study. Because of the studies carried out, the main causes that can lead to emergencies at the terminal were analyzed, which will lead to serious consequences for human life and health and the environment. Identified causes contributing to the occurrence and development of adverse consequences. The probability of occurrence of emergencies was calculated based on the analysis of the available statistical information, as well as the use of logical schemes for the occurrence of accidents due to the construction of "failure trees" and "event trees." Explosion hazard and energy indicators classified process units (sites). As a result, the conditions for ensuring the most efficient activity of the employee and environmental conservation at the Kharyaga terminal were determined.

This article describes the development and application of the approach of using a zeroing neural network (ZNN) to solve problems of optimizing carbon footprint emissions using the example of a system approach model. The described model is an integrated optimization problem based on a model previously developed by other authors and the method of zeroing neural networks. The optimization problem, which is described by the objective function representing the minimization of carbon emissions and restrictions, is complex. To solve this problem, an approach based on the use of zeroing neural networks was developed. The developed model is an improved version of the original model. In this work, we are developing an energyoriented production planning framework that takes into account economic indicators such as demand satisfaction and economies of scale. However, we do not calculate the associated production costs. In fact, it is necessary to find an important compromise between reducing emissions and production costs. Accordingly, energy-oriented production planning can be viewed as a multi-purpose optimization task in which decision makers try to optimize their decisions in terms of a set of goals, such as minimizing total emissions versus minimizing total costs.

Landscaping and landscaping of preschool educational institutions (pre-school) performs various functions: recreational, aesthetic, protective, cognitive, developmental, wellness, camouflage. The territory adjacent to the kindergarten should be safe for children, have a good rest and proper development. And first of all, green spaces will contribute to this: trees, shrubs, flower crops and herbaceous vegetation. Landscaping of the territory of preschool educational institutions is an important and responsible task assigned to landscape architects, since it is necessary to strictly comply with all regulatory requirements for specialized objects of landscape architecture. Plants containing poisonous and toxic substances in their organs, small edible stone fruits, thorns and thorns, species that can cause allergic reactions should not be used. The space in which a child develops largely determines the future worldview, lays the foundations of a careful attitude to nature, forms aesthetic taste.

In field studies, the influence of various environmentally friendly plant growth bioregulators was studied when growing carrots (Daucus carota L.) of the Vitamin 6 variety. Various concentrations of growth regulators were studied, which allow obtaining the maximum possible yield of carrot plants under given growing conditions.

The current political and economic situation determines the need to change the concept of sustainable development of the economy and its economic security. In modern economic conditions, environmental and social factors are becoming increasingly important. This is due to the fact that the pace of economic growth has exacerbated the problem of the limited biocapacity of the planet, and the environmental factor limits the general welfare: from reduced life expectancy to natural disasters. The recognition by the world of the parity of environmental, economic and social values marked a transition to sustainable development. To date, about 200 states have announced the development and implementation of environmental policies in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. In the context of sustainability, new models of the economy related to environmental factors have become widespread both in theory and in practice: the «green economy», the economy based on green growth, the «low-carbon economy», the bioeconomy, the «blue economy», etc. The article is devoted to the study of trends in the greening of the Russian economy, as well as the latest developments in changing the system of indicators of economic and social progress. An analysis of Russia's activities in the field of ecologization of the economy is given, as well as a rationale for the prospects and effect of the transition to a «green economy» at the federal level. The object of the research is the formation of elements of the «green economy» in Russia. The subject of the work is an assessment of the level of development of the "green economy" in Russia and its impact on the economic security of the national economy.

the dynamics of carbon monoxide emissions into the atmosphere from vehicles in the country in recent years has been considered; it was noted that the existing methods and means of controlling emissions of carbon oxides from vehicles play an important role for the ecological state of the atmosphere of cities and the country as a whole; reviewed modern devices and methods used to measure emissions of pollutants from the exhaust gases of motor vehicles; highlighted the main methods of suppression of harmful emissions into the atmosphere from cars; the main factors that affect emissions from vehicles on air pollution are given; conclusions were drawn about the need to improve the technological process, comply with technological regulations, develop and apply modern methods of gas purification.

Constructive approaches, principles and methods of identification, recognition and classification of micro-objects based on the use of neural networks and mechanisms for extracting morphometric characteristics of images have been developed. Information processing technology based on obtaining images of micro-objects from a photo, video camera, digital microscope is proposed. A technique has been developed for interactive measurement of the size of micro-objects, counting, determining the structure, conducting statistical analysis, isolating and segmenting fragments, selecting informative points, recognizing and classifying images. A computational scheme for preliminary processing of images is built, including mechanisms for texture, contour segmentation, detection, and regulation of variables. Algorithms for learning neural networks with setting variables within the limits of permissible values, taking into account the properties of nonstationarity of image points, have been built. The effectiveness of learning algorithms combined with neural network dynamic models with mechanisms for regulating linear, nonlinear, compositional connections of neurons between network layers has been investigated. The study was carried out according to the criterion of the percentage of correct recognition. A software package for visualization, recognition, classification of images of pollen grains has been developed and implemented, which has been tested under conditions of a priori insufficiency, uncertainty and nonstationarity.

The process of conducting a study of the ecological situation of the aquatic environment using underwater robotic complexes equipped with special search systems, including television cameras, also allows you to obtain information about the state of the seabed for the presence of foreign and dangerous objects, their identification, in parallel using the elements of mapping the seabed relief in order to provide the control center and coordinate the necessary data. Since the Arctic zone of Russia, in particular, the Northern Sea Route has a length of thousands of kilometers, the problem of transmitting control signals and exchanging information data is quite urgent today. As an alternative to an expensive satellite constellation, it is proposed to use a relatively simple and cheap meteor radio communication network. Ultrashort meteor radio communication is one of the most economically feasible and statistically stable telecommunications in the North of Russia. To ensure its normal functioning, it is necessary not only theoretical, but also practical comprehensively tested development of new innovative technologies. The article presents not only the potential capabilities of the meteor communication network, but also the feasibility of its use in the Arctic regions, shows the validity and readiness for the development and integration of these innovations in the technology of information telecommunications of the Northern Sea Route.
