The viability of hybrid potato seeds and material loss during first-year seedlings 杂交马铃薯种子活力与第一年苗期物质损失

As a result of the experiment, low germination energy and laboratory germination of seeds in single combinations of interspecific and intervarietal origin were revealed. At the same time, in most cases the manifestation of indicators was high – up to 100%.Significant differences were established between populations, their blocks in terms of plant losses at each of the stages of obtaining the first year seedlings: for growing plants in seed boxes, greenhouses and in field conditions. In general, about half of the plants of the combinations in the blocks with the mother forms of the varieties Verdi and Podoliya fell out during cultivation in seed boxes. Positive effect – the losses were twice less, obtained in combinations where the pollinator used the Podolia variety. The same was observed in the process of growing plants in a greenhouse, but was not confirmed during the growth and development of plants in the field. The influence of methods of pre-sowing seed treatment and weather condition on the yield of standart bean varieties 播前种子处理方法及气候条件对标准豆品种产量的影响

The results of 18-year researches of influence of pre-sowing seed treatment methods and weather conditions on yield capacity of trunk varieties of beans of Pervomaisk and Dokuchaevsk are given. The pre-sowing seed treatment was carried out in two ways: on control - moistening with water, on other variants - inoculation with a suspension of strains of nodule bacteria. It has been established that over the years of the research the average yield of Pervomaisk beans was 1,68 t/ha in the control, in the variant with the most active rhizobia strains – 1,93 t/ha; Dokuchaevskaya variety yield capacity made up 1,72 and 1,95 t/ha, respectively.During the bean growing season, such climatic indicators as the amount of theb precipitation, the sum of the active temperatures, the hydrothermal coefficient, the relative humidity of the average and minimum, the minimum temperature on the soil surface, the maximum wind speed have been determined. The correlation and regression analysis proved that the yield capacity of beans is most affected by the amount of precipitation and the sum of the active temperatures for the period from sowing to harvesting. It is the indicator of their joint action - the hydrothermal coefficient that most significantly correlates with the yield capacity (r = 0,50–0,58).Key words: beans, trunk varieties, inoculation, rhizobia strains, yield capacity, weather conditions, correlation.

Fulfilling the responsibilites of the manager of the laboratory for the selection of forage crops 履行实验室经理对饲料作物选择的职责

The effects of GCA samples according to the results of dialysis analysis are given. Genetic control systems of traits of each variety are reflected, in particular the relative contribution of dominant and recessive alleles.According to the analysis of the effects of general combinatorial ability, samples with high indicators were selected for most of the studied features: the number of vegetatively elongated shoots - Poltava 52; foliage - Anto; dry matter yield - Poltava 52; protein content in dry matter - Poltava 52; the number of generative shoots - Anto and Poltava 52; panicle length - Anto and Radio-mutant k-7; seed productivity - Anto.A high level of the coefficients of heredity of the studied signs in a broad sense (H2 = 0,93 – 0,99) have been established. The coefficients of heredity in the narrow sense (h2) in terms of genetic variability due to additive effects of genes were different. The highest rate was in seed productivity (0,91), the number of vegetatively elongated shoots (0,78), dry matter yield (0,70); the lowest - in the length of the panicle (0,35) and the height of the plant - (0,43). The protein content was average (0,58).Key words: unbearded hundred-spike, diallel crosses, general combination ability, heredity.

The effect of seeding rates and sowing methodson yield and quality seeds of chickpea 播量和播法对鹰嘴豆产量和种子品质的影响

The results of three-year studies of the influence of seed sowing rates and sowing methods on the formation of yield capacity and quality of chickpea seeds are highlighted. The results of the research indicate a significant influence of the studied factors on the level of yield capacity of chickpea seeds. On average, for three years of research, the highest seed yield capacity in the experiment has been observed in the variety Odyssey – 2,16 t/ha. Among the studied variants of the sowing method, the highest rates of chickpea seed yield capacity have been provided by the row method with a row spacing of 30 cm (with a nutrition area of one plant of 120 cm2) at the average sowing rate of 0,7 million units/ha. In particular, the yield capacity of chickpea seeds of Budjak and Odyssey varieties under this combination of the studied factors made up 2,37 and 2,49 t/ha, respectively. The maximum protein content in chickpea seeds in both studied varieties has been obtained on the variants with a minimum seeding rate of 0,5 million units/ha, but the highest protein yield – 0,415 t/ha of Odyssey variety and 0,435 t/ha of Budjak variety - was noted on the variants with a seeding rate of 0,7 million units/ha.Key words: chickpeas, seeding rate, sowing method, yield capacity, protein content.

Ways to increase productivity of sunflower lines and other agricultural crops using growth regulators 使用生长调节剂提高向日葵株系和其他农作物产量的方法

An overview of the latest sources of the scientific literature and publications on the study of the impact of plant growth regulators on various crops has been presented. The possibility of increasing the seed productivity of sunflower lines in the case of various growth regulators has been considered. Different methods of application, methods of processing and concentration of growth regulators during their use have been analyzed. New methods of increasing the yield of plants of other crops have been studied. The importance of conducting scientific research on this topic has been substantiated.Key words: sunflower, seed production, hybrid, parental lines, growth regulators, yield capacity.

Development of root system of flowers under the influence of growth regulators produced on the basic of heterylcarboxylic acids 杂羧酸基生长调节剂对花根系发育的影响

The positive effect of growth regulators made on the basis of heterocarboxylic acids of sodium (potassium) salts on the growth and development of the root system of Saintpaulia (Uzumbar violet) has been shown. It has been established that the new growth regulators accelerate the growth and development of the root system of Saintpaulia. This allows us to conclude that the plants will take root better and will be stronger. As for the tulip bulbs, they developed according to the norm, but no significant growth has been observed, but they were well and quickly enough to bend and bloom.Key words: tulips, bulbs, Saintpaulia, Uzumbar violet, growth regulators, heterocarboxylic acids.

Influence fractions of the planting materialon the yeild of garlic winter 不同种植材料配比对冬蒜产量的影响

The influence of different fractions of planting material (large, medium and small) and the density of standing plants on the yield capacity of garlic bulbs has been studied. It has been found out that the highest average yield capacity is formed from the large fractions of cloves at a lower density. A large fraction of planting material of the cloves forms a larger number of roots. The density of standing plants is less influential than the size of the fraction.Key words: winter garlic, fraction of planting material, plant stand density, yield capacity, number of roots.

Influence of Bischofite on sowing qualities of seeds in spring barley varieties 碧石对春大麦种子播种品质的影响

Spring barley is an important food, fodder and technical crop, the volume of cultivation of which is much less than the national needs for it. To date, intensive varieties of this valuable crop have been bred, which is demanding to soil fertility, which necessitates increased yields by improving the sowing quality of seeds. Modern chemical fertilizers can not provide stable plant productivity, which would ultimately increase the yield capacity of spring barley in unstable natural and climatic conditions.In addition, the use of preparations that do not threaten the environment and the quality of crops becomes relevant. One of them is bischofite, an aqueous solution of which is a natural stimulant that provides germinating power and sprouting energy of spring barley seeds. The laboratory studies on the example of three varieties of spring barley (Helios, Vakula, Parnassus) showed that soaking of the seeds in 0.1 and 1% concentration of aqueous solution of bischofite increases their germinating power and sprouting energy, which has a positive effect on the growth and development of barley, yield growth, fodder and food quality of grain. These researches allow the use of natural bischofite in agriculture in order to create the optimal conditions for growth and development of spring barley to obtain high and stable yields.Key words: bischofite, spring barley, germinating power, sprouting energy, sowing qualities.

Productivity of sunflower hybrides depending on long terms 向日葵杂交种的长期生产力

The results of the observations on the influence of sowing dates of the studied hybrids on sunflower grain yield capacity are highlighted. The largest number of plants was formed by the studied sunflower hybrids at sowing in the optimal time in the crops of the hybrid NK Delphi - 57 thousand pieces/ha, the hybrid NK Rocky - 67 thousand pieces/ha. Under the influence of different sowing dates, the height of plants increased and fluctuated in the hybrid NK Delphi from 164 to 186 cm, in the hybrid NK Rocky - from 123 to 145 cm.NK Delphi was significantly inferior in the level of yield of the hybrid NK Rocky, the difference was 0,56 t/ha - in 2013 and 0,64 t/ha - in 2014. Sowing in the optimal time significantly exceeded the yield of sunflower for all studied hybrids compared to sowing in the early and late period, the difference was 0,27 and 0,45 t/ha - in 2013 and 0,27 t/ha - in 2014.Key words: sunflower, hybrid, sowing dates, yield, grain quality.
