The article describes how to integrate parallel computing processes into the operational and cache memory of multicore processors and synchronize parallel computing processes. Synchronization is a mechanism that allows you to impose restrictions on the flow order. By synchronizing, the relative order of the threads is regulated and any conflict between the threads that could lead to undesirable program behavior is resolved. It also highlights the following concepts that need to be taken into account when working with memories: Memory problems: bandwidth, working with cache, memory conflicts, cache problems, false separation, memory consistency.

The development of the modern world's information and communication technologies and their implementation in various industries are important, are essential to the creation of parallel algorithms for solving problems of the recovery and digital signal processing, on the basis of the treatment processes a multi-core architecture and the search for optimal solutions. The current stages of development of the structure of machines, complexes and systems installed at facilities that are part of the structure of devices specialized for conducting scientific research or located on rolling stock are characterized by on-line analysis of complex processes and fields and increased demands on the speed of processing large amounts of data in real time. Particular attention is paid to the development of methods for solving problems of image and signal processing by using modern methods, algorithms and structural tools, architecture of computing and software. In that work the result of the study of methods of approximation of functions and functional dependencies obtained in the course of experiments for the selected class of signals improved method of spline functions on the basis of analytical analysis, parallel algorithms for digital signal processing have been developed, efficient algorithms have been developed for digital processing of vibrio signals in multi-core processors based on cubic and bi cubic basis splines.

In didactic, a system of empirical pedagogical principles has long existed, following which, it would seem, you can select, organize and structure the training material, accordingly. But in reality, the structuring of the content of the discipline is in no way connected with the information base of the discipline. Information and computer support, distance learning, automated knowledge control are not provided, since the principles of structuring are very general, thus, need to be improved and made more technologically advanced. In accordance with the developed set of didactic requirements for the structuring of educational materials, a practical structuring of the part “Sorting of numerical arrays” of the course “Data Structure” is considered as a running example in this paper. In the experiments, the pedagogical effectiveness of the developed technologies was experimentally tested and practical instructions for the use of this technology were given to the teachers of higher education.

We have measured the photon statistics of modulated laser radiation passed through a multimode optical fiber. A dependence is found of the photocount number variance on the average power of the radiation coupled into the fiber. The relations of the photocount probability distribution P(n) to frequency and percentage modulation of the radiation, as well as from length and excitation condition of optical fiber were studied.

In this paper, one of the methods for solving the multi-criteria routing problem in multiservice telecommunication networks is presented. This paper proposes a multi-criteria approach that solves the problem of routing in multiservice communication networks and that takes into account not only the technical requirements for resources but also the economic component. Optical frequency combs including microresonator-based ones can be used in telecommunications as multi-carrier sources in wavelength-division multiplexing. We produced samples of silica fiber-based spherical microresonators potentially interesting for this application. Whispering gallery modes were excited by broadband spontaneous emission radiation of an Er:fiber laser source. Q-factors were estimated. We also investigated theoretically the possibility of using silica-based Ge $mathrm {O}_{2}-$ doped glass microspheres for comb generation in the dissipative soliton regime pumped at 1550 nm. It was shown numerically that optical frequency combs with a spectral width from E-band to L-band can be obtained for microspheres doped with 20 mol.% $mathrm {G}mathrm {e}mathrm {O}_{2}$.
