Reservoirs are important object for the agriculture and national economy of Uzbekistan. In this article provided hydraulic and hydrological calculations of loss in water reservoirs with using new methodologies and computer technologies. Novelty of the research is modernizing calculation method. With this gotten high accuracy data. In calculations of los for transpiration in other researches counts only transpiration of water surface. With using CropWat model it is possible to calculate evaporation and transpiration.

The problem of data entry in mobile devices is considered. The shortcomings of virtual projected keyboards are analyzed. The new input technology called VKF (Virtual Keyboard and Fingers) is offered. It is shown that VKF is more convenient not only in comparison with projected virtual keyboards, but also with data entry methods including use of on-screen keyboards.

Nowadays, Wireless Sensor Networks are being used in area monitoring, health care monitoring, environmental/earth sensing, industrial monitoring and therefore security of these networks is becoming a central concern. Wireless Sensor Networks consists of low power, low-cost smart devices that have limited computing resources against current devices, like personal computer. This paper discusses overall constraints, security requirements, security threats, typical attacks and their defensive techniques or countermeasures relevant to the sensor networks. Besides that, best practical suggestions are given to improve current security mechanisms on Wireless Sensor Network.

In this paper is given problems in face recognition methods and algorithms, ways of improving of recognition accuracy and decreasing errors. There are false acceptance and rejection errors in face recognition and these errors are decreased by normalization method when detected occlusion faces. For increasing face recognition accuracy and speed is proposed combining of deep learning networks and optimization of filter size.

After the inclusion of e-sports disciplines in a number of sporting events, betting companies began to actively interact with these sports. There was a need to collect and analyze information in a completely new direction, a feature of which is a large amount of information and a huge audience. The developed system for collecting statistics and subsequent analysis of e-sports events using the example of the “Dota 2” e-sports discipline. The system is designed for both players and betting organizations and people betting on upcoming matches. The paper analyzes data visualization methods. Information is presented in the most ergonomic form, like linear diagrams.

In the article combining previously developed methods, models and algorithms, a computational experiment on the formation of the structure of a cloud data center was conducted and its results are presented. The efficiency of the data center is proposed to be evaluated by profit, obtained by servicing user requests. It is proposed to take into account not only processor time, but also the transmission time of requests during transportation over a network based on the ideology of a software-defined networking.

Laser scanners are becoming more affordable. The cost of a laser scanner has been driven down by the high demand for range measuring devices used in autonomous cars. The objective of this paper is to evaluate usage of a cost effective laser scanner for rapid mapping of a building’s interior. One of the valuable applications of such devices is for quick structural assessments during reconnaissance efforts right after an earthquake, when measuring a plan of the interior of the building is beneficial for further analysis. Due to safety and the large number of buildings under investigation, researchers have a very limited amount of time to remain inside of the building and get the critical measurements. Having a tool that can create layouts of the interior while a person is moving inside would be beneficial for applications of this kind. For mass application, cost of the device is an important factor. The scanner used in this application creates a plane point cloud. In a horizontal orientation, it creates a horizontal slice of the building’s interior that can capture the locations of the openings (doors and windows) and the general dimensions of the room. When the stitching of the laser scans is done on the fly, the floor plan of a large building can be measured with adequate accuracy in a short period of time. The point clouds registered in real-time and transferred over a network have a strong potential to become a very important component in the Internet of Things, a system of interrelated computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, and sensors. This work assumes that information about the orientation of the scanner and its relative location is very limited and as such, the registration of the point clouds is based on the use of common features.
