In preceding few decades there have been an exceptional development and progress in the area of backhaul IP Microwave Wireless communication technology. One of the causes of this rapid growth is the use of Industrial Scientific and Medical (ISM) radio bands often known as free bands for radio transmission and reception. IP Microwave radio links operates in 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Industrial Scientific and Medical (ISM) radio bands. For minimizing operational and capital cost IP Microwave radio links operating in 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Industrial Scientific and Medical (ISM) radio bands are the most viable communication technologies of recent times. As in ISM radio bands operators does not have to purchase a designated frequency channel for radio transmission and reception. This results in spectrum efficiency across the globe as the Microwave band is mostly populated in metropolitan cities around the world. In the first section of this research work authors have evaluate the pros and cons of the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Industrial Scientific and Medical (ISM) radio bands and in second section we have recommended the use of 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Industrial Scientific and Medical (ISM) radio bands depending upon the deployment scenarios and area of interest according to user define applications and minimum bandwidth required for the transmission and reception of delay and jitter free stream of Multimedia traffic.

To search for new technical solutions when designing color measuring systems, we need a design object, i.e. to divide color measuring device into fragments, and solutions are sought for these fragments separately. At the first level of the partition, the color measuring device is divided into four main structural parts: the lighting, dispersing, electronic recording and computing devices.

This article represents the different emotive words and emotions expressing in the language and speech. They activate and organize the perception, thinking and aspirations of a person. Emotions are a powerful lever helping to open the curtain on the incomprehensible, broaden horizons, acquire new skills, abilities, and knowledge. Words are in continuous connection with our intellectual and emotional life. The subject - logical meaning of each word is surrounded by a special expressive atmosphere, which varies depending on the context.

The article considers mathematical modeling of regulatory mechanisms of the cardiovascular system, based on the method of functional differential equations of cardiac regulation and equations for the quantitative description of blood movement in vessels and tissues using the reduced Navier-Stokes equations and the equations of active and passive transfers in normal and in case of tumor processes in human organs. The results of computational experiments showed the presence of five areas of functioning: a trivial attractor, stationary mode, stable oscillations with a constant period, irregular oscillations (a risk zone for life-threatening arrhythmias during chemical and radiation therapy) and a “black hole” (sudden cardiac death during antitumor treatment).

Fog Computing, as evolving paradigm in modern application scenarios, came to the arena as Cloud Computing developments successor, providing elastic resources and services to end users at the edge of network, while cloud computing are more about providing resources distributed in the core network. Fog computing is able to provide better Quality of Service in terms of delay, power consumption, reduced data traffic over the global network etc. The main feature of Fog computing is its ability to support applications which require low latency, location awareness, and mobility. This paper discusses various aspects of issues may be encountered when designing and implementing fog computing systems. With the purpose of the estimation of the capabilities of Fog Computing, the experimental network implementing the major components has been investigated, with defining the prerequisites for modeling Fog Computing architecture as well as management issues to be considered in the context of fog computing.

Models based on the concept of trust and reputation are widely used for securing routing protocols in self-organizing networks. The paper considers existing approaches to secure the OLSR routing protocol and identifies their drawbacks. Based on the existing approaches, we proposed a new Boolean-valued reputation model, a trust-based routing metric and an algorithm for finding the most trusted paths from a single source to all destinations. The proposed model was implemented as an extension of the OLSR routing protocol in ns-3 network simulator. Some results of simulation tests are also presented in the paper.

The article describes the classic methods of object-oriented design using modern software tools. Among these methods, designing on visual language UML, application of design patterns, use of elements of CASE-technology to generate basic elements software system, the widespread impliments of reuse, component architecture of the software system, taking advantage provided by modern approaches such as containerization. At the end, an example of designing part of an information system with using the mentioned methods, modern software tools, such as Docker for encapsulating and quickly deploying services, ArgoUML, for visual iterative design and ArchGenXML for components code generation.

In the paper an interactive algorithm for the adoption of multi-criteria solutions in a fuzzy environment are discussed. Due to the specific features of multi-objective tasks and decision criteria in a fuzzy environment, human-computer technologies and methods have been widely used in recent times, which are also called interactive or interactive. The approach to making a decision in a risk environment, since with a comprehensive risk assessment are considered, it would be necessary to establish for each absolute or relative value of possible losses the corresponding probability of occurrence of such a value. This approach allows us to formalize in a unified form and use all available heterogeneous information, which increases the reliability and quality of decisions made.

This research was aimed at studying the ICT integration in everyday life of one Iranian smart school. The model, which is used, considers the school as a whole and as a system. The research approach is qualitative. The research data was gathered by 3 months observation and interviews with teachers and students. The model of the examination has several elements including: ICT included in strategic planning, teaching and learning methods – participation for empowerment, flexibility of curriculum, investments in communication, leadership and management and teaching staff’s capacity and commitment. According to research findings, ICT is not in the everyday life the school.
