Methodology for Estimating the Probability of Obtaining Data About an Object Using Optoelectronic Systems of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles 利用无人机光电系统估计获取目标数据概率的方法

The article presents a method for estimating the probability of obtaining data about an object using optoelectronic means of unmanned aerial vehicles. The optimal heights of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles depending on weather conditions are considered. Numerical estimates of the dependence of the characteristics of optoelectronic devices on the factors affecting their use are obtained. The actual period of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles to increase the probability of obtaining data about the object is determined. Graphs of the use of optoelectronic devices of different wavelength ranges, taking into account the time interval, are constructed

Mathematical Modeling and Optimization Heat Pipe Systems 热管系统的数学建模与优化

The results of optimization of the supporting structure of a block of onboard electronic equipment with a built-in single flat heat pipe in the supporting structure with an integrated heat pipe system are presented, using the example of solving a model problem with a single heat source. The comparison was carried out at an equal temperature, occupied volume and for a certain maximum temperature of electrical radio products. The results of computational modeling are presented, demonstrating a comparison of the characteristics of a single flat heat pipe with a system of sequentially located flat heat pipes. Ultimately, the studies carried out have determined the limiting values of the removed thermal power of a single heat pipe, two-level and three-level heat pipe systems with different heat carriers. The versatility of the mathematical model, supplemented by the optimization method, has been confirmed

In this article, in the interests of improving the effectiveness of group actions of fighters, the method of targeting a group of fighters as part of a strike fighter, a cover fighter and an information support fighter at the VC, taking into account the tactical purpose of each fighter in the group, is synthesized, and the characteristics of this method are evaluated on the basis of modeling. Within the framework of the synthesis, a local quadratic quality functional is defined that allows taking into account the accuracy of the guidance of the strike fighter, which is aimed at the zone of possible launch of air-to-air missiles, the accuracy of maintaining the parameters of the combat order by the cover fighter relative to the strike fighter, the accuracy of maintaining the parameters of the combat order by the information support fighter relative to the cover fighter, and the cost-effectiveness of control signals. The list of meters that are necessary for the implementation of the synthesized method is determined, which indicates its practical feasibility

A coherent data transmission channel with pseudo-random tuning of the operating frequency (FH) is considered, a concatenated code based on an ensemble of orthogonal signals and a Reed-Solomon code, with various reception-decoding algorithms under conditions of simultaneous action on the channel of two interference – a barrage and a FH concentrated in a part of the band. The estimates of the boundary value of the part of the FH band covered by the interference, the characteristics of the optimal concatenated code, are obtained, and also the receive-decoding algorithm is selected, in which the boundary value of the part of the band covered by the interference takes the maximum value in a given interference environment

Synthesis Method and Experimental Research of Ku-band Antennas Based on Tensorial Metasurfaces 基于张量超表面的ku波段天线合成方法及实验研究

Antennas based on metasurfaces with tensorial impedance is a relatively new type of antennas appeared in the last decade. They have a simple design, but a complex synthesis procedure. The synthesis procedure can be based on analysis of the properties of waves in periodic structures or on representing the antenna as a phase hologram. Due to the novelty of this type of antennas, researching of various synthesis methods, obtaining new experimental results and on their basis assessment of realistically achievable characteristics is of interest. The purpose of the work was an experimental research of antennas based on metasurfaces with tensorial surface impedance, synthesized according to the method proposed by the authors. To carry out the research, mathematical modeling, electrodynamic modeling, and nearfield measurements of antenna prototypes were used. As a result, it was experimentally confirmed that the proposed tensorial metasurface antennas synthesis method makes it possible to obtain antennas with a given radiation direction and polarization, which have an aperture efficiency of up to 50 %, a bandwidth of up to 8 %, and a cross-polarization level below minus 20 dB. The results of measurements are in a good agreement with the electrodynamic calculation and the parameters specified during the synthesis. The type of antennas described in the work and the given synthesis method, according to the authors, are promising for various applications, for example, in satellite and mobile communications

The article presents a model for constructing the optimal flight route of unmanned aerial vehicles based on infrared video navigation data based on the upgraded Dijkstra algorithm. The method and algorithm for implementing the model for constructing the optimal flight route are considered. Numerical estimates of the frequency distribution of correlation values between reference (reference) and current images in the infrared wavelength range at different times of the day are obtained. The actual time period of the day is determined for the creation and further use of reference (reference) images with the longest possible use time during the next day. Investigation of the Directional Characteristics of the Antenna of the Satellite Earth Station Using the Spiral Scanning Method 卫星地面站天线方向特性的螺旋扫描研究

Results of earth station antenna experimental studies of satellite communication were shown. This antenna looks like two-mirror construction designed by Cassegrain circuit with parabolic reflector, which diameter is 1.2 m. This results made with help of spherical scanner by spiral scanning method. Antenna directional patterns were constructed. Deviation reasons of the measured directional characteristics from the calculated ones were analyzed

Research of Influence of Substitution of Renewable Energy Sources as a Part of the Scheme of Supply of Own Needs of Small and Micro-HPPS 可再生能源替代作为小微供热系统自备方案一部分的影响研究

Distribution of thermal energy using different types of mains has experienced practical application and much development over a period of more than a century. Technical excellence, operational characteristics including conservation of heat energy, reliability and future maintenance are of prime consideration. Reliability of heat supply is evaluated by the number of network failures. Failure amount in district heating (DH) networks is enormous. It makes us pay attention to DH performance issues. It is sufficiency to rehabilitate only mostly outworn distribution lengths to reduce a failure rate and heat losses. The main mean is hydraulic pressure tests. The aim of the paper is data generalization and provision an overview of the subjects included in the project within certain DH system (e. g. Omsk's DH system). The article includes general information about this method. The process to prepare this paper was as follows: defining the scope of works for the study which was discussed and mutually agreed in meetings between the authors. Back-in-time pressure tests operation data analysis technique is chosen to receive a valid data. Then the study was started with collecting relevant data in written form, a background study, familiarizing to previous studies and reports made during the span of years. Its efficiency was analysed. Negative causes were given. Relevance of modernization of pressure tests perfomance was clarified during the state assessment as well as the development of the same option in the future. According to the collected data the authors carried out that future research in this field is required
