Oxidative Destruction of Vulcanized by Changing the Dispersion Composition of Oxidized Vulcanized 改变氧化硫化胶分散成分对硫化胶的氧化破坏

The aim of the present work is to study the processes of oxidative destruction of waste vulcanizates (flakes) with nitric acid. The composition of the particles of the main reaction product was determined (oxidized vulcanized). The IR spectra of hexane and acetone extracts of the oxidized vulcanizates are also presented. It was found that the rubber component of the vulcanizates undergoes deep structural changes leading to the formation of products characterized by chemical heterogeneity.

The Effect of Vulcanization Accelerator on the Properties of Porous Rubber 硫化促进剂对多孔橡胶性能的影响

This work is devoted to identifying the patterns of influence of the vulcanization accelerator N-cyclohexyl-benzothiazyl-sulfenamide (CBS) on the technological, physico-mechanical, and thermophysical properties of vulcanizates based on styrene-butadiene rubber. It was found that a decrease in the content of the vulcanization accelerator decreases the maximum torque, and a noticeably longer time is required for optimum vulcanization in the absence of CBS. The thermal conductivity in vulcanizates increases with a decrease in the accelerator concentration due to changes in the structure and molecular mobility of kinetic units. Physico-mechanical indicators increase with a decrease in the concentration of CBS, this is due to a decrease in the apparent density of porous rubbers.

Production Planning Based on a Genetic Algorithm Controlled Simulation Model 基于遗传算法控制的生产计划仿真模型

The article proposes an approach to solving the task of operational calendar planning of production based on the application of the principles of the optimization and simulation approach. The production simulation model is implemented using the Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software. The optimization procedure is represented by a genetic algorithm. In the implementation of the genetic algorithm, a simulation model is used to evaluate fitness functions. An example of using the proposed approach for a typical production system is given and the positive effect of its application is confirmed. Features of use, positive and negative properties, as well as the possibility of replication to other types of simulation models are revealed

Numerical Modeling of Tribological Characteristics of Fibrous Polymer Composite Materials 纤维聚合物复合材料摩擦学特性的数值模拟

The paper presents a numerical simulation of the contact interaction of fibrous polymer composite materials in a finite element ANSYS package and studies the friction coefficients for cells with wear of 0%, 25%, 50% and 75%. To predict the coefficient of friction of composites it was proposed to use the method of mechanics of composite materials – the method of local approximation. With the help of numerical simulation, the fields of distribution of normal stresses and contact stresses in the contact zone were obtained and the corresponding conclusions were drawn.

Physical and Chemical Technologies of Metal Mining and Water Resources 金属采矿与水资源物化技术

The article is devoted to minimizing the negative impact of mining on the water resources of the mining regions. An assessment is made of leaching technologies with the involvement of non-conventional reserves for traditional methods of mining, reducing costs and lowering the level of environmental impact, including water resources. A reference is given on the use of leaching technologies for the development of natural and technogenic deposits in Russia. The mechanism of contamination of water resources with reagents and products of ore mining and processing is described. The typification of the processes of water migration of substances and components of underground leaching solutions is proposed. The zones of interaction between mineral deposits and water resources are differentiated. Fundamental differences of technology are formulated by the criterion of impact on water resources. An example of preventing the mixing of clean water and industrial effluents by creating a barrier in practice of a mining enterprise is given. It is concluded that the use of technologies with leaching of metals from ores at the place of their localization is promising.

Research on Hydrometallurgical Processing of Gold-Concentrate of Jamgyr Deposit Jamgyr金矿金精矿湿法冶金工艺研究

Abstract. Laboratory studies have been carried out on the processing of gold-bearing concentrate from the “Jamgyr” deposit using the JIN CHAN reagent. The influence of the concentration JIN CHAN, the duration of leaching, the temperature of the solution were studied. As a result of research, the extraction of gold and silver into solution using cyanide-free technology was 97,5% and 96%, respectively. The processing of the obtained solutions by the method of sorption was carried out on the MA940BG (gold) ion-exchange resin with the extraction of target components from the solution into the ion-exchange resin: Au – 100,0%, Ag – 77,5%.
摘要采用金灿药剂对“Jamgyr”矿床含金精矿进行了选矿试验研究。研究了浸出液浓度、浸出时间、浸出液温度等因素对浸出效果的影响。研究结果表明,采用无氰工艺提取金、银的浸出率分别为97.5%、96%。吸附法得到的溶液在MA940BG(金)离子交换树脂上进行处理,将溶液中的目标组分Au - 100,0%, Ag - 77,5%萃取到离子交换树脂中。

Prospects for the Development of Alternative Hydropower in the Krasnoyarsk Territory 克拉斯诺亚尔斯克地区替代水电发展前景

The disadvantage of hydroelectric dams is the flooding and a material breach of the ecology of the region, therefore the use of such hydroelectric power station is reasonable when no alternative method of providing the required power. In this regard, in most cases, it is advisable to use free-flow microelectric power plants. Free-threaded micro hydropower plants constitute a power unit mounted in the flow of the river. The main difference between free-flow microelectric power plants and dams is the use of kinetic energy of the flow, rather than potential. This makes it possible to eliminate the need for earthworks and the construction of additional hydraulic structures. Free-threaded micro hydropower plants can be grouped, forming a cascade of micro hydro. In order to increase the reliability of free-flow microelectric power plants, the design tends to use low-speed generators with rotation speeds from 140 to 650 rpm, which can significantly simplify or completely eliminate the transmission mechanism

Optimal Planning of Solar-Diesel Generation System with Energy Storage 带储能的太阳能-柴油发电系统优化规划

For power supply to isolated consumers, an autonomous power complex is used, consisting of photovoltaic converters, diesel generators and storage batteries. When planning the power complex, the fundamental task is to select the optimal structure of the elements of the generation system, which maximizes the use of the solar energy input to ensure the given consumer load. The article proposes a technique for optimizing a swarm of particles in relation to the problem of determining the composition and power of the elements of a solar-diesel generation system. On the example of the power supply system of the settlement of the Republic of Khakassia, the optimal structure of generating and storage facilities using solar energy has been determined. To assess the reliability indicators of the power complex, a probabilistic method has been proposed and implemented, which makes it possible to take into account the daily cyclicity and seasonal variability of the intensity of solar radiation
