Studies on Sealing Method of Vacuum Tubes with law melting point Glass 法熔点玻璃真空管密封方法的研究

On the glass sealing of vacuum tubes, the intermediate glass of law melting point can be used effectively.The results of the work are as foffows.1) The fact is confirmed theoretically that the sealed tubes are safe from crack and leakage, when the relativities of expansion coefficient between the bulb glass, stem glass and intermediate glass ars suitably selected.2) A few sealing methodes are tried practically.
在真空管的玻璃密封上,可以有效地利用熔点较低的中间玻璃。工作结果如下:1)从理论上证实,只要适当选择灯泡玻璃、阀杆玻璃和中间玻璃之间的膨胀系数的相对关系,密封管是安全的,不会产生裂纹和泄漏。2)实际试验了几种密封方法。

A Study on the Physical and Chemical Properties of Borosilicate Glasses 硼硅酸盐玻璃的理化性质研究

For Borosilicate glasses B2O3 anormalies are often seen. The author made an experiment of transformation point, softeming point and chemical durability in the ternary system of Na2O-B2O3-SiO2 and expressed them in ternary diagrams.As the result, it was found that in the transformation points and chemical durabilities B2O3 anormaly appeared at the same position, but no anormaly was seen in softening points.Also he pointed out that in the composition of borosilicate glasses the way of utilization of anormaly differ from each other and hence the composition should be changed naturally in the case of aiming the sealing glasses such as electric bulb glasses or chemical resisting glasses.
对于硼硅酸盐玻璃,B2O3经常出现异常。对Na2O-B2O3-SiO2三元体系的转变点、软化点和化学耐久性进行了实验,并用三元图表示。结果发现,在转变点和化学耐久性中,B2O3在同一位置出现异常,而在软化点未见异常。他还指出,硼硅玻璃的组成中,利用方式往往各不相同,因此,针对密封玻璃,如电灯泡玻璃或耐化学玻璃,应自然改变组成。

TITANUM MINERAL IN KAMPAKU KAOLIN 坎帕库高岭土中的钛矿物

Minerals of the dnsity greater than 2.9 were separated from Kampaku kaolin, the white kaolin, from Kampaku Mine, Haguro-mura, Kawachi-gun, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan, by means of heavy liquid. The main part of the separated minerals was composed of light brown particles. The chemical analysis of the separated minerals have shown that about 78% was titanium oxide. The titanium oxide mineral was found to be anatase, admixed with a minute amounts of rutile by X-ray method.
用重液法从日本栃木县川县下野村坎帕库矿的白高岭土坎帕库高岭土中分离出了密度大于2.9的矿物。分离出的矿物主要由浅棕色颗粒组成。对分离矿物的化学分析表明,其中约78%是氧化钛。通过x射线法发现氧化钛矿物为锐钛矿,与少量金红石混合。

I 緒 言 ガ ラスの各成分 をそれ ぞれ容 量分 析的に定量す る こ とは,一 見極 めて至難 なこ との よ うに思 われ る。しか しこれを分析化學 の見地か ら よく考察す る と,必 ず し も不可能では な くその可能性は充分 にある。本 問題 に 關する文獻は殆 どな く皆無 と云つ て も過言 ではある選 い。但 し應 用する化學反應は原理的 には古 くか ら知 ら れ ている ものが多い。 II 珪 酸 の 定 量 1 定量機構 珪酸 とカ リ鹽溶液 とを共存せ しめてそ れにHFを 作用せ しめ ると次 の反應 が起 る。 SiO2+2KCl+6HF=K2SiF6 +2HCl+2H2O......(1) 上記 の反應 は水溶液 中で瞬間的に しか も連續 的に起 りK2SiF6は 沈澱 となつて,反 應系外に 出てゆ くか ら SiO2の 損失 は全 く起 らない。そ こで過剰 のHF及 び

New method of measuring the reaction heat and Formation of mullite.Applying the principle of the thermal conduction, the writer devised an apparatus of measuring the reaction heat by which the reaction velocity between Al2O3 and SiO2 is studied. Mullite is formed from the mixture of Al2O3 and SiO2 powder at above 750°C and this activation energy is about 40 Kcal/mol.
测定莫来石反应热和生成的新方法。应用热传导原理,设计了一种反应热测量装置,研究了Al2O3与SiO2之间的反应速度。在750℃以上,由Al2O3和SiO2粉末混合形成莫来石,其活化能约为40 Kcal/mol。

實現せる小型電氣硝子熔融爐の一に就き最近行つた生産效率に關する簡單なる調査結果を擧げ容量頗る小なるも近代化せる第二次世界戰爭直前の大型槽型熔融爐に比較し約2倍の高效率を有する事を報告し得たり。本爐は本邦に於て未だ緒に就きし又は工業試驗程度にて北米テウェーデン等に於けるものに比較し規模小なり, 其の完成は今後の發展に俟つべきである, 現在の所電極材質による着色は實用上僅小なるも, 更に一歩進んで除却さる程度にまで改善さるゝに至らんとしてゐる電氣事情の原因のため或る時期に於ては氣泡の點に就き改善の餘地あり, 其の他爐構造電極構造電氣様式熔融硝子組成に關し綜合的研究を必要とする課題多きも研究の進捗に伴ひ, 製品の向上並に製法自體の改善等期待さるゝ所多し, 其の一二に就て又記述する機會あらん, 日本の現状を視るに固體液體燃料事情未だ好轉せず電力事情すら時に安定を缺くの感あるも本熔融法は其れ自體に科學的研究價値を有するもので應用範圍頗る廣し, 一國の經濟状態は科學工學技術の研究及び其の發達を強力に支配するも後者又前者の潜勢力の根源を培ひ其の死命を制す, 本法の健全な不斷の發展を念ずるや切なり, 敗戰後の一年を顧みて昭和21年秋
实研究组小型电气玻璃熔融炉最近从事的一行常春藤生产效率将关简单擧げ容量颇る小调查结果成为近代化也使第二次世界战争之前的大型槽型熔融炉比较高约2倍的效率报告获得或拥有的事情。书炉归于未绪从事于各种或工业接体言后左右在北美テウェーデン等方面,规模比较小的东西,其在今后的发展完成应该忙个,目前所电极材质的旗面上仅小实用,也更进一步改善到消除的程度,由于气化情况的原因,在某个时期气化泡沫的点点有改善的余地,此外,香炉结构、电极结构、气化样式、熔融玻璃组成等需要综合研究的课题很多,随着研究的进展,产品的提高,制法,结构的改善,等等,值得期待的地方很多,关于这一点,还有记述的机会。观察日本的现状,正体液液,燃料状况不转好,连电力状况都有求稳定的感觉,本熔融法具有自己科学研究的价值,应使用范围颇广,一国的经断状态既强有力地支配科学、工程、技术的研究及其发展,也培养后者或前者的潜在势力的根源,以制其死命,望本法健全的停止发展,回顾战败后的一年,昭和21年秋
