牛枝肉表面の綿球法及びスポンジ法による衛生指標菌数を比較した.2021年3月から一年間,検体数各100件,綿球法は枝肉のもも,ばら(上部),ばら(下部),かたばら(各100cm2)の4カ所(計400cm2),スポンジ法は綿球法の隣接部位を計400cm2拭き取った.検体の綿球法による一般生菌数及び腸内細菌科菌群数の平均±標準偏差(log cfu/cm2)は各々2.04±0.66,0.47±0.28,スポンジ法は各々3.15±0.40及び0.77±0.62であり,スポンジ法の一般生菌数及び腸内細菌科菌群数は綿球法のそれらと比べて高かった(P<0.001).スポンジ法では検知できる警戒レベルの一般生菌数及び腸内細菌科菌群数を綿球法では検出されないことが多いため,今後はスポンジ法によるサンプリングを行うべきであると考えられた.
比较了牛枝肉表面的棉球法和海绵法的卫生指标菌数。从2021年3月开始的一年间,检物数各100件,棉球法有毛桃、玫瑰(上部)、玫瑰(下部)、扁豆(各100cm2)四处(共计400cm2),海绵法擦拭了与棉球法相邻的部位共计400cm2。样本棉球法的普通活菌数和肠道细菌科菌群数的平均±标准差(log cfu/cm2)分别为2.04±0.66和0.47±0.28,海绵法分别为3.15±0.40和0.77±0.62。海绵法的普通活菌数和肠道细菌科菌群数比棉球法的高(P < 0.001)。由于海绵法检测到的警戒级别的普通活菌数及肠道细菌科菌群数,用棉球法大多检测不到,因此考虑今后应采用海绵法进行取样。

豚熱ワクチン接種適齢期の推定モデルの構築 猪热疫苗接种适龄期的推测模型的构建

2018年9月,岐阜県の養豚場で国内26年ぶりの豚熱が発生し,翌年10月から発生予防のためのワクチン接種と抗体検査による免疫状況確認が開始された.免疫状況の評価から,母豚群の免疫抗体価の条件により農場群ごとに接種日齢を調整する必要性が指摘された.そこで母豚とその産子の抗体調査を実施し,移行抗体とワクチンテイクの関係を解析することで,農場ごとのワクチン接種適齢期を推定するシミュレーションモデルを構築した.モデルは母豚のELISA S/P値を用いた産子への移行抗体付与,移行抗体減少,ワクチン免疫付与の予測から構成した.実際の農場のデータを用いて本モデルの予測精度を検証したところ,接種適齢期の推定に利用可能な精度であると考えられた.本手法はワクチン接種適齢期を簡便に推定できるモデルで,豚熱の発生防止に役立つと期待される.
2018年9月,岐阜县的养猪场发生了日本国内26年未见的猪热疫情,为了预防疫情的发生,第二年10月开始通过疫苗接种和抗体检查来确认免疫状况。对免疫状况的评估指出,有必要根据母猪群的免疫抗体价条件调整各农场群的接种日龄。因此,通过对母猪及其产仔实施抗体调查,分析过渡性抗体与疫苗接种的关系,构建了推测每个农场疫苗接种适龄期的模拟模型。模型由采用母猪ELISA S/P值对产仔给予过渡抗体、过渡抗体减少、疫苗免疫给予的预测构成。利用实际农场的数据验证了本模型的预测精度,认为该精度可用于推算接种适龄期。本方法是一种简便地推测疫苗接种适龄期的模型,预计将有助于防止猪热的发生。

黒毛和種育成雌牛でみられた多発性の皮膚粘液腫の1例 黑毛和种培育母牛的多发性皮肤黏液瘤的一例

11カ月齢の黒毛和種雌牛において胸垂に直径6 cmの有茎状の腫瘤が発生し,腫瘤の切除を行った.病理組織学的及び免疫組織学的所見に基づき粘液腫と診断した.術後約2カ月で切除部位に腫瘍が再発し,その後1カ月間に右肩部,左右頸部及び下顎に0.5~1 cmの小型の同腫瘍が多発したため,計5カ所の切除を行った.臨床経過,病理組織学的所見から,多発性粘液腫と診断した.術後10カ月時点では切除部位での再発は認められず,新たな腫瘍も発生していない.牛において粘液腫はまれな腫瘍であり,外科的治療に関する報告は少なく,これまで多発した症例の報告はない.皮膚粘液腫が多発した要因について,本症例では精査できていないが,人においては遺伝子異常に起因する疾患があるため,今後も腫瘍の発生について経過観察が必要と考えられる.

Co-infection of Deep-seated Mycosis caused by Candida albicans, Aspergillus spp., and Mucorales with Bovine Adenovirus Type 4 Infection in a Japanese Black Calf 白色念珠菌、曲霉菌和粘膜菌引起的深部真菌病与牛腺病毒4型感染在日本黑犊牛中共同感染

A 4-day-old Japanese Black calf presented with fever as well as respiratory and neurological symptoms and died at the age of 17 days. Necropsy revealed multiple white nodules in the peritoneum and liver, erosions and ulcers in the forestomach and abomasum, and cerebrospinal fluid opacity. Microbiological examination was used to isolate Candida albicans from multiple organs, including the brain. The causative agent of the lesions was confirmed to be C. albicans using immunohistochemistry. Infections caused by Aspergillus spp. and Mucorales were also observed in the stomach, liver, and peritoneum. Furthermore, electron microscopy and DNA sequence analysis revealed multiple intranuclear inclusion bodies, identified as those produced by bovine adenovirus (BAdV) type 4, in various organs. This is the first report of C. albicans -induced encephalomyelitis along with BAdV type 4 infection in cattle. The etiology of death in this calf might be attributed to co-infections due to BAdV type 4, C. albicans , and multiple pathogenic species causing deep-seated mycosis.

Comparison of Indicator Organism Counts on Beef Carcass Obtained by Destructive and Sponge Swabbing Methods 破坏法和海绵拭法牛肉胴体指标生物计数的比较

We compared total aerobic plate counts (APC) and Enterobacteriaceae counts on Japanese black cattle ( wagyu ) carcasses obtained by a destructive method and a sponge swabbing method. A total of 60 samples were collected by each method in both winter (January – March 2020) and summer (July – September 2020). Each sample obtained by the destructive method was 20 cm 2 (about 10 g) of carcass surface from four different parts (rump, top flank, bottom flank, and brisket), each of which were 5 cm 2 . The samples obtained by the sponge swabbing method were 400 cm 2 , swabbed at the surface of the same four parts, and were 100 cm 2 each. The mean ± standard deviation of the APC and Enterobacteriaceae counts obtained by the destructive method were 1.50 ± 0.79 log cfu/cm 2 and 0.44 ± 0.21 log cfu/cm 2 , respectively, while those obtained by the sponge swabbing method were 1.00 ± 0.48 log cfu/cm 2 and 0.29 ± 0.12 log cfu/cm 2 . APC obtained by the destructive sampling method were significantly higher than those obtained by the sponge swabbing method ( P < 0.01). There were no sea-sonal differences in APC and Enterobacteriaceae counts between the two sampling methods. The linear regres-sion equation of APC obtained by the destructive and sponge swabbing methods was y = 0.25 x + 0.62, and the coefficient of determination (R 2 ) was 0.17. The correlation of APC between the destructive method and the sponge swabbing method seemed to be low.
