Surveillance of Bovine Rotavirus A Diseases Using Diarrheic Samples from Calves Collected in Okayama Prefecture from 2017 to 2021 2017 - 2021年冈山县犊牛腹泻样本监测牛轮状病毒A病

2017~2021年にかけて岡山県で集めた子牛(2~257日齢)507頭から下痢症例516検体を用いて牛ロタウイルスA(RVA)感染症の発生を調査した.516検体中,152検体(29.5%)から牛RVAが検出された.診療回数,発症日齢,転帰,発症季節,性別に関して,感染の有無をもとに両群間で統計解析を実施した結果,牛RVA感染症はそれらの因子に関係なく,発生していた.上記の牛RVA陽性糞便のうち,25検体を用いてG遺伝子型及びP遺伝子型を決定した.その結果,G6P[5],G6P[11],G10P[11]がそれぞれ32%,24%,32%の割合で検出され,岡山県内には複数の異なる遺伝子型を有する牛RVA株が存在した.今回の研究を通じて,他県での調査と同様に,岡山県でも牛RVAが子牛下痢症の主要な病原体の一つであることが示唆された.
从2017 ~ 2021年在冈山县收集的507头小牛(2 ~ 257日龄)中,使用516个腹泻病例调查了牛轮状病毒A (RVA)感染症的发生情况。在516个样本中,有152个(29.5%)检测出牛RVA。根据诊疗次数、发病日龄、转归、发病季节、性别等有无感染的情况,在两组之间进行了统计分析,结果表明,牛RVA感染症与这些因素无关。在上述牛RVA阳性粪便中,采用25个样本确定了G基因型和P基因型。检测结果显示,G6P[5]、G6P[11]、G10P[11]的比例分别为32%、24%、32%,冈山县内存在具有多种不同基因型的牛RVA株。通过此次研究表明,和其他县的调查一样,冈山县的牛RVA也是小牛腹泻病的主要病原体之一。

毛根を用いた牛ウイルス性下痢ウイルス抗原ELISA検査法の検討 使用发根的牛病毒性腹泻病毒抗原ELISA检测法的讨论

牛ウイルス性下痢ウイルス(BVDV)の持続感染(PI)牛検査において,スクリーニング効率向上を目的とした迅速かつ簡便な手法の検討は重要な課題である.今回,簡便に採材可能な毛根材料を用いてBVDV抗原ELISA検査を実施し,毛根の本数や前処理条件が検査結果に与える影響を評価した.PI牛3頭の毛根を用いた検討では,5本以上の毛根を用いることで3検体全てが,1本の毛根の場合は3検体中2検体が抗原ELISA陽性となった.毛根の処理液への浸漬時間の検討では,一晩(12時間以上)浸漬した際の数値と比較して,240分間の浸漬で90%以上,10~120分間の浸漬で約60%のS-N値が得られることを確認した.これらの結果は,BVDV抗原ELISAの材料として毛根を用いる際のサンプル処理条件に関する基盤情報となると考えられる.
在牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)持续感染(PI)牛检查中,探讨以提高筛选效率为目的的快速简便方法是重要课题。此次采用简便可采的发根材料实施了BVDV抗原ELISA检测,评价了发根数量和前处理条件对检测结果的影响。在使用3头PI牛的毛根的研究中,使用5根以上的毛根的3个检体全部,在只有1个毛根的情况下,3个检体中有2个检体抗原ELISA阳性。在研究毛根在处理液中的浸泡时间时,与浸泡一晚(12小时以上)时的数值相比,确认了240分钟的浸泡能得到90%以上的S-N值,10 ~ 120分钟的浸泡能得到约60%的S-N值。这些结果可作为使用发根作为BVDV抗原ELISA材料时的样本处理条件的基础信息。

環境性レンサ球菌(OS)による乳房炎は適切な抗菌性物質選択による治療が重要だが,国内の薬剤感受性状況の報告は少ない.そこで,2010~2012年(前期)及び2016~2018年(後期)に栃木県内の乳房炎罹患牛から分離されたOS96株(前期:49,後期:47)について,薬剤感受性及び耐性遺伝子保有状況を調査した.前期後期ともに分離OS株の4割以上がStreptococcus uberisであった.また,テトラサイクリン(TC)に対しては前期で9.5%,後期で36.4%,ピルリマイシン(PLM)に対しては前期で14.3%,後期で31.8%の株が耐性を示し,後期の方が両薬剤に対する耐性菌の割合が高かった.TC及びPLMについては,耐性遺伝子(tet(O),tet(S),tet(M)及びlinB)保有と薬剤耐性がおおむね一致し,薬剤耐性に耐性遺伝子獲得が関わることが示唆された.さらに,エリスロマイシン(EM)耐性S. uberisでは耐性遺伝子erm(B)保有株が確認され,EMだけでなくPLMの最小発育阻止濃度も高い傾向が認められた.
