Financial reports are very important when running a business, from micro, small andmedium enterprises (MSMEs) to large scale ones. Financial reports are made so thatentrepreneurs can operate their business properly and can analyze their profits and losses. And itcan also be useful to apply for capital. With the development of technology, making financialreports is easier because there are many applications that can be installed on smart phones. SiAPIK is a financial information recording application that can help MSMEs to do books andrecord their every financial transaction. This community service activity aims to provide financialmanagement and accounting counseling, training on how to download the Si APIK applicationusing the Play Store on an Android cellphone and how to make easy financial reports for OK OCE(Jakpreneur) DKI Jakarta MSMEs. The activity was carried out online using the Zoom media with56 participants. The results of this community service activity are an increase in knowledge aboutthe importance of making financial reports and OK OCE (Jakpreneur) DKI Jakarta SMEs canpractice making financial reports with the Si APIK application using an Android cellphone.Suggestions from this activity are that business actors need to be given further simulations usingcomputers and smart phones in implementing the Si APIK application to make financial reportsfor DKI Jakarta OK OCE (Jakpreneur) MSME actors.

The lack of solid Indonesian economic fundamentals has prompted the government to buildan economic structure by taking into account the existence of Micro, Small and MediumEnterprises (SMEs). This sector has been proven to provide jobs and provide opportunities forSMEs to develop in society. The existence of SMEs cannot be doubted because they have proven tobe able to survive and become an economic driver, especially after the economic crisis. On theother hand, SMEs also face many problems, namely limited working capital, low humanresources, and inadequate mastery of science and technology. Another obstacle faced by MSMEsis the unclear relationship with business prospects and unstable planning vision and mission.Providing information and market networks, easy access to funding and assistance as well asincreasing information technology capacity are some strategies to increase the competitiveness ofIndonesian SMEs.In this case, special attention is needed for SMEs, especially for business records, determining HPP and marketing problems. Efforts to develop small and medium industries, thenthese weaknesses must be overcome. This is where the role of universities as educationalinstitutions can be more involved and help overcome existing problems so that it is hoped thatMSMEs can continue to play a role in Indonesia's economic growth and development.

Graha Sudirman housing started its construction in 2012, Graha Sudirman itself is located in thecenter of Indramayu city. Graha Sudirman housing has implemented an internet network to support ITbasedsmart housing. In this case, it is still based on simple fiber optics. This network has limitations interms of QoS on the client side. One of the initiators of IT-based smart housing is the housing coordinator, namely Mr. Khaerul Anam. In this Community Service program, we try to apply FTTH technology inGraha Sudirman housing to support IT-based smart housing. This service is expected to assist partners inimplementing IT-based smart housing programs both in terms of infrastructure and applications. From theresults of the implementation, the fiber optic attenuation output in each house ranges from -13dB to -25dB,this is due to many factors ranging from the type of fiber cable to the splicing or installation process. Forspeed, from -13dB to -25dB, you can still get 902 Mbps of bandwidth. This speed will decrease if it exceeds-29dB and above, even for connections it can be lost.

In a life for a person/individual to be able to live well, it cannot be separated from what is attached to himself that he has, without having to need the help of others, namely a science, creation/idea. Ability and desire, all of which will not be achieved or possessed, if we are very lacking or even do not have it at all because we cannot read, write and count which we know as illiteracy. With the current condition that everything is digital or technological progress, it is very unfortunate if there are still an area or village whose people are illiterate, so that the village can be said to have a shortage or difficulty in their lives, even the impact will eventually reduce economic growth a country. Then how can the village that is left behind, to be able to progress and develop at least for the consumption of himself and his family does not lack, it is necessary to have public awareness that has education, innovation, knowledge and ability to be able to help it. So that they can be released from continuous suffering, if there is no help from outside the area. Therefore, we, from the Lecturer team of Educational Institutions from Universitas Pembangunan Veteran Jakarta, are very moved to invite the village/regional community to want to participate and support educational institution programs in a community service activity in the context of implementing the eradication of illiteracy in early childhood in the village of Johar Baru. By conducting training in the teaching and learning process for those who cannot read, write and count, so that they can help government programs, namely improving education in the context of poverty eradication programs.
