Batik tie dye is part of technique in batik making. Tie dye technique is the easiest to do and develop, although this technique is easy and can be developed, not many people or batik craftsmen have done it and know it. So far, Dharma Wanita women routinely hold activities filled with skills and additional knowledge that can support the ability of human resources in accordance with the goals of Dharma Wanita. The provision of training in tie dye techniques is one of the means of expertise that can be provided so that mothers can explore one of the treasures of batik techniques in the archipelago. The activity of making batik motifs using tie dye technique was attended by Dharma Wanita women from the Public Housing and Settlement Areas of Central Java Province which showed that Dharma Wanita women were able to follow and produce batik motifs from the tie dye technique.

The Empowerment of Women Farmers Groups (KWT) encourages the formation of self-helpcooperatives. The hope is that the socialization of self-help cooperatives can be a means to helpease the economic burden that has been felt by farmers while waiting for the harvest to arrive.Farmers in Rajaiyang village usually depend on middlemen by borrowing money first, or byborrowing capital from moneylenders to meet their daily needs. A similar reality also occurs whenstarting the planting season. KWT and the Association of Farmers Groups (Gapoktan) inRajaiyang Village depend on moneylenders and middlemen, to meet their supply needs for seedsand fertilizers. This background makes Gapoktan and KWT the target of socializing the formationof self-help cooperatives accompanied by local village heads. It is hoped that the socialization ofthe formation of this self-supporting cooperative can be a pilot project for empowering womenfarmers in dealing with the very concerning problem of debt and credit. So that the existence ofcooperatives can help farmer groups financially in meeting their daily needs. In addition, socialization of the formation of self-help cooperatives among farmers is also expected to increaseagricultural productivity and economic independence of farmers in Rajaiyang village, IndramayuRegency.

The head of Tanjungsari Village, Tanjungsari sub-district, Bogor Regency in his program wants toimprove the economy of its citizens, currently villagers still depend on the economy for agricultural products, however there are 8.5% or 118 family heads are MSME actors. Currently, the type of MSME industry in Tanjungsari Village is engaged in theindustry of bags, wallets, sandals, shoes, wood lathes, wood products, and coffee with an average turnoveror gross income of IDR 50 million/month. The majority of raw materials for the bags, wallets, sandals, andshoes industries are imported from Jakarta, by utilizing the remaining materials from manufacturers inJakarta to be processed into other products, as well as other raw materials. The problems experienced byMSME actors often run out of business capital because all business turnover is used for daily householdconsumption. Every business activity has not been recorded so that it is not possible to plan for competitivepricing, analysis of performance achievements and improvements needed to further improve the financialperformance of MSMEs. The batik entrepreneurs in Pabean Udik Village are not optimal in developing their businessbecause of problems related to production and marketing. Entrepreneurs do not understand theexact capital cost calculation system and have not made financial reports that are in accordancewith accounting rules. This causes the determined selling price to often experience errors indetermining the cost of goods sold (COGS) which has an impact on the amount of gross profit. Inaddition, batik entrepreneurs do not pay attention to product marketing techniques, and do not evenhave a special concept in packaging their products. Based on the initial visit of the communitydedication team, the fact that the craftsmen only use plastic bags in packaging their products. However, this seems to be due to the fact that batik entrepreneurs have just risen since their businesshas decreased due to the Covid-19 pandemic. So they focus their business capital on product rawmaterials, not for packaging. Entrepreneurs also do not conduct online promotions or sales to invitebuyers. They only market by word of mouth and maintain their customers. With these problems, apersuasive approach and training are needed that are easily understood by batik entrepreneurs withall their limitations so that the services they carry out provide progress for the business managementsystem for batik entrepreneurs in Pabean Udik Village. The method of implementing this serviceconsists of surveys, interviews, and observations. Economic empowerment is carried out by trainingbatik entrepreneurs in Pabean Udik Village regarding basic accounting, introduction of quality raw materials, attractive product design and selling, as well as business digitization with training on theuse of marketplaces. The essence of national development is full human development and the development ofIndonesian society as a whole, this can be realized if the welfare of the family and society can beachieved properly. In the context of realizing family and community welfare, among others, community empowerment can be done and in fact community empowerment has not been maximized,so that family and community welfare has not been fully achieved, because family and communitybusinesses have not been able to develop their potential and roles optimally. The condition of smallbusinesses is still relatively weak, some are still limited to efforts to meet local consumption needsor the environment in which the business is located, so it is necessary to strengthen the organizationand increase the participation of community members in activities that are productive in the formof entrepreneurship, among others; training activities for making painting shoes and other realsectors. These weaknesses must be overcome and the role of universities as educational institutionscan be more involved and help overcome existing problems so that it is hoped that communitymembers or organizations can continue to play a role in Indonesia's economic growth anddevelopment. Recognizing these problems, we are Lecturers of the Faculty of Economics andBusiness, UPN Veterans Jakarta, one of the universities that cares about the surrounding communityand plans to carry out community service activities which are expected to increase knowledge inentrepreneurship education and training, with the aim of providing an understanding of the conceptof entrepreneurship. and understand the methods or methods of entrepreneurship, which will beuseful in increasing family income and the regional economy.
