RUPA DAN MAKNA DALAM BATIK MOTIF PESONA COVID ENDORPHIN UPAYA PENGEMBANGAN EDUSYIARPENEUR MASA PANDEMI 蜡染的外观和意义

This study focuses on the creation of research-based works of art as well as economic value. The work created is a batik work with the Pesona Covid Endorphin motif which is motivated by the conditions of the covid 19 outbreak, also providing innovations for batik motifs in conditions that occur in Indonesia. It is hoped that the development of this batik motif can be used as the basis for making new products to help the community's economy. The method of creating works of art has three stages, namely experimentation, reflection, and realization. From this method, the author will develop the Covid endorphin charm batik motif into new products that have edusyiarpreneur content. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, and creator theory with an attempt to describe the reconstruction of Islamic education values in batik motifs. Data was collected through observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively. The authors found this in the reconstruction of the value of Islamic education which can be applied to a batik motif. The philosophies that can be applied to Islamic education motifs or decorations include, (1) transforming Islamic education in an applicative way through its batik motifs (education); (2) Education is characterized by the value of the teachings of the ulama (syiar), (3) The existence of batik as an ancestral cultural heritage should be preserved, as a result of education, da'wah as well as economic value (preneur).

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the potential of natural resources, and aesthetic landscape of the village to become a sharia-based tourist village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with the SBE test equipment and SWOT Analysis. This study shows that the Koran Agro Gardens has many potential uses of natural resources, namely: Irrigation, Area Rice fields, landscape plants Koran, Scenic Spot, and Center for Culinary who have the aesthetic qualities of the lowest values of 0 to 74. The success of a business depends on how the business owner runs his business operations. Of course, every businessman has different ways and methods of running his business. The difference of a businessman in carrying out his business operations is influenced by many factors, one of which is the religious factor. The factors of religiosity, religion and something that someone believes in will affect how that person's attitude. Between one business and another, of course it will never be the same, inequalities exist in various aspects such as customer service, product manufacture, after-sales service and various aspects of a business. The differences that exist are of course influenced by the way the business owner runs his business according to the attitude the businessman has. In this study focuses on pengarus religiosity towards an entrepreneur, which of course the entrepreneur's attitude will affect the business he is running. Based on the test conducted, the researcher found that the religiosity factor was very influential on the attitude of an entrepreneur.

MANFAAT DAN RISIKO PENGGUNAAN LAYANAN PERBANKAN MELALUI APLIKASI MOBILE BANKING 通过流动银行应用程序使用银行服务的好处和风险

Mobile Banking or commonly known as m-banking is treated as one of the most important banking information system services capable of producing financial information, which includes balance checks, fund transfers, credit card bill information, bill payments, and so on through a capable tool. Wireless internet. It is important for customers to have facilities in obtaining financial information and making transactions online, without having to visit the bank where they are customers. When customers feel satisfied by two things, namely the speed in obtaining financial information as well as the accuracy and ease in carrying out mobile banking transaction activities, the purpose of m-banking services as a value-added banking information system will be achieved. Conversely, if customers do not feel satisfied in terms of the privacy security of the mobile banking application, it can lead to negative perceptions of customers about the services that are available, so that it can be said to be one of the risks of using mobile banking services. Therefore, it is important to maintain and improve the confidentiality of customers through the privacy of the mobile banking application so that customers can remain calm in using the service.

PANDANGAN IBNU TAIMIYAH DAN IBNU KHALDUN TENTANG MEKANISME PASAR

The market is a place where sellers and buyers meet, where sellers and buyers interact with goods and services in the market. Sellers and buyers are not influenced by the market because it is a perfectly competitive market. The Islamic market mechanism is a market that existed at the time of the Prophet and the Islamic market here is more concerned with ethics and morals in bermuamalah. The market mechanism is without government intervention unless there are things that the government really needs, such as price hikes, the government will come down directly to overcome this. One of the figures of economic thought who discusses the market mechanism is Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn Khaldun. The market mechanism according to Ibn Taymiyyah is that the price in the market is influenced by demand and supply. The government is fair to all people and thinks about market players so that it does not only think about the buyers of goods but also the sellers so that it is balanced. Meanwhile, according to Ibn Khaldun, there are four factors which, according to Ibn Khaldun, can influence the process of the market mechanism, namely price theory, value theory, work specialization and the state.

IMPLEMENTATION MODEL OF QARD AL HASAN FOR INDONESIAN ISLAMIC BANKING qard al hasan在印尼伊斯兰银行的实施模式

It is challenging for Islamic banking as the business institution to provide qard al hassan. In this paper, we proposed qard al hassan platform (QHP) as the model which can be implemented for Islamic banking.  QHP can use internet base where the synergy of public to give fund through social crowdfunding and the capability of bank to provide good corporate governance in managing fund and assessment qard al hassan as financing in productive sector. Since there is no fee of qard al hassan to finance operational cost, there are 3 sources will be proposed. First is money from fee for Amil Zakat, second is profit of some portions of collection fund investment, and third is profit of investment of the upfront payment of qard al hassan. Methodology to calculate upfront payment refer to Mesbah Point. Regarding minimize and control the default rate, bank should be focus on the right target market of borrower and low risk industry sectors. Implemeting QHP model can reduce poverty and achieve sustainable growth in society while at the same time creating the fairness of wealth distributing.  The needy and the poor can participate in production and create its own wealth. However, the implementation of QHP could not be implemented without adjustment in regulation and set up infrastructure. Regulator need to give permission for bank to collect zakat, sadaqah, cash waqf from public and as wakil of funder to execute QHP as well as together with banking industry to set up the infrastructures

This research explores how the practice and management of productive waqf in Al Hikmah waqf institution. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using interview and documentation instruments on the research object, namely Nadzir and the board of the Al Hikmah waqf institution. The results of this study concluded that the practice and management of productive waqf at the Al Hikmah waqf institution has been carried out well and developed where the initial waqf assets are in the form of land measuring 8,150 M2 which then grows to 30. 000 M2 with various supporting facilities and total assets of up to 29 billion rupiah which is now used as a lease for Islamic activities. Then in the SWOT analysis, the Al Hikmah Waqf Institution has a differentiation strategy as a service rental and a place that has Islamic nuances.

RATING SUKUK DAN RASIO KEUANGAN BANK UMUM SYARIAH 伊斯兰准备金率与一般银行财务比率

The purpose of this study is to discuss the effect of profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, leverage and productivity ratios on the rankings of sukuk in Islamic banking institutions issuing sukuk. By using purposive sampling from 14 Islamic banks, 6 Islamic banking institutions were obtained as research samples in the 2015-2019 period, which were analyzed using multiple linear regression showing that only the productivity variable had a significant and positive influence on the rankings of sukuk in Islamic banking institutions, although with positive coefficient, profitability does not have a significant effect on the sukuk rating. Meanwhile, the liquidity and leverage variables did not have a significant effect and formed a negative relationship pattern on the sukuk rating in the Indonesian Islamic banking institutions issuing the sukuk.
本研究的目的是探讨伊斯兰银行机构发行伊斯兰债券的盈利能力比率、流动性比率、杠杆率和生产力比率对伊斯兰债券排名的影响。通过对14家伊斯兰银行进行有目的抽样,选取2015-2019年期间的6家伊斯兰银行机构作为研究样本,通过多元线性回归分析发现,只有生产率变量对伊斯兰银行机构的伊斯兰债券评级有显著的正影响,而盈利能力系数为正,对伊斯兰债券评级没有显著的影响。同时,流动性和杠杆变量对发行伊斯兰债券的印尼伊斯兰银行机构的伊斯兰债券评级没有显著影响,并形成负向关系模式。

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai suatu pedoman dalam mendistribusikan kekayaan dan pendapatan dengan nilai-nilai Islam Al-Qur’an dan Hadist, bahwa dalam distribusi kekayaan dan pendaptan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat memerlukan adanya nilai-nilai Islam didalamnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi literture oleh diperoleh dari buku, majalah, pnelitian terdaulu, dan literatu-literature yang mendukung terhadap penelitian tersbeut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peranan islam dalam distribusi kekayaan dan pendapatan sangatlah diperlukan untuk tercapainya suatu kesejahteraan. 
本研究的目的是作为指导方针,将伊斯兰教的价值观《古兰经》和圣训》分配给财富和收入,即在财富和就业分配方面,最需要的是伊斯兰价值观。本研究方法采用了从支持这项研究的书籍、杂志、大维达利亚人和支持该研究的文学作品中获得的著作研究。研究结果表明,伊斯兰教在财富和收入的分配中所起的作用是实现繁荣所必需的。

Kontribusi Sektor Riil, Sektor Moneter dan Tingkat Inflasi Terhadap Penerimaan Zakat, Infak dan Sedekah di Indonesia 印尼对Zakat、Zakat和慈善机构的实际贡献、货币部门和通货膨胀率

The role of zakat in economic development in Indonesia is increasingly being felt. In addition to the distribution allocation through the appropriate zakat program, it is also necessary to pay attention to the contribution of the zakat revenue. This study aims to analyze the contribution of the Large and Medium Industrial Production Index (IPBS) as a real sector variable while the Return on Assets (ROA) of the Islamic banking industry as the monetary sector and inflation to the receipt of Zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) in the National Zakat Agency ( BAZNAS). The analysis technique used is the Vector Auto-Regressive (VAR) / Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The type of data used is secondary data using monthly data for the period 2011 to 2019. The results of the study show that the real sector has a causal relationship with the ZIS fund collection. Inflation and ZIS revenues have a one-way relationship. Real sector variable shocks responded positively and were very dominant by ZIS revenues compared to the ROA of Islamic banking as well as inflation. The real sector variable is also predicted to contribute the most in raising ZIS funds in the future.
