Copigmentation of Flavonoids of the Gadung Mango Bark (Mangifera Sp) as a Coloring Substance 甘东芒果皮黄酮类化合物作为着色物质的共色素化研究

Flavonoids are pigments in the gadung mango bark that produce a yellow color. The research on copigmentation of flavonoids from gadung mango bark (Mangifera sp) as coloring agents was carried out by the maceration method using 96% ethanol. The extract obtained was concentrated using a vacuum rotary evaporator at 40 oC. The study aimed to determine levels of flavonoids and stability of color gadung mango bark on the inner and outer of the result copigmentation as a coloring agent. Measurement of total flavonoid levels at a wavelength of 520 nm and 700 nm using UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The results of this study indicate that the total flavonoids levels in the inner and outer gadung mango bark samples were 0.162 mg/g and 0.359 mg/g, respectively. The color stability of flavonoids of the gadung mango bark inside and outside as the results of copigmentation was stable at the temperature 35 oC and the results obtained in the color stability test of the hero cloth through washing soap water was with a 0 day in 5 hours.

Analysis of Students' Skills through Practicum on Reaction Rate Topic 反应速率专题实习对学生技能的分析

National education emphasizes learning on assessing students' knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The development of skills aspect is not enough only relying on the learning in the classroom, but also necessary doing understanding outside the classroom such as practicum in the laboratory. The implementation of training allows students to practice their skills and help students understand the material taught in the class. This study aimed to describe the quality of students' skills on reaction rate topics through a practicum in grade XI at SMA Negeri 5 Palu. This type of research was a quantitative descriptive study with a one-shot case study design. Sampling was conducted by purposive sampling. The sample was Class XI Science 2 as the experimental class 1 with 23 students and Class XI Science 3 as the experimental class 2 with 25 students. The quality skill of students was measured by instruments in the form of observation sheets as the primary data. The data obtained through the observation sheet showed that the average percentage of all aspects of student skills in experimental class 1 was 74.81%, and in experimental class 2 was 74.05%. It indicates that the ten skills elements have emerged in the learning activities with a good category. This study concludes that the quality skill of grade XI students at SMA Negeri 5 Palu on learning reaction rate topic through practicum is a good category.

Analysis of Lycopene Content and Antioxidant Activity Test of Katokkon Chili Extract (Capsicum chinense Jacq) Katokkon辣椒提取物番茄红素含量分析及抗氧化活性试验

This study aimed to determine lycopene contents and the antioxidant activity of katokkon chili extract. The extraction process of katokkon chili used the maceration method with the mixture of n-hexane : acetone : ethanol (2:1:1). The concentrated extract of katokkon chili was obtained through the evaporator process at a temperature of 40 ˚C. The analysis process used a UV-Vis spectrophotometer in which the absorbance reading was at λ = 472 nm. The average content of lycopene in katokkon chili extract was 1.457 mg/100g. Testing the antioxidant activity of katokkon chili extract used the DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) method with positive control the vitamin C. The absorbance readings for the antioxidant activity test were at λ = 517 nm. The test results showed that the antioxidant power of katokkon and vitamin C extracts in reducing DPPH free radicals had a similar result which was equally strong. The IC50 value for chili katokkon extract was 13.84 mg/L, and the IC50 value for vitamin C was 5.78 mg/L, so it can be concluded that chili katokkon can be an alternative source of natural antioxidants to replace vitamin C.

Adsorption Capacity of Activated Charcoal Made of Rice Husk on Cd(II) Metal Ions 稻壳活性炭对Cd(II)金属离子的吸附性能

Rice husk is one of the by-products of the rice milling process that can be used as activated charcoal to adsorb metal ions. This study aimed to determine the optimum pH and adsorption capacity of Cd(II) ions by activated charcoal made of rice husk using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) method. Determination of the optimum pH adsorption of activated charcoal was carried out by varying the pH of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Based on the analysis results of the optimum pH for metal adsorption, pH 7 with percent absorbed metal 99.94%, while adsorption of Cd(II) ions using activated charcoal was carried out with several variations of concentration to study adsorption isotherm. The adsorption isotherm model of activated charcoal adsorption followed the Langmuir isotherm model. The results of this analysis obtained that the maximum adsorption capacity (qmax) of Cd(II) ions were 2.068 mg Cd/g.

The Utilization of Acid as a Color Stabilizer in the Extraction of Anthocyanins from the Lakum (Cayratia trifolia L.) Peel 酸作为颜色稳定剂在三叶草花青素提取中的应用皮

Anthocyanins are a group of natural dyes (pigments) that give many colors to plants’ leaves, flowers, and fruits. Anthocyanins are generally acidic and more stable under acidic conditions. One of the plants that contain anthocyanin is the lakum (Cayratia trifolia L.) fruit ripe with a blackish-purple color. This study aimed to determine the best type of acid used to extract anthocyanins from the lakum fruit peel. The extraction process was carried out by maceration method using 96% ethanol solvent acidified with three types of acids, HCl 1%, citric acid 3%, and acetic acid 3%, with an average level of anthocyanin obtained of 283.88, 220.70, and 226.55 mg/L, respectively. This study indicated that the best acid used to extract anthocyanin from the lakum fruit peel with the highest total anthocyanin results was by adding HCl 1%.

Influence of the Guided Inquiry Learning Model Assisted by a Two-stay Two Stray towards Chemistry Learning Outcomes of High School Students 双停留双偏辅助的引导式探究学习模式对高中生化学学习成果的影响

This study aimed to determine the influence of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by two stay two stray toward learning outcomes of students on chemistry at SMA 7 Palu. The type of study was Pre-experimental with a one-shot case study design. The sample was prepared using the purposive sampling technique with a sample consisting of Class XI Science 4 as the experimental class 1, and Class XI Science 2 as the experimental class 2. Both classes consisted of 28 students. The research instruments were the learning outcomes tests, student worksheets, and observation sheets that have been validated theoretically and empirically. Data of learning outcomes was analyzed using inferential statistical analysis with a prerequisite test: normality, homogeneity, and t-test hypothesis test (right side). The results showed that the average learning outcomes for experimental class 1 was 62.32, and for experimental class 2 was 50.29, with standard deviations of 12.58 and 12.05, respectively. Hypothesis test obtained tcount>ttable or 4.04 > 1.67, so H1 is accepted. The average learning outcomes of students in the experimental class 1 with guided inquiry learning model assisted by two stay two stray is higher than in the experimental class 2 with a guided inquiry learning model. Guided inquiry learning model assisted by two stay two stray influences learning outcomes of students at SMA 7 Palu.

Application of Clove Leaf Oil (Syzygium aromaticum L.) on Preservation of Milkfish (Chanos chanos) 丁香叶油在遮目鱼保鲜中的应用

Clove leaf oil (Syzygium aromaticum L.) is obtained from distilling clove leaves. This study aimed to examine the effect of clove leaf oil on the preservation of milkfish meat. Clove leaf oil was obtained by steam distillation and purified by a simple distillation method. The number of microbes was determined using the total plate count (TPC) method, while the organoleptic test used a level of preference for color, smell, texture, and taste. The results showed that the pH and the number of fish meat bacteria at a concentration of 8%, when left for one day, were 6.61 and 2.46 × 10-7 CFU/mL, while the three days was 7.2 and 2.98 × 10-7 CFU/mL, a concentration of 10% in 1 day which was 6.64 and 2.03×10-7 CFU/mL while the three days was 7.25 and 2.54 × 10-7 CFU/mL and a concentration of 12 % in 1 day was 6.67 and 1.83 × 10-7 CFU/mL while three days was 7.57 and 2.07 × 10-7 CFU/mL, besides that from organoleptic test data the panelist preference rate was more significant in the concentration of 12 % then the concentration of 10  and 8 %, respectively. The results showed that at a concentration of 12%, it was a good concentration to be used as preservation compared to a concentration of 10 % and a concentration of 8%, both for a 1-day and a 3-days. This shows that the higher the concentration of clove leaf oil, the greater the ability to preserve fish meat.

Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) have the main function to provide medical services in the form of perfect care and treatment to the community Data processing is a function of administrative activities used by agencies or offices to provide information services to organizations to deal with many managements. This health center is the object of this research, because at this time the patient data processing system is still manual, this is due to the absence of an integrated data processing system and mechanism and the limited facilities and infrastructure of information services that are produced not as expected. The author tries to find a solution to the problem in processing this data by implementing a computer-based data processing system

CV. Anugerah Pratama Pressis one of the businesses that is engaged in printing. Information about the types of printed products is obtained by consumers by coming directly to the places it is still less effective. Therefore, an E-Commerce information system is needed so that the products sold by CV Printing. Anugerah Pratama Pressis better known to the public. E-Commerce was developed using software, namely Sublime Text 3, Wampserver, PHP programming language, and MySQL as the database. The purpose of designing an E-Commerce website is to understand the sales system and online sales strategy to increase profits and ease the ordering process.

One of the government institutions that requires a funeral information system is the UPTD Cemetery of the Jambi City Public Housing and Settlement Areas which is the only UPTD in Jambi City that is engaged in funerals. In the case of the data collection system for registration of corpses and levies, manual recording is still carried out using files, thus it takes time because officers have to look for data on vacant burial grounds first, and also make it difficult for officers to search for existing funeral data if they needed back. In terms of data archiving, it is still done manually on the shelves which sometimes the condition of the file is damaged. The data in question is data on corpses, heirs and levies. Due to the existence of levies here, in terms of recording, sometimes the amount of retribution results is inaccurate.
