PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI LEMBAGA BIMBINGAN BELAJAR LANGUAGE TRAINING CENTER (LTC) DALAM PERSAINGAN ERA GLOBALISASI

Research on the design of information systems for the Language Training Center Tutoring Institute aims to develop a more valid and effective institutional information system for administrative management of course participants. The research procedure was carried out using a waterfall diagram model through the definition phase, namely a field trip to obtain primary data regarding the problems they faced. In the design phase, the researcher designed the database, the form of input, output and interface design, in the implementation phase, the researcher used the PHP and MySQL programming languages to implement what the researcher had designed. And in the testing phase and maintenance phase it aims to determine the level of error and the achievement of the application that has been designed. The Jambi Language Training Center (LTC) Tutoring Institute in the administrative processing of student data from registration to reporting is still done manually. This system causes the administration to be less effective and efficient. For this reason, it is necessary to develop a website-based information system processing in facing business competition in this era of globalization and also to provide excellent service to the community's needs for fast information on this institution. Researchers in designing database applications use Php and Mysql. From this research an interactive website has been produced that can facilitate course institutions in processing student data and also makes it easier for users to obtain information about this institution. This research can be developed by the following researchers in the form of an Android-based application.

MONITORING PERKEMBANGAN ANAK USIA DINI DENGAN METODE PERCEPTRON PADA DI TK KASIH BUNDA BATANGHARI 通过BATANGHARI幼儿园的PERCEPTRON方法来监督幼儿的发展

Monitoring the development of early childhood is very important, especially for children aged 4-6 years, because at that time it was a golden age that required more attention in order to stimulate child development to the maximum. This research is expected to be able to help educators to determine the development that occurs in students. The method used in this research is the perceptron method. The perceptron method is a simple Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method that uses a training algorithm to classify linearly, while the input data that becomes the criteria for this research are Moral Religious Values (MRV), Physical Motoric (PM), Cognitive, Social Emotional, Language, and Art. While the output of the data that has been processed is in the form of selected development indicators, this indicator is divided into three, namely Very Good Development [1 1], Evolves According to Expectations [1 0], and Begins to Develop [0 1]. After analyzing the monitoring of early childhood development by applying the perceptron method and the processing it using the Matlab R2009a application, the research concluded that the perceptron method was proven to be able to determine the target output and the actual appropriate ouput reached 68%.

SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PHOTOGRAPHY PADA DOMINO PRODUCTION BERBASIS WEB 基于WEB的多米诺生产的信息管理系统

Domino Production currently in terms of public communication and promotion still uses brochures, word of mouth and viewing Instagram. This is already good, but it can be improved and reach more people who know Domino Production with a website. The ordering process that is done manually still uses a simple method, namely ordering just like that without any reports, so it is necessary to build an application that aims to facilitate ordering and reports. In the process of making and designing a photography management information system at Domino Production using the PHP programming language and using the MySql database. The research method used by researchers in preparing this practical work is to use the Waterfall method. Researchers carry out system development with design analysis, system design and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). The system created will produce output that can display ordering data on a product ordered through a customer. With the existence of a Photography Management Information System on Web-Based Domino Production, it is hoped that it will make it easier to carry out promotions and can increase the number of orders for Photography services.

IMPLEMENTASI DAN ANALISIS METODE CASE BASED REASONING PADA DIAGNOSIS AWAL PENYAKIT SALURAN PERNAPASAN 初步呼吸道疾病诊断的基于案例分析方法的实施和分析

Respiratory tract disease is a disease that can spread quickly in the community. Although mild, the disease is still dangerous for the very young and adults with limited cardiopulmonary function. This causes many local people to seek treatment at the Pondok Table Health Center, making doctors treat various types of diseases, especially influenza, ISPA, Faringitis and other respiratory diseases. However, in the current pandemic era, coupled with the Covid-19 Virus, it is enough for doctors to have to work extra to deal with various symptoms of the same respiratory disease. Therefore, it is necessary to apply an expert system for early diagnosis of respiratory tract disease by applying the Case Based Reasoning method. The Case-based reasoning method has the ability to provide more accurate diagnosis results, by comparing new cases and old cases using Similarty calculations, where this system will help patients to diagnose early disease, as well as provide disease information and treatment solutions. To make a diagnosis on this expert system application, input data is needed in the form of disease data, symptom data and case base data. And this application produces output data in the form of patient diagnosis reports.

The research aims to build a sales information system on the  R&R based on the web. The system was developed using the PHP programming language using MySQL as a database. The method of data collection is done by way of interviews, observation, and coupled with a study of the library which has a connection with the problems faced. While the research method used is the descriptive qualitative research with the Waterfall model development system. From research conducted, found problems such as; 1) Manual recording is not neat, 2) not regularly structured sales transactions, and 3) Often lost transaction notes , resulting in difficulties in recording transactions and also errors in recording the end of month reports. The effort to solve this problem is by creating a web-based sales information system using MySQL

Warehouse is one of the supporting elements that have a vital role in a company. Therefore, a small error in data storage or stock counting, can result in paralyzing a company and sometimes even creating a company. According to the author's assessment, the data storage system and stock counting in PD. Sinar Mas (Hakasima) Jambi, is still far from being effective. This is because there are still many manual records found by the author from the PD warehouse staff. Sinar Mas (Hakashima).

Analysis of Calcium (Ca) and Potassium (K) Contents in Tin Fruits (Ficus carica Linn) 锡果(Ficus carica Linn)中钙、钾含量分析

Tin Fruits (Ficus carica Linn) are typical Middle Eastern plants that have been cultivated in Indonesia. Tin fruits are rich in minerals, especially calcium and potassium. In addition, they also contain benzaldehyde which is beneficial against cancer cells. This study aimed to determine the concentrations of calcium and potassium contained in tin fruits. Determination of calcium and potassium contents using an atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS). The results showed an analysis of the water content of the sample obtained was 89.065 %, ash content was 1.0165 % and biomass content was 9.9185 %. While the analysis of calcium contents at a wavelength of 422.7 nm and potassium at a wavelength of 766.5 nm respectively obtained that an average yield of calcium was 354.97 mg/100g and 752.68 mg/100g for potassium. The results of this study are expected to be able to attract the interest of the community to cultivate tin fruits, especially in Central Sulawesi.

Tin fruits are rich in minerals, especially calcium and potassium. In addition, they also contain benzaldehyde which is beneficial against cancer cells. This study aimed to determine the concentrations of calcium and potassium contained in tin fruits. Determination of calcium and potassium contents using an atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS). The results showed an analysis of the water content of the sample obtained was 89.065 %, ash content was 1.0165 % and biomass content was 9.9185 %. While the analysis of calcium contents at a wavelength of 422.7 nm and potassium at a wavelength of 766.5 nm respectively obtained that an average yield of calcium was 354.97 mg/100g and 752.68 mg/100g for potassium. The Utilization of Avocado Seed Powder (Persea americana Mill) as a Metal Adsorbent of Cu(II) 鳄梨种子粉作为铜(II)金属吸附剂的研究

Avocado is a fruit that has a high nutritional value are beneficial for human health. In the fruit of the avocado are seeds of avocado that are still less utilization thus discarded and become waste. The content in avocado seeds can be used as an adsorbent. This research utilizes avocado seed powder (Persea americana Mill). As Metal Cu(II) Adsorbent. This study aims to determine the water content, ash content, and optimum pH of the adsorption of Cu(II) metal using avocado seed powder. Determining the concentration of Metal Cu(II) using the tool spectrophotometry Atomic Absorption (AAS). Determination of the optimum pH is done by varying the pH 2, pH 3, and pH 4. The result of this research is that the water content is 4.88% and the ash content is 1.94%. The results of the analysis of the optimum pH to adsorb Cu(II) metal is pH 4 with a percentage of metal that is absorbed by 65.515%. Based on the results of the study showed that avocado seeds can be used as adsorbents.

Determination of Secondary Metabolites and Antioxidant Activity of Robusta Coffee Bean Ethanol Extract by UV - Vis Spectrophotometry 紫外可见分光光度法测定罗布斯塔咖啡豆乙醇提取物的次生代谢产物及抗氧化活性

Robusta coffee beans (Coffea canephora Pierre ex.A.Froehner) have antioxidant, antidiabetic, and antihypertensive effects and can prevent coronary heart disease. This study aims to determine the compound content and total levels of secondary metabolites and to determine the antioxidant activity of robusta coffee bean extract. UV - Vis spectrophotometer was used to determine the total levels of secondary metabolites and antioxidant assay using DPPH reagent. The results obtained for the positive qualitative test contain secondary metabolites of alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, and tannins and do not contain steroid compounds while for the quantitative test, the total alkaloid content is 0.1973%w/w (caffeine equivalent), flavonoids are 1.2106 % w / w (equivalent to quercetin), saponins 0.536 % w / w (equivalent to sapogenins), tannins at 9.7103 % w / w (equivalent to tannic acid). The IC50 result for the antioxidant activity of the ethanolic extract of robusta coffee beans is 55.16 µg/ml which is included in the category of strong antioxidants.

Bioactive Compound Contents and Antioxidant Activity of Purified Red Sorghum Pericarp Extract by Membrane Ultrafiltration Process 膜超滤纯化红高粱果皮提取物的生物活性化合物含量及抗氧化活性研究

Sorghum plants contain bioactive compounds such as phenolic compounds and proanthocyanidins. The presence of these compounds is extremely valuable for use as antioxidants in health care. This study aims to determine the total phenolic content, total proanthocyanidin content, and antioxidant activity of purified red sorghum extract using the ultrafiltration membrane method with different transmembrane pressure. At pressures of 8, 9, and 10 Bar, an ultrafiltration process was carried out using a polyethersulfone (PES) membrane with a molecular weight cut-off size of 10 kDa. The total phenolic content was determined using the Follin-Ciocalteu method and identified using UV-Vis spectrophotometry at 760 nm. Total proanthocyanidin content was measured using the acid-butanol method and then analyzed using UV-Vis spectrophotometry at 550 nm. The DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) method will be used to determine the antioxidant activity of purified red sorghum extract. The results of the measurements show that the higher the transmembrane pressure, the higher the concentration of phenolic and proanthocyanidins content, and that the purified red sorghum extract has a high antioxidant value (IC 50 = 66.852 ppm).
