らせん軸周りの回転で粒子を輸送するコイル状らせん型装置について,既往の研究で用いた小型(JIS規格20Aサイズ)装置と比べて,体積で10.6倍の大きさであるJIS規格50Aサイズのステンレス製180°ロングエルボを組み合わせた5旋回コイル状らせんを製作し,粒子輸送速度と壁面–粒子間の伝熱速度を測定した.粒子には,既往の研究で用いた球形粒子に加え,新たに天然鉱物を破砕した非球形粒子を用いた.らせん内の粒子層の体積と,らせん内壁面のうち粒子と接触する面積を,粒子の安息角を用いたモデルで推定した.装置内粒子層体積は,モデルの予測とほぼ一致した.壁面と粒子の間の伝熱係数は,既往の小型装置で求めた伝熱係数の相関式とおおむね一致した.粒子群交換モデルによる伝熱係数の推算値と実測値間に差異があり,この原因として壁面付近の粒子密度が低い層の伝熱抵抗が影響していると示唆された.
与过去研究中使用的小型(JIS规格20a尺寸)螺旋装置相比,利用螺旋轴周围的旋转来输送粒子的螺旋状螺旋装置。采用JIS规格50a尺寸的180°长elbo不锈钢,体积是JIS规格的10.6倍,组合制作了5旋螺旋状螺旋,测量了粒子输送速度和壁面—粒子间的传热速度。在粒子方面,除了使用过去研究中使用的球形粒子外,还使用了新破碎天然矿物的非球形粒子。螺旋内粒子层的体积和螺旋壁中与粒子接触的面积,用粒子的安息角模型推算出来。装置内粒子层体积与模型预测基本一致。壁面和粒子之间的传热系数与过去用小型装置求出的传热系数相关公式大体一致。粒子群交换模型的传热系数推算值和实测值之间存在差异,其原因是受到了墙面附近粒子密度较低的层的传热阻力的影响。
