[Quantitative Measurement of 123I-MIBG Myocardial Scintigraphy Using Semiconductor Detector Gamma Camera]. [用半导体探测器伽马照相机定量测量123I-MIBG心肌闪烁]。

In late years, in 123I-Metaiodobenzylguanidine (123I-MIBG), it was established in cardiac sympathetic nerve functional disorder as objective evaluable inspection, and the heart/mediastinum ratio (the H/M ratio) in the planar image and fixed-quantity indexes including wash-out rate were unified by Nakajima and others. The H/M ratio brings the information that is useful for a heart failure disease severity evaluation, a prognosis, a therapeutic effect judgment. On the other hand, the issue of difference revision between the institutions with the semiconductor γ camera which has begun to be introduced in an own country remains. We developed the H/M ratio revision method in a semiconductor γ camera and an Anger scintillation camera this time and inspected it. I was able to be standardized using the H/M correction function that I obtained in this study.

[The 39th Report on Survey of the Adverse Reaction to Radiopharmaceuticals (The 42nd Survey in 2016)]. 放射性药品不良反应调查第39次报告(2016年第42次调查)。

This survey was performed to investigate the incidence of adverse reactions to radiopharmaceuticals in FY2016 in Japan. It was based on responses to questionnaires sent to nuclear medicine institutions. The reply was obtained from 977 institutions among 1,235 to which the questionnaire had been sent. Nine cases of adverse reactions were reported. A total of 1,052,650 radiopharmaceutical administrations was reported. The incidence of adverse reactions per 100,000 cases was 0.9. No case of deficient products was reported.
本调查旨在调查2016财年日本放射性药物不良反应的发生率。该报告是根据对核医学机构的问卷调查得出的。在收到调查表的1 235所院校中,有977所院校作出了答复。报告不良反应9例。共报告了1,052,650起放射性药物管理事件。不良反应发生率为每10万例0.9。未发现缺陷产品。
