Competition between conventional banks and Islamic banks in Indonesia places Islamic banks as the second choice, even though this country is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. The government argues that this is due to the inability to reach the market, weak risk management, and low quality of technology. Whether this statement is true or not has not been scientifically explored. These three problems can be covered in the concept of Islamic marketing ethics, entrepreneurial marketing, and convergence marketing. This study examines how these three variables influence the competitive advantage of 204 branches of nine Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia and how the impact of these competitive advantages on bank performance. The structural equation model is used to examine the indirect effect of Islamic marketing ethics, entrepreneurial marketing, and convergence marketing on sharia bank performance through competitive advantage. The results indicate that these three variables have a significant effect on the competitive advantage of Islamic banks and competitive advantage mediates the effect of these three variables on sharia bank performance.

Aromatherapy helps COVID-19 patients to prevent, increase immunity, and relieve symptoms of COVID-19 so that it can be used as adjuvant COVID-19 therapy. This Community Service aims to introduce aromatherapy that can be used as a complementary therapy for COVID-19 and refute the myth that aromatherapy functions as the primary therapy for COVID-19. This activity is carried out in three stages, in the form of pre-test, presentation of material, and post-test. The pre-test was given together before the presentation of the material. The first material introduces aromatherapy, its benefits, and refuting the myth in the community, namely aromatherapy as the primary therapy for COVID-19. The last stage is to give a post-test after the delivery of the material. The participants of this service were 52 people, which was carried out online through the zoom application. This activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge about using aromatherapy as a complement of COVID-19 therapy.

Physical and psychological changes in the elderly affect the management of food administration, especially for dessert. Dessert made from green bean milk with carrot flavor into hot pudding and cold pudding. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical characteristics and acceptance of the elderly, as well as the nutritional content of dessert. This research method uses are methods of observation, counseling, experimentation, description test, hedonic test, chemical test, and documentation. Experiment in making hot pudding using whole eggs and egg whites and cold pudding using gelatin flour and konyaku flour, as well as a combination of using low-calorie sugar, nutritional content test. The results of the research on the best characteristics of hot pudding taste sweet and savory, soft texture, distinctive aroma of green beans and carrots, and attractive brownish orange color. The cold pudding tastes sweet, has a characteristic aroma of medium carrot green beans, foamy texture, and a bright orange-white color. The results of the hedonic test showed that hot pudding with the use of whole eggs and 100 g of low-calorie sugar was the most preferred, while cold pudding with the use of konyaku and 100 g of low-calorie sugar was the most preferred. The chemical test results of the selected hot pudding contained 2.3% cholesterol, 26% vitamin A, and 10% protein, while the selected cold pudding contained 2% cholesterol, 27% vitamin A, and 12% protein.

The mapping of tourism potential in the village of kumpulrejo is important for the development of pioneering tourism villages. The tourist attraction of Kumpulrejo village as a tourist destination is tani rukun santosa group and coffee plantation. The pioneering development of the kumpulrejo tourism village requires creative efforts to create and issue a unique character. Kumpulrejo Village is one of the pioneering tourism villages in the city of Salatiga, Argomulyo district. The community service activity is a collaboration of the STIEPARI Semarang service team with the Salatiga city government to support the tourism development program of the city of Salatiga as a gastronomy city. The purpose of this service is to map the tourism potential of the kumpulrejo village and map the strategies that need to be done to become an agriculture-based tourism village. With the mapping of the tourism potential of Kumpulrejo village, it is hoped that this roadmap will be the first step in developing the Kumpulrejo tourist village.

In the era of digital society 5.0, it offers much technology to help students write. However, the available technology will not be used by students if it has not been introduced and taught to use technology that can be used in writing scientific papers. Lecturers can use the TPACK learning framework to teach and train students to write scientific papers. This research belongs to survey research. This study looked at the responses of 40 students taught using technology in applications or recommended websites to facilitate writing scientific papers. The research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire that includes the four components of TPACK based on the recommended technology. The findings showed that the TPACK learning framework could change students' mindsets in writing scientific papers to be easier and more enjoyable. After introducing and teaching techniques with the stages of the TPACK learning framework that can be utilized, students are interested and find it helpful in finding the latest research ideas/topics with many easily accessible references: Publish or Perish, paraphrasing citations from articles to avoid plagiarism: Smoodin, improving writing and grammar: google document and using the reference manager application to help create an automated bibliography: Mendeley.

The existence of divorce actually results in the separation of husband and wife bonds. This study aims to examine and examine the influence of divorce factors in the city of Padang. In this problem, the author predicts the divorce rate that will occur in the city of Padang in 2021 by reviewing divorce data in 2020. The method used in this study is normative juridical research by conducting observations, field notes, and interviews with related parties at the research location. . The results of this study will provide benefits for the Padang Class IA Religious Court to make a breakthrough that is able to reduce the divorce rate. The analysis in this problem also uses two methods of decision support systems, namely Single Moving Average (SMA) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on manual calculations, the researcher can conclude that continuous disputes in the household can trigger divorce. Therefore, the Padang Class IA Religious Court can make a breakthrough in the form of education about the impact of divorce and education in solving a problem. The application of the Single Moving Average method can predict accurately for January 2021 as many as 96 cases for 5 period predictions with a MAPE of 11%. In the calculation of the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, the final calculation is 0.32 which shows that continuous disputes can lead to divorce.

This study aims to examine the effect of Financial Performance, DER, Dividend Policy, Current Ratio, Leverage, Company Size on firm value. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector for the 2018 –u 2020 period with a population of 33 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are the financial statements of each sample company published on the website www.idx.co.id. The research method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method. The dependent variable is firm value, while the independent variables are financial performance, DER, dividend policy, current ratio, leverage and firm size. The results of this study indicate that partially financial performance, DER, dividend policy, current ratio, leverage, firm size have an effect on firm value, but firm size has a significant effect on firm value

Diseases of the teeth and oral cavity are one of the health problems that many people experience. This is very inversely proportional to the needs of everyone who wants to have a healthy mouth and teeth. Lack of awareness to maintain oral and dental health is still low. Many people think that brushing your teeth is enough, even though this activity is not enough to maintain healthy teeth and oral cavity. When diagnosing doctors often do X-rays. Therefore, doctors need a system to diagnose diseases of the teeth and oral cavity, where the system used uses a Dempster Shafer method where the accuracy of this method has been proven to be 93%.
