Literatur Review: Hubungan Penggunaan Pestisida dengan Kejadian Gangguan Neurologis pada Petani 文献综述:杀虫剂的使用与农民神经系统疾病发病率的关系

Penggunaan pestisida pada daerah pertanian merupakan salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya gejala gangguan neurologis pada petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari penggunaan pestisida dengan kejadian gangguan neurologis pada para petani berdasarkan dari berbagai artikel terkait yang dikumpulkan. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian literature review, penelitian yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan artikel-artikel menggunakan mesin pencari seperti Scopus, Nature, dan Google Scholar. Kriteria artikel yang dijadikan acuan pada penelitian ini yaitu artikel terbitan tahun 2015-2023 serta artikel jenis open access dan full text. Dari hasil pencarian artikel serta skrining, didapatkan artikel final yang dipakai yaitu sebanyak 5 artikel, di mana dilakukan proses skrining sebanyak 2 kali dari yang awalnya 40 artikel menjadi hanya 5 saja yang dipakai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hampir semua petani selalu menggunakan pestisida saat bekerja. Paparan pestisida dapat menyebabkan gangguan neurologis pada petani, di mana gangguan neurologis tersebut antara lain Alzheimer, demensia, gangguan defisit perhatian, perubahan perilaku ke arah yang negatif, mengganggu tumbuh kembang sel otak. Insomnia juga dapat terjadi akibat dari paparan pestisida, di mana terganggunya fungsi enzim asetilkolinesterase dapat mengganggu kualitas tidur seseorang.
在农业地区使用杀虫剂是导致农民出现神经紊乱症状的因素之一。本研究旨在根据收集到的各种相关文章,分析农药的使用对农民神经系统疾病发病率的影响。这类研究属于文献综述研究,是通过使用 Scopus、Nature 和 Google Scholar 等搜索引擎收集文章进行的研究。本研究用作参考的文章标准是 2015-2023 年发表的文章,以及开放存取和全文文章。从文章搜索和筛选的结果来看,最终使用的文章为 5 篇,其中筛选过程进行了两次,从最初的 40 篇文章到仅使用 5 篇文章。结果显示,几乎所有农民在工作时都会使用杀虫剂。接触杀虫剂会导致农民神经系统失调,其中神经系统失调包括阿尔茨海默氏症、痴呆症、注意力缺陷障碍、行为向消极方向变化、扰乱脑细胞生长和发育。接触杀虫剂还会导致失眠,乙酰胆碱酯酶功能的紊乱会破坏人的睡眠质量。

Analisis Aksesibilitas Jalan Tol Bogor-Ciawi-Sukabumi Terhadap Perekonomian dan Kinerja Jaringan Jalan di Kota Sukabumi 茂物-嘉义-素卡布米收费公路对经济的可达性和素卡布米市的路网性能分析

Jalan Tol Bogor-Ciawi-Sukabumi sudah sampai ke Parungkuda, tujuan dibangunya jalan tol adalah meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, disamping itu muncul fenomena kemacetan pada daerah tujuan. Tujuan penelitian adalah, pertama menganalisis pengaruh Aksesibilitas Jalan Tol Bocimi terhadap Kegiatan Ekonomi Kota Sukabumi, kedua menganalisis pengaruh Aksesibilitas Jalan Tol Bocimi terhadap Kinerja Ruas Jalan di Kota Sukabumi, ketiga menganalisis pengaruh Kegiatan Ekonomi terhadap Kinerja Ruas Jalan di Kota Sukabumi dan keempat menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh Aksesibilitas Jalan Tol Bocimi terhadap Kinerja Ruas Jalan di Kota Sukabumi melalui perantara Kegiatan Ekonomi Kota Sukabumi. Jumlah responden 65 orang menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan jawaban menggunakan stated preference. Analisa data menggunakan Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), hasilnya adalah pertama terdapat pengaruh signifikan aksesibilitas jalan tol terhadap kegiatan ekonomi, kedua terdapat pengaruh signifikan aksesibilitas jalan tol terhadap kinerja jaringan jalan, ketiga terdapat pengaruh signifikan kegiatan ekonomi terhadap kinerja jaringan jalan dan keempat kegiatan ekonomi signifikan memediasi pengaruh aksesibilitas jalan tol terhadap kinerja jaringan jalan dengan kategori Mediasi Parsial Complementary.

The problem faced by the PT Ganding Toolsindo company is that it still takes a long time to set the dies on the Seyi SN2-300 Press Machine, this is due to the long process of tightening and releasing the bolts, so it requires a proposed work aid design to shorten the process time for tightening and releasing the bolts. bolt on the die. This research aims to design work aids in the form of a hydraulic system to support die clamping in tightening the dies. The method used in this research is designing tools for the hydraulic system when setting up dies on a press machine. The results obtained by this research are in the form of a hydraulic system design that supports dies clamping during internal press machine setup where this tool can eliminate the operator's work in tightening and releasing bolts during the dies setup process on the Seyi SN2-300 Press Machine at PT Ganding Toolsindo. The design of this hydraulic system is described using CAD software which is based on calculations and dimensions of the dies used in the press machine.

Determining Marketing Strategies Using Swot and 4P in The Sanjaiku Chips Business 利用 Swot 和 4P 确定 Sanjaiku Chips 业务的营销战略

Keripik Sanjaiku is a new home industry specializing in the snack food sector, namely cassava chips. This study aims to detail the marketing strategy of this product by applying the 4P method, namely product, price, place, and packaging, before establishing concrete marketing steps. The researcher conducted a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis to identify internal and external factors that could affect the marketing strategy. The results of the SWOT analysis showed that weaknesses, especially related to the absence of a halal label, lack of promotion and points of sale, and lack of utilization of information technology, have a significant impact on consumer confidence in Sanjaiku products. Based on the findings of the SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that the use of the 4P marketing strategy would be beneficial for Sanjaiku business owners. The recommended steps include the addition of a halal label to build consumer trust, the implementation of more intensive and attractive promotions on social media platforms such as Instagram to reach far-flung consumers, and the utilization of technology to simplify the ordering process and improve production efficiency so that consumer waiting time can be minimized.

Meningkatkan Produktivitas di Sektor Otomotif (Studi Kasus: Yanto’s Truck Seat Service) 提高汽车行业的生产率(案例研究:Yanto's 卡车座椅服务)

This research identifies and addresses the waste problem at Yanto's Truck Seat Service, with the main focus on measuring seat dimensions and marking the leather and foam. This waste occurs because seats with the exact dimensions are often re-measured, resulting in inefficient use of resources. To solve this problem, we developed a tool in the form of a mall or jig that facilitates the measurement of upholstery dimensions and the cutting of leather and foam. Through this improvement, we reduced the number of work elements before the improvement from 21 to 20. The process of measuring seat dimensions and cutting leather and seat foam was eliminated from the production process. As a result, the production time was significantly reduced by 884 seconds. Before the improvement, the production time reached 5276.33 seconds per unit; after the improvement, it became 4392.33 seconds per unit. This improvement also positively impacts daily production, which can now reach the target of 3 units per day. Takt time in the production process before the improvement was 4800 seconds per unit, multiplied by 3 units, which is 14,400 seconds for 3 units. With this improvement, the production time is faster than the takt time. Future research can consider improving the layout of Yanto's Truck Seat Service to further increase the efficiency of the production process, given that there is still potential for improvement in reducing the time required to move between processes.

Air limbah dari industri batik rumahan umumnya dibuang langsung ke perairan tanpa pengolahan yang layak sehingga terkandung secara masif parameter pencemar seperti warna, TSS, dan COD. Penelitian ini akan mengeksplorasi penggunaan polielektrolit alami yang diekstrak dari kulit udang kaki putih sebagai koagulan dalam upaya untuk menyisihkan kandungan parameter warna, TSS, dan COD dalam air limbah batik dari industri rumahan di kota Sidoarjo. Eksperimen dalam penelitian ini meliputi proses ekstraksi polielektrolit kitosan dari kulit udang kaki putih, pengujian koagulan dalam air limbah batik di berbagai variasi, dan analisa pH, kecepatan pengadukan serta dosis optimum dari koagulan dalam menurunkan beban pencemar yang terdapat dalam air limbah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koagulan yang dibuat efektif dalam menghilangkan parameter-parameter pencemar tersebut dengan tingkat penyisihan yang signifikan pada air limbah dengan pH 5 dan diaduk dengan kecepatan 90 RPM. Selanjutnya, dosis optimum yang tercatat untuk menurunkan parameter warna terdapat pada dosis 500 mg/l dengan nilai penyisihan sebesar 83,1%, sedangkan untuk parameter TSS dan COD dosis optimum yang tercatat terdapat pada dosis 200 mg/l dengan nilai penyisihan beturut-turut sebesar 82,7% dan 64,7%.

Peningkatan Value Added dalam Industri Tahu melalui Penerapan Lean Manufacturing dan Analisis Waste 通过实施精益生产和废物分析提高豆腐产业的附加值

Productivity is the most vital part of the food industry as it is one of the priority industries in Indonesia. PD. Saluyo is an industry that produces tofu, which needs to increase production efficiency to meet market needs. The problem in the tofu production process is the high waiting time during soybean soaking. The approach used in this research is lean manufacturing by mapping the process using Value Stream Mapping so that Value Added, Non-Value Added and Necessary Non-Value Added activities can be mapped. Further, Value Added, Non-Value Added and Necessary Non-Value Added data processing is weighted in VALSAT to determine the most significant waste and mapped through PAM. The mapping results obtained a VA of 3,29%, NVA of 90,64% and Necessary Non-Value Added of 6,06%. Based on the results of the VALSAT calculation, the most significant waste is found in time waiting and unnecessary motion. These results are re-mapped in PAM for further analysis using the Cause-Effect Diagram. The analysis results of PAM and the Cause-and-Effect Diagram proposed improvements to change the soaking process method using hot water and create a new SOP to adjust to the proposed production process. The results of the proposed improvements can increase the value added by 0,07% from 3,29% to 3,36%.

PT. ARIDA is a company engaged in the fishing net production manufacturing industry. This company experienced difficulties in controlling the quality of the nylon monofilament net production process. Quality control is carried out to reduce the occurrence of defects. The author uses the Seven Tools and FMEA methods to analyze the level of defects and look for factors that cause defects that occur. PT. Aneka Jasa Grhadika merupakan perusahaan yang menerapkan sistem produksi Make to Order (MTO), Assembly to Order (ATO), dan Engineer to Order (ETO). Dalam memproduksi produknya sangat mempertahankan kualitas dalam memberikan kepercayaan dan kepuasaan kepada customer. Hal ini didukung dengan ketersediaan ISO 9001:2015 yang berkaitan dengan quality management system. PT. AJG juga merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Engineering, Procurement, dan Contruction (EPC). Pada proses pengadaan seringkali terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara material kapur yang diterima dengan standar spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Hal tersebut dijadikan topik pembahasan oleh peneliti dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian material kapur dan pengendalian kualitas yang tepat. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Statistical Quality Control (SQC) dan Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA). Hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa material kapur berada di luar batas kendali, dan faktor penyebab ketidaksesuaian material kapur meliputi faktor mesin, manusia, metode, pengukuran, dan lingkungan. Usulan tindakan perbaikan yang direkomendasikan yakni melakukan penjadwalan maintenance mesin, memberikan penugasan sertifikasi keahlian kepada karyawan, melakukan identifikasi terkait supplier dengan kriteria pelayanan terbaik, menstruktur metode penerimaan material kapur, melakukan mediasi dengan pihak rekanan terkait kondisi aktual kualitas material kapur, dan melakukan uji sampling terkait area yang akan diambil material kapur secara periodik.

Currently, almost every household in Indonesia has a motorbike, this is certainly a business opportunity. One of the most important components of a motorbike is the tire which functions to reduce vibration and protect the wheel from wear and damage. The business environment operating in the automotive sector needs to create high-quality goods or services to increase customer satisfaction. Costs in the company's productive processes must be reduced to achieve effectiveness. The object of this research is the XYZ Tire Workshop located in East Jakarta. In a day, the XYZ Ban workshop can provide up to 25 to 30 motorbike tire changes. Meanwhile, the workforce on duty is only 2 mechanics and the quantity of tools is limited. This causes delays and makes customers have to wait quite a long time before their motorbike can be worked on. The Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) method which is included in lean tools is the key to reducing set-up process time. In general, SMED aims to standardize and simplify operating processes. The SMED technique is used as an element in Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) in various studies to achieve lean manufacturing. Based on research data, the set-up time before implementing SMED was 177 seconds. After implementing the SMED method, the setup time was 126 seconds. This shows that the SMED method can reduce set-up time by 51 seconds.
