Ketahanan Panel Beton Ringan Geopolimer Gula Aren dan Slag Aluminium Terhadap Suhu Tinggi 阿伦糖和铝渣土工聚合物轻质混凝土板的耐高温性能

High temperatures can have impact on structural quality, namely the disintegration of hydration products and aggregates, decreased mechanical properties, and increased concrete porosity. Efforts that can be made to minimize structural damage are utilizing concrete innovations with added aluminum slag and palm sugar. Combination of aluminum slag and palm sugar in geopolymer concrete was carried out with the aim of producing lightweight concrete that has good resistance at high temperatures. Aluminum slag and palm sugar were mixed into the concrete mix with the ratio of fly ash: aluminum slag: palm sugar denoted by variations 1,2,3,4,5, and 6 namely 99,9%:0%:0,1%; 89,9%:10%:0,1%; 84,9%:15%:0,1%; 99,85%:0%:0,15%; 89,85%:10%:0,15%; and 84,85%:15%: 0,15%. The dimensions of concrete samples are 10,5x21 cm with curing for 14 days and 28 days, then burned with a combustion temperature of 500 ℃. The tests conducted were compressive strength, porosity, and Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity. The test results showed the best concrete quality in variation 6 with a percentage loss of compressive strength at 28 days of age of 41,2%, a percentage loss of porosity of 17,18%, and a percentage loss of density of 15,4%. Aluminum slag and palm sugar can increase compressive strength, density, and reduce porosity at high temperatures.

Perancangan Tata Letak Gudang dengan Membandingkan Metode Dedicated Storage dan Class Based Storage (Studi Kasus: Perusahaan Komponen Otomotif) 通过比较专用存储和基于类别的存储方法进行仓库布局设计(案例研究:汽车零部件公司)

PT HMG is an injection molding company that is a subcontractor of PT Ichikoh Indonesia. The variety of product types produced and the irregular placement of products belonging to subcontractors PT Ichikoh Indonesia resulted in a buildup of products, which resulted in ineffectiveness in searching for goods and moving goods. This problem can result in longer handling times and longer handling distances. Based on these problems, PT HMG decided to add a storage area as a warehouse, which will function as a place to store products belonging to subcontractor PT Ichikoh Indonesia. So, it is necessary to design a layout so the products are neatly arranged and make it easier for warehouse operators to search and handle them using dedicated storage and class-based storage methods. The distance obtained using the dedicated storage method was 9,013 m, and the handling time was 180,277 minutes. Meanwhile, using the class-based storage method, the transfer distance was 10,180 m, and the handling time was 203,601 minutes. The selected warehouse layout design is a layout with a dedicated storage method.

Proses Perakitan Bodi Mobil pada bagian Assembly di PT. XYZ Plant Cikarang 西卡朗 PT XYZ 工厂装配车间的车身装配流程

Industri manufaktur kini mengalami perkembangan dan persaingan yang sangat ketat di beragam bidang. Perusahaan harus mampu melampaui ekspektasi dan tingkat kepuasan klien dengan tetap menjaga kualitas produk agar tetap kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses perakitan bodi mobil yang menggunakan line produksi dan memahami sistem yang diterapkan dalam proses perakitan bodi mobil. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode wawancara secara mendalam tentang bagaimana proses perakitan bodi mobil di bagian assembly pada PT tersebut. Pada perakitan ini terdapat empat pilar yaitu kualitas, produktivitas, biaya rendah, dan faktor keamanan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan empat aspek memiliki dampak yang sangat signifikan. Empat aspek tidak mempunyai urutan prioritas, pelaksanaannya disesuaikan oleh kondisi yang ada pada di lapangan. Aspek-aspek tersebut harus dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan untuk mencapai target perkembangan pada sektor industri.

Upaya Menurunkan Kegagalan Proses Pengemasan Margarin di PT. Smart Tbk Surabaya 泗水 PT Smart Tbk 公司为减少人造奶油包装过程中的故障所做的努力

PT. Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology tbk (PT. Smart tbk) adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang agro bisnis, Saat ini, perusahaan menghadapi permasalahan terkait dengan banyaknya  kegagalan proses pengemasan margarin yang terjadi pada saat proses pengemasan margarin yang sedang berlangsung (work in process) agar perusahaan mampu menurunkan kegagalan proses kemasan margarin dengan hasil yang optimal oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya perbaikan dalam menurunkan kegagalan proses pengemasan margarin yang dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode PDCA untuk mengetahui penyebab kegagalan tersebut. Kegagalan proses pengemasan berupa plastik pembungkus kekecilan, karton sobek, kemasan  berlubang, plastik top seal bocor, penutup bawah kemasan terlipat plastik bottom seal bocor, kemasan penyok. Upaya menurunkan kegagalan dalam proses pengemasan margarin dengan penerapan metode PDCA di PT. Smart tbk Surabaya dengan melakukan standarisasi proses pengemasan margarin di area pengemasan. Upaya tersebut sangat efektif dibuktikan adanya penurunan kerugian perusahaan dalam proses pengemasan yang semula sebesar Rp 9.329.532 menjadi Rp 391.422 dan biaya kemasan yang dikeluarkan perusahaan sebesar Rp 2.649 per pcs. Upaya tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai pertimbangan efisiensi dan perbaikan perusahaan pada proses pengemasan margarin ke depannya.

Analisis Produktivitas Parsial Menggunakan Metode POSPAC pada CV Tirta Bening Abadi 使用 POSPAC 方法对 CV Tirta Bening Abadi 进行部分生产率分析

CV Tirta Bening Abadi adalah usaha yang memproduksi air minum dalam kemasan dengan nama merek NAie. Persaingan berbagai jenis merek menjadi tantangan besar yang harus dihadapi oleh sebuah perusahaan air minum, sehingga perusahaan harus mampu mempertahankan produktivitasnya untuk mencapai target pasar yang luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi produktivitas parsial pada CV Tirta Bening Abadi menggunakan metode POSPAC (Production, Organization, Sales, Product, Arbeiter dan Capital). Teknik analisis untuk mengetahui penyebab penurunan produktivitas menggunakan Fishbone Diagram. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas produksi, penjualan dan produk mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2021 dan 2022. Sedangkan produktivitas organisasi, tenaga kerja dan modal mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2021 dan 2022. Faktor penyebab penurunan produktivitas produksi yaitu mesin/peralatan rusak, produk cacat, bahan baku sering habis atau telat sampai, tidak ada karyawan quality control, penundaan produksi, dan penambahan biaya backwash maintenance. Penurunan produktivitas penjualan diakibatkan oleh reseller tidak bertambah, kemampuan pemasaran kurang, biaya penjualan meningkat dan kurang promosi. Penurunan produktivitas produk disebabkan oleh kualitas bahan baku kurang, harga bahan baku meningkat, karyawan kelelahan, banyaknya kardus produk jadi bocor dan rusak, jumlah produksi fluktuatif, dan peningkatan biaya karyawan lembur.

PT. X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi daur ulang plastik. Dalam menjalankan proses pengolahan limbah di PT. X masih mengalami risiko pada proses pengolahan limbah. Risiko yang terjadi di PT. X yaitu terjadinya beberapa penghambat proses pengolahan limbah dikarenakan kurangnya perawatan dan pengecekan mesin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko yang berpotensi sebagai penghambat proses pengolahan limbah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC). Dari hasil penelitian terdapat 7 penyebab bahaya dan 13 risiko. Kemudian untuk risk level terdapat 3 kategori yaitu low, high, dan very high. Pengendalian risiko dilakukan terhadap risiko yang memiliki level low risk yaitu pompa terbakar, level high risk yaitu air inlet tidak terkontrol, pompa hanya menyedot angin, tekanan air pada valve naik, tekanan angin pada pompa menurun, pressure gauge menurun, aliran air yang masuk tidak mencukupi, dan pasokan udara tidak mencukupi, level very high yaitu tekanan angin pada pompa menurun, udara pada vesfel tidak terkontrol, dan lumpur mengendap.

Kulit nanas merupakan limbah yang mengandung glukosa sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi bioetanol. Kulit nanas selama ini belum banyak dimanfaatkan sehingga tidak memiliki nilai ekonomis.  Penelitian ini bertujuan memanfaatkan limbah kulit nanas untuk menjadi bioetanol dengan cara fermentasi, dimana proses fermentasi akan dilanjutkan dengan distilasi. Fokus penelitian ini berada pada variasi konsentrasi gula substrat karena kenyataannya limbah kulit nanas di lingkungan memiliki konsentrasi gula yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam skala home industry dengan proses yang dibuat semirip mungkin dengan proses pembuatan bioetanol yang dilakukan pada industri besar. Kapasitas produksi 5 L dengan substrat berupa air perasan kulit nanas. Variasi substrat yang digunakan adalah 3, 4, 5, dan 6 °Bx dengan waktu fermentasi 3 dan 5 hari. Mikroorganisme yang digunakan adalah yeast kering dengan variasi berat 5, 10, dan 15 g. Nutrien berupa pupuk NPK dan Urea dengan kadar 0,5% (b/v). Media fermentasi tidak disterilisasi untuk menyamakan dengan kondisi proses yang ada di industri bioetanol. Hasil fermentasi didistilasi pada suhu 83 °C selama kurang lebih 2 jam. Hasil terbaik diperoleh pada variasi konsentrasi substrat dengan kadar gula 6 °Bx, berat yeast 15 g, yaitu kadar alkohol setelah fermentasi sebesar 9 % dan hasil distilasi diperoleh kadar alkohol 45% sebanyak 170 ml.

PT. XYZ is a construction business that manages several projects, including house construction. Through interviews with company HSE personnel, it was revealed that several workplace incidents had occurred, such as falling from scaffolding, getting caught in machinery, inhaling dust particles, tripping, experiencing head injuries, and even being hit. destroyed by matter. The aim of this research is to detect work accidents that may arise as a result of house construction operations carried out by PT. XYZ, using the HAZOP approach. HAZOP is a hazard analysis technique used to ensure safety in new or modified systems by identifying potential hazards or operational problems. This involves assessing the level of hazard and the risks associated with that hazard using probability and consequence analysis. The findings are then categorized using a Risk Matrix. Based on research findings, six types of industrial accidents have high priority risks: material spills, falls from heights, scattered materials, being pierced by metal tips, falling from scaffolding, and dust inhalation. Risk control recapitulation can be done by tidying up unused materials, throwing away unnecessary materials, clarifying work processes, implementing 5S in the work area, wearing complete APD, focusing on work, checking how workers work, and ensuring equipment is in good condition.

The number of students who increase every year has an impact on increasing traffic usage, and traffic conditions have a negative impact on the less than optimal operation of existing facilities, such as on-street parking lots located in several different places. In this study, the problem is how the transportation route to Palangka Raya University is currently which aims to determine the load of road sections based on the shortest route taken by a vehicle from the starting point to Palangka Raya University. Data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires, namely via google form, the data obtained is processed with Microsoft excel with descriptive analysis method. Based on the results obtained, the route choice on Jalan Rajawali is dominated by the route Jalan Badak III-Jalan Lele-Jalan Tingang-Jalan Bukit Kaminting 89%, on Seth Adji road, namely the route Jalan Nyai Undang - Jalan RTA Milono - Jalan Raden Saleh - Jalan G. Obos - Jalan Sultan Hasannudin. Obos - Jalan Sultan Hasannudin - Jalan Yos Sudarso as much as 69%, on Jalan Ahmad Yani, namely the route Jalan Sulawesi - Jalan A.Yani - Jalan Di Panjaitan - Roundabout Besar Palangka Raya - Jalan Yos Sudarso 81%, and on Jalan RTA Milono, namely the route Palangka Raya Bird Roundabout - Jalan Temanggung Tilung - Jalan G.Obos - Jalan Galaxy Raya - Jalan Yos Sudarso 81%. From the results it can be concluded that the route choice factor based on the shortest travel distance affects students in choosing transportation routes.

This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction as a foundation in designing marketing strategies for shredded fish products in Babonsenyum MSMEs. The methods used involve SERVQUAL (Service Quality) and SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). In the SERVQUAL method, service quality dimensions such as product reliability, speed of service, responsiveness to customers, communication, and physical aspects of the product are evaluated. The results of this method allow identifying gaps between customer expectations and perceptions of service, helping to improve the quality of products and services. Furthermore, the SWOT analysis identifies the internal strengths and weaknesses of Babonsenyum MSMEs as well as opportunities and threats from the external environment. Babonsenyum MSME customer satisfaction based on a perception value of 4.05, expectations of 4.38 with a positive gap value of 1.00 it can be seen that the expectation value exceeds the perception value with positive results. So it is felt that customer satisfaction is quite good. Recommendations for proposed improvements to improve supporting factors for customer satisfaction and company performance are to: Maintain product excellence in order to compete with similar competitors, maintain good relationships with raw material suppliers, maximize online sales so that other costs can be met. The results of these two methods help Babonsenyum MSMEs develop more effective marketing strategies and increase customer satisfaction, focusing on improving the quality of products, services, and utilizing existing opportunities.

The methods used involve SERVQUAL (Service Quality) and SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). In the SERVQUAL method, service quality dimensions such as product reliability, speed of service, responsiveness to customers, communication, and physical aspects of the product are evaluated. The results of this method allow identifying gaps between customer expectations and perceptions of service, helping to improve the quality of products and services. Furthermore, the SWOT analysis identifies the internal strengths and weaknesses of Babonsenyum MSMEs as well as opportunities and threats from the external environment. Babonsenyum MSME customer satisfaction based on a perception value of 4.05, expectations of 4.38 with a positive gap value of 1.00 it can be seen that the expectation value exceeds the perception value with positive results. So it is felt that customer satisfaction is quite good. Recommendations for proposed improvements to improve supporting factors for customer satisfaction and company performance are to: Maintain product excellence in order to compete with similar competitors, maintain good relationships with raw material suppliers, maximize online sales so that other costs can be met.
