mHealth Apps Interface Concept Design Using Meta-Principle 使用元原理的移动健康应用界面概念设计

In line with the recent development of technology, various access to health can be done through smartphones. Many developers are looking for profit by making mHealth applications, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the display features in these apps have not used ergonomic design principles. Therefore, this study aims to design an ergonomic interface design concept for mHealth apps. The method used refers to the meta-principle for designing digital applications. The initial stage was carried out by distributing online questionnaires to identify user needs. The second stage is benchmarking which is done by evaluating the interfaces of the 4 existing mHealth applications. The next step is to develop the meta-principles needed to design the interface for the mHealth application. The final result of this study is an interface design concept for mHealth apps which is obtained by combining user needs data, benchmarking evaluation and meta-principles. The design concept consists of the top, middle and bottom part of application displays.

Application of Life Cycle Assessment to Determine Hotspots for Environmental Impacts of The Rayon Production Process: Indonesia Case 应用生命周期评估确定人造丝生产过程的环境影响热点:印度尼西亚案例

In accordance with SDG targets No. 7, 9, and 12 for efficient use of resources and adopting clean and environmentally friendly technology and efficiency in energy use in industrial processes. It is necessary to determine the environmental impact, especially in the Indonesian rayon industry quantitatively using a life cycle assessment (LCA). In Indonesia, according to the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No. 21 of 2021, LCA calculations need to be carried out to obtain a Green and Gold PROPER performance rating. The purpose of this research is to determine environmental improvement hotspots resulting from LCA calculations using SimaPro 9.2.0.2 software. The most significant contribution (hotspots) from rayon production is the use of bituminous coal at the mine or 1E+09 MJ of coal is used in the coal combustion process in the boiler which is used as electrical energy and steam. Determination of alternative hotspots for improvement from the results of the following environmental impacts to create new renewable energy (NRE) or co-firing in the combustion process in the boiler, there are several alternatives such as biomass or the manufacture of solar panels for alternative energy used in the production process.

E-Commerce Platform Service Improvement of PT. X Based on Multiple Approach Integration 基于多途径集成的PT. X电子商务平台服务改进

The study was conducted at PT X, a service provider that uses an e-commerce platform to enable transactions between buyers, tenants, and property agents using an e-commerce platform. In-depth conversations with the management have led PT X to the realization that it lacks integrated and measurable information on the types of e-commerce platform service functions that need to be addressed in light of the functional and emotional needs of its customers. The study's primary goal is to establish priorities for enhancing the services provided by PT X's e-commerce platform. The study methodology was focused on the integration of several approaches, including Kansei engineering, service blueprints, Kano model, Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ), and others. The findings demonstrated that there are one basic functional indicator and three one-dimension functional indicators are the service indicators of PT X's e-commerce platform that need improvement most urgently. Based on the results, improvements to the working mechanism were proposed, such as the development of training modules for employees; offering intensive training programs for employees, improving standard operating procedures, creating work instructions, and perfecting service level agreements and others to address customer complaints about the usage of PT X's e-commerce platform.

IoT-based enterprise architecture model for monitoring safety of drugs supply to the patient at hospital 基于物联网的医院供药安全监控企业架构模型

Hospitals as a triage system need IoT improvement to help healthcare professionals manage their drug data. Nowadays, IoT is very close to humans to help human minimize their human error nature at work. Hopefully, IoT improvement will omit medicine errors. The author decides research variables and research indicators to set these research goals. First of all, risk will be mapping, after that the business map outcome of IoT implementation will be explain to see scope of this research. After all, the enterprise architecture model will give detailed information about the IoT improvement for monitoring the safety of drugs supply at the hospital. This research purpose is to keep the patient safety of the hospital, and help professional healthcare manage the drugs, and avoid human error in terms of giving the drugs to the patient.

Mapping of Digital Transformation Readiness, Benefits, and Barriers in Indonesian Steel Manufacturing 印尼钢铁制造业数字化转型准备、效益和障碍的映射

Indonesian steel manufacturing sector has proven able to survive and even thrive during the COVID-19 pandemic. Its post-pandemic potential is also very large, considering that Indonesia's steel consumption per capita is the lowest in ASEAN. However, the highly volatile business situation and competition mean that it needs to reduce process costs, reduce processing time, and increase productivity; all of which could potentially be achieved by digital transformation. However, there is very limited research on digital transformation in Indonesian steel manufacturing. This research aims to map the readiness, potential benefit, and barriers to digital transformation in Indonesian steel manufacturing using MICMAC matrix method, with validation and verification carried out directly by experts involved in decision-making process on several steel manufacturing entities in Indonesia. Result of this study shown that to prepare digital transformation readiness, Indonesian steel manufacturing should emphasize its effort on preparing strategy and leadership, investment for industry 4.0, innovation policy, competency development, connectivity, and cyber security. The main benefits that should be pursued first are the capability of monitoring in real time and assisting in communication and data flow; whereas the main barrier that should be taken care of first is preparing its organizational change.

Technology is something that cannot be separated from human life from small children to adults, including in the field of micro, small and medium enterprises of Indonesian society, this causes the need for surveys and analysis as well as examples of the application of communication technology in micro, small and medium business flows, by researching in the community about the application of technology in micro and small businesses using field survey methods and the data results will be displayed quantitatively, it is hoped that they will find needs that are in accordance with the interests and needs of micro and small business actors so that they can be more efficient in using information technology and communication.

The Development of Procurement Role as a Strategic Function in Public Hospital 公立医院采购角色战略职能的发展

Public hospital is non-profit organizations provide health services to the community. One of them is Dr. Kariadi General Hospital (RSDK), the best public hospital in Central Java. Currently, RSDK already have independent procurement unit however, the role of the procurement unit in the business process is still not one that is strategically important. Research's primary goal is to assess the maturity level of procurement organizations to understand the characteristics need to be improved. The research design for data collection is survey research. The analysis method employed is the Supply Management Maturity Model proposed to measure the level of maturity. The measurement of the maturity level of the procurement function is based on 5 characteristics, namely procurement planning, organizational structure of purchasing, organizational processes, human resources and leading, and purchasing control. The results of the study show that maturity level at procurement unit of RSDK is on stage 2 or independent stage. This stage shows that procurement unit has adopts the latest purchasing techniques, but procurement strategy is not aligned with the organization strategy. Characteristics that have poor performance are purchasing control and human resources and leading. The finding of this study provide insight into the importance of increasing the maturity level of the procurement function in supporting the strategic role of procurement.

The results of the study show that maturity level at procurement unit of RSDK is on stage 2 or independent stage. This stage shows that procurement unit has adopts the latest purchasing techniques, but procurement strategy is not aligned with the organization strategy. Characteristics that have poor performance are purchasing control and human resources and leading. A Combined Application of SERVQUAL and fuzzy DEMATEL to Evaluate a University's Service Quality SERVQUAL与模糊DEMATEL在高校服务质量评价中的联合应用

Owing to the rapid development of today's globalized era, studies on service quality improvement has been an increasing concern. The service sector, unlike goods, offers intangible products, and it is often difficult to evaluate. Several fundamental techniques were developed to address the issue such as service quality (SERVQUAL) and multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM). However, due to different system natures, the application is often limited to the specific sector such as education sector. Accordingly, this study aims to develop a decision-making model to determine key criteria and to visualize causal relationships among criteria in the education sector. A case study of student admission service in an Indonesian private university is selected. The service has an important role to attract prospective students choosing the university. The integration of SERVQUAL and fuzzy DEMATEL (decision making trial and evaluation laboratory) was selected since the SERVQUAL method is able to identify relevant service quality criteria, while fuzzy DEMATEL can visualize cause-and-effect relationships among criteria. In this study, nine criteria were identified. Then, the fuzzy DEMATEL method determined two key criteria, namely reliability and communication. Besides, two identity criteria were classified, which were: cause criteria group and effect criteria group. A digraph was developed to model the relationships for both cause and effect criteria group. This study may provide a significant implication for the decision-makers (DMs) in education sector when determining an improvement priority in a service system.

Prediction of Sulfur Content in Electric Furnace Matte Using Machine Learning 利用机器学习预测电炉磨砂中硫含量

Sulfur content in Electric Furnace Matte is one of the key parameters in nickel matte process control at PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. (PTVI), a nickel matte smelter in Indonesia. Currently the compliance to standard specification is relatively low due to process variability and control limitation. The sulfur content in Electric Furnace Matte depend on sulfur addition and other operating conditions. In this research, a machine learning approach is used to predict sulfur content in Electric Furnace Matte based on selected predictors. Linear and support vector regression models were built on the training data and used to predict sulfur content on testing data. The performance of each models were evaluated and compared. The linear model shows a 0.5843 coefficient correlation between test data and prediction, with a mean square error (MSE) 0.4207. The support vector regression (SVR), a non-linear model, is built with the same predictors. SVR model improve the correlation to 0.9408 and reduce the MSE to 0.0762. The research has shown the practicality of applying machine learning in nickel matte processing and open opportunity for further research.

Development of Internet of Things Cloud Shop Floor Machining Manufacturing System 物联网云车间加工制造系统的开发

The fourth industrial revolution was triggered by the development of information and communication technology, where the technology base is intelligent automation with decentralized control and advanced connectivity supported by IoT (Internet of Things). For the manufacturing industry, the new technology allows production systems to carry out flexible mass customized production with flexibility in production quantities. By using the Industry 4.0 concept for manufacturing systems and Manufacturing Execution System (MES), this research develops cloud IoT on the shop floor of the machining manufacturing system. The data obtained from manufacturing machines and shop floor activities are stored in a database that is connected via IoT machining workstations and IoT work stations order release. Using the IoT device that was created, the machining work station IoT device is a device that sends machine activity data online, while the order release station IoT device is a device that sends job data online to the machining work station. Cloud IoT shop floor of the resulting machining manufacturing system, placed on the campus website. Cloud IoT is capable of receiving and sending order release workstation and machining workstation data to the database for further processing and display online.
